I love my apartment and this community. I do wish the appliances (Stainless steel), cabinets, and interior paint (light grey) were upgraded as they are quite old, not eco-friendly, and show signs of wear and tear. But otherwise I feel very safe here, listened to, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is very helpful, responsive, and attentive.

The property is well maintained and feels very safe. The community is friendly. They did a good job at vetting renters. Everyone takes advantage of the amenities, like the pool, gym, and community areas.

Air conditioning units just outside of bedroom windows are extremely loud during night time. Management made no effort to fix the issue after multiple communications. That's the main reason I will not recommend this community. Other than that, not much complains.

I have had good experiences but would like to see more security measures throughout the complex. There are alot of security lights and building lights out that are never fixed, especially the lights on the stairways for the building. A lot of times the entrance gates are left open late a night. Would like to see more parking spaces and spaces designated for checking the mail.

For the most part, I like the community. The location is great, as it's not too far from Downtown or any store I want/need to go to. The community is fairly clean and well taken care of, and the staff have been friendly since I moved in.

IMMENSELY ENJOYABLE!! When I toured the property to rent, I noticed how quiet it was, easy to hear the birds. The property is beautifully situated on a valley/hill and is accommodating for singles,families and school aged from elem--doctoral, latter of which I am. Neighbors are nice if you greet and cordial if you dont. Staff is friendly and maintenance requests are quite speedy. This has been MY experience. GO ELSEWHERE If you prefer to live among: drama/chaos, rude neighbors, unkempt trashy grounds, constant barking dogs, unwelcome indoor pests. Otherwise, this is the place for you.

Missing common community laundry room or laundry at property. Currently either we have to rent laundry or go out for laundry. Need an option to auto pay water bills. Currently need to do one time payment.

I have had a great experience living here. I am a single mother and all my neighbors are always offering to babysit. I have never had issues with any of my neighbors or anyone on property. Overall I do feel that this is a safe community and it feels like a community not just a apartment. I can call Villages of Bella Vista- Home!

Beautiful complex and nice/professional staff. I have really enjoyed living here the past two years. I would most definitely reccomend this apartment complex to others. I plan on living here for at least 2 more years.

The community here is very nice. Everyone has been really nice to me ,like the neighbors and such. There is every store imaginable on Brodie lane and a shopping mall only a few miles away! The office people are super sweet to me and very helpful when I needed it . They even went way out of their way to help me with difficult issues I was having with my family because of an accident my son had. I really appreciated that because I am a sick person as well. :-)

We love our home.. doesn't feel like apartments but a community of homes.! had dreaded moving from our home of many years to an "apartment".. what we found at Bella Vista was a HOME.. almost like our other home less one bedroom.. All our friends love coming to see us because it feels so Homey..!

It has been a great and safe experience being here. After experiencing the opposite at a different apt complex. I enjoy being part of this community and especially being so close of my favorite places such as movie theaters and shops.

Location still very convenient despise all the schools around. It makes an effort to stay on top of tech trends. The only thing that is missing is security they should implement a new security gate, i always have trouble trying to get in using my key gate, also I've seen people getting in to throw their garbage, which is not cool since we are paying community services.

I like my apartment and the grounds surrounding my home always look great! I've had however problems with mold in the same closet on two different occasions and this has been a nightmare, specifically because my clothes were ruined and the mold was in both instances caused due to problems with the AC unit.

The landscaping is beautiful. We have deer in residence and management does everything possible to keep them safe. The pantry and closets have the plastic wire racks, which makes it difficult to store small items, but otherwise no issues. The staff is friendly and patient.

The value for money is what drew me to the apartment. I got a unit twice the square footage as my previous community for less money. You can't beat that in a city where affordability is definitely an issue.

" Please FIX MY CARPET " . I do have one issue that I totally disagree with and is about my carpet rolling and being told it can be cleaned and stretched but I have to move the furniture. Lets talk.....

It's a beautiful apt community and I feel very safe here. Rarely a maintenance issue and if so, taken care of in a timely manner. Large gym, nice clubhouse. Beautiful pools and landscaping well kept. Quiet neighbors.

Its good. I like the view here. Community is located at convenient place. All the stores are nearby. Will refer to other friends also. As compared to other community, they have very less amenities like playground, court, or any special events in a month.

Overall the apartment complex is a generally nice place to live and the staff is helpful. I found the price of the place pretty cheap for the area and the apartment itself is in good condition I enjoy living here. I moved into this apartment from a place within a few miles and I have had a much better experience with management listening and trying to fix what problems I have. There is the problem that the wall I share with another resident is quite thin and they can be loud.

It would have been nice to be informed about my apartment leaking water during heavy rainfall, took months to fix and that was done cheaply and terribly ugly cosmetically. Not worth the amount in rent.

So far I have enjoyed this complex. The amenities are great and the response to maintenance is fast! My unit backs up to Brodie Lane, but said from a few honks, it hasn't been that bothersome. I like that packages are delivered to the office rather than at my doorstep.

Bella Vista is a great community in Southwest Austin. The community is calm, the units are quiet, and the grounds are serene. I enjoy being able to live in my favorite part of town near friends and family at a decent price.

Sits on top a hill with great Sunset views, awesome pools, great amenities in the office, huge property to go hike in, friendly staff, and great affordable pricing. They have continental breakfast every Saturday too!
