I've enjoyed living at this property. Management and maintenance response is outstanding. I would certainly recommend this property for anyone looking for location and amenities. Some of the Maintenance personnel have been on the property the entire time I've lived here.

This has been a very pleasant process. I was trying to resign my lease at another complex and they were giving me the run around. I came here and walked the property and signed the lease almost immediately. Any maintenance issue has been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I am so glad that my old place let me go so that I was able to move here.

The Villages at Bella Vista has been my home for nearing 6 years. The apartment complex is well maintained and managed. The pool area well kept. Location in South Austin affords access to shopping and major roadways. When I notify the office for maintenance needs, these are resolved quickly. I feel safe and comfortable living in this community.

I had high expectations for moving here, but it hasn't been how I thought it would be. These floors and walls are the thinnest in any apartment I've ever lived in, and there's never peace and quiet. I have awfully obnoxious and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors and they're up at all hours

The staff was much more caring and involved when I moved in. Now, we the tenants don't even know who does what, names of the staff (mainly outdoor staff), etc. When I moved in there was security driving around but that no longer exists, and there are some shady activities from time to time. The exterior of the buildings and the grounds are steadily going downhill. Becoming very run down.

I have enjoyed living here- the maintenance staff has been great with fixing any problems we have. My main complaint is the parking, I am a single female and have had to walk significant distances late at night because all spots near my building are taken.

Friendly staff, and great location, I lived here for years and enjoyed it. Nice areas to walk and exercise and walk dogs. Some of the units could use some upgrading and did not love the carpet they used for the first floor units.

When I first moved here there was a security patrol along with the security gates. We have not had the security patrol for years now and the gates are broken about a third of the time. The trash bins are not sufficient to handle the amount of trash from the residents. I have photos I have shared with management where the trash on the ground and piled around the bins. They have refused to add bins or pay for pickup more often. Some days I feel like I am driving through the landfill to get to my apt. The recycle bins are always full and need to be picked up more often also. I have quit recycling because there is no room in the bins. The second pool in the back of the property is surrounded by crepe myrtle trees and she pool is constantly filled with trash from the trees which also causes dark trash buildup on the bottom and eventually green algae buildup. The pool needs to be cleaned twice a day but the management has only approved for cleaning once a day, 5 days a week. NO cleaning on the weekend when there is more activity, which makes it so disgusting I won't use the pool on weekends. I am disabled and swimming is one of the few exercises I can still do which makes this pool cleanliness a very disappointment for me. Many bushes on the property have been dead and have not been replaced or even removed. Repairs always seem to be bandaid fixes instead of real repairs. I have completed these surveys before but I don't know why I bother. Although I understand the importance of keeping costs under control but it seems to me that there is so much attention given to that and the place has begun to look run down. And last, I have to mention that the residents that have been here the last few years seem to be trashier in their lifestyle, unwilling to drive around the complex to find a trash bin that is not full. They have no problem just throwing their trash on the ground next to the bins. And it seems there is always loose trash around on the grounds. People unwilling to pick up after themselves. It's been very disappointing.

Great place to live. I would recommend these apartments complexes to the world if I could. The staff is amazing and very attentive. Very well kept. If you're looking for a place to live with some nice and quite this is the place you want to be.

I have lived in this apartment complex for nearly a decade and up until recently, it has been a great place to live. While the property is beautiful and well maintained, the management of the property has been poor. The leasing professionals display a severe lack of professionalism on many occasions and I have had several maintenance calls go unanswered with COVID being used as an excuse. Security for the complex has gone down as many cars have been broken into and gates are open with no sign they will ever be closed. I don't believe I can recommend anyone move to this complex with the current management. Maybe if they get some new people and things improve, but for now I would look somewhere else.

Before the pandemic all tickets were done within the week. Hope & wish things get back to normal soon. Hope to continue here. It's a great place to live. Everything is close and San Antonio is closer.

The complex management has been very hit or miss on addressing large issues. Multiple instances of cars being broken into, but the front security has been broken more than working in the year and a half I've been living here. Stuff that can be fixed by their maintenance team seems to be very low priority.

The office staff and maintainence staff are all very helpful. They ensure our safety when we are walking on the property. They have good communication with us and update us on any issues that we should be aware of. They are all great!

For the most part it seems that things run smoothly however there are reoccurring issues that are seemingly easy fixes...such as the key fobs for the garages and gates working properly, the garbage and poop stations are an ongoing issue.

Property is usually very clean and well tended to. Maintenance calls are typically responded to quickly and throughly. Office communication is poor, emails go without response and generally it seems like the office workers have better things to do than to help.

Jake went above and beyond the call of duty to help me secure my apartment. My experience with all of The staff in the office has been great. Everyone was very nice. The only complaint I am having is with my cabinets and drawers. They finally put doors on but I'm still waiting for my drawer faces to be put on.

We move into this apartment complex being told we would receive an upgraded apartment. The apartment did have some new paint on the walls and granite counter tops. Being an older unit there are many eye sores, some of the cabinets are damaged, some blinds are missing pieces, the balcony floor has many paint, grease, and mold stains. Still a nice community

Quiet community. Management staff is very friendly and helpful. We can go for a walk and feels like we are walking in a park with so much greenery around. Friendly neighbors, the maintenance staff promptly serve any requests and usually things are back to normal pretty quickly.

I like my apartment the location I would just prefer to have better service oh my repairs I have waited six months to have a leaky faucet fixed and several other things done the stove switched out that I can safely Coco.

Can replace the appliances with newer ones. Highly recommended to put stone benches along the walk paths. Comforts people who are walking in the evening/night time to rest for sometime and get some fresh air.

I've lived here a long time! I love the community. I will mention that at times the new office staff does not handle requests. Years ago we had an all female staff. I think women just have a better sense of handling small problems like noise complaints. We used to have a weekly or monthly newsletter. Complaints that don't need to go to 911 could be added to the newsletter as reminders to pick up pet poop, noisy couples, fast drivers or people that sit in their cars talking really loud or playing their music loud so that you can hear it within your apartment. Instead they tell me to call the police! That's really lame. Glad the gym is better. Other than that I really love it hear. Also they have not replaced the net that cleans the pool. I go to swim and I have to manually pick up all the petals that have fallen in the pool.

Love the big, spacious apartment. Maintenance is good but not the quickest unless it's high priority. Do not like the fact we need to use the gas service. Texas gas service charges $23 every month even if you don't use it. Other complaint is the front gate of the apartment complex is always open.

Our experience with the community has been great. Everyone has been super friendly and the complex is extremely dog friendly. There's dog stations in which bags are provided to pick up your dogs waste, placed all over the grounds. Jake was very attentive and responsive and made our transition into apartment living very easy.

It was super, very timely would do again. Loved how wonderful the leasing agents were very nice to work with them. The apartment was everything I've wanted, price was higher then I wanted but I'm worth it.

its nice its a gated community the setup is very easy i unfortunately have no car so retrieving things from the conceirge has been very hard but the front leasing office has some of the nicest people working there.
