We love the pool, big patio, friendly & helpful staff, and all the amenity. And the manager (then) Andrea really gave us a strong sense of community. Residents were able to post ads for their needs on a community bulletin board. Monthly community meals at the office... Maintenance staff are always quick to respond to fix things and they are friendly.

I love living here. It's not perfect, but it's quiet and relatively safe. Also, staff respond to issues quickly and take care of the property. I feel I get my money's worth living here and enjoy my apartment and the Amenities.

This community is well kept with a great swimming pool and workout room. You don't find many apartments with garages and they make it more like a home. They change your air filters and replace light bulbs too

We love the layout of our apartment, but the lack of professionalism from the staff and the horrible upstairs neighbors are enough for us to never recommend this place. We have dealt with the same noisy upstairs neighbors for 3 years and the staff has shown little interest in helping us. If you have a paid permit parking spot, you should still expect people to park in your spot, including office staff and maintenance. I cannot tell you how many times I have come home to a golf cart or random car in my parking spot and how incredibly frustrating it is!

I've enjoyed my time living here. It's conveniently located near sunset valley shopping center. The amenities are great and the apartments are nice and spacious. I've always felt very safe in the community and have never had any issues.

The location is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. The maintenance staff is excellent and prompt. Unless I found the perfect situation in which to buy something, I really have no reason to move.

The Villages of Bella Vista is a beautiful community set on a hill surrounded by acres of greenscape and trees. The main pool is gorgeous with an upper and lower pool and waterfalls between the pools. It even includes a meandering path. The office staff is great and maintenance request are always handled promptly.

This really is a nice community despite the fact that management has gone downhill since moving in here. If they would get their act together I think it could be nice again. The buildings definitely need some repairs/paint, and upgrades are long past due.

I love the open grounds and the community. The apartment plans are gorgeous. The only draw back is that every window has darkened window screens. Many residents have lived here a ling time so you get to know your neighbors.

We really loved living here until they put the solar screens on the windows. It made our home so dark and depressing. We picked this apartment because it had so much natural light, but it's all blocked now. We've been working to get them taken off for 8+ months now. The office staff is great with everything else, but they're completely useless in helping get these screens off. I've filled out all their forms and had doctors sign everything, but they refuse to take them off. Facilities are nice, pool is great, parking is adequate. Maintenance does a great job. I'm sad to have to move, but I can't live in a black hole.

Outside places are not cleaned enough, most of the places we see dog's poop, patio wall and grills needs to be re verified and tightened the screws for safety reasons, requestedcomplaints should not be followed , no camaras all over the community for any theft.

I have not had any issues with this complex so far. I have lived here almost a year and plan to renew in the upcoming months. The community is so quiet and the location is in a very nice neighborhood. the maintenance staff is prompt and neighbors are fairly quiet. Location is very convenient to Mopac and only takes me 7mins to get to Zilker!

This property is quiet, no bugs, in a safe area, and very reasonably priced. They could use newer appliances and some External upkeep on the buildings but overall very happy living here. Maintenance responds to requests promptly. Best pool in Austin, tx!

Bella Vista is great. The staff here is super friendly and they really know the tenants. The pool and gym are also amazing and they serve breakfast every Saturday morning. The only time I have ever had to submit a maintenance request was on a Sunday afternoon and it was taken care of in an hour.

It is a great value for what you are paying, so much nicer than my last place and for less! I felt extremely welcomed by the staff and they have continued to treat me so well during the last 4 months. I have had no issues. My neighbors are friendly too. Parking can be a bit limited near my building but they allow guests to park and I appreciate that! My apartment is really nice and I feel at home. My balcony is huge and I just love sitting out on it looking out through the trees. Also the pool is absolutely amazing!

I have lived at the Villages of Bella Vista for nearly 4 years. The staff and property management have always been helpful. The property has been maintained and overall the neighbors have been good. Very reasonably priced for the local booming housing market.

Moved in and everything was great - complex was clean, quick response time for maintenance requests, friendly staff, reasonable pricing for amenities and spacious, comfortable size of apartment. We had nice neighbors we rarely heard (i.e. no late parties or rocking stereos). It seemed safe because of the regular security patrol and reliable security gate. About six months ago management changed. The "security" gate is now regularly left open, the night time security crew is no longer existent, and our good neighbors have all moved out. We have had to speak to and finally just call the police for the new ones above, below, and to one side on 10+ occasions regarding stereos and parties, not to mention the drunk who fell off her 3rd floor balcony. I've been home on 2 occasions when neighbors have "forgotten" in which apartment they live and have tried getting into mine. People use their garages to operate businesses and for storage without parking there, putting an even heavier strain on the tight parking situation. They also work on their cars - and I don't mean add oil or fix a flat - I mean prop up on concrete blocks and drop the transmission. In our building, people let their pets defecate in the shared outdoor hallways and there is now litter everywhere. It's disgusting. The monthly emails and fliers include notices about what not to do (everything listed above) with threats of lease violations that lead to eviction, but the threats have not affected any behavior. Can't wait to move out.
