Fantastic Living Experience at Bandera Ranch.

Living at Bandera Ranch has been a fantastic experience from day one. The community is clean, quiet, well maintained, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. The staff is genuinely friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and feels like home. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and highly recommend Bandera Ranch to anyone looking for a welcoming and well managed place to live.

Best place if you have to travel for work

Moved in two years ago and about to renew my lease for the second time. Best part is the property is quiet and the commute to the airport is about as good as it gets around here. Maintenance staff are great and management isn’t toxic and doesn’t treat you like crap when you’re in a bind.

The Best Community

I love my apartment! It’s spacious and there’s plenty of closet space. I love how quiet it is here. It’s dog friendly. The pool and grounds are always kept nice. I rarely have work orders but when I do they’re fixed quickly. Deborah and Wendi are the best office team. Deborah is always happy, patient, and friendly no matter what’s going on. I couldn’t ask for more.

Perfect for our family.

It’s been the perfect place for us… great location and amenities. Friendly helpful staff as well! Bandera Ranch is a great spot to call home, the location is centrally located in DFW which is great since I have to travel often. Highly recommend.

The New Life

I was welcomed with arms wide open, and was really pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment when I moved in, and have been happy with their communication always accommodating when I stop in the office at any time it’s open. I’m already contemplating staying for another year, it’s feels like home.

I have had a wonderful experience during last year and upcoming year. As fas as any complaints or work orders they have all been taken care of asap. I appreciate the hard work that Wendi and bethany do. I have seen those girls do maintenance, pick up trash, and beautify the property.

Feels like home!

1-3-2026 Bethany greeted us just like we were home already. This property is a hidden gem!! It is quaint and charming too! Bethany takes pride in this property and it shows as it is well kept inside and outside. We felt at home as soon as we walked inside her office. And the unit is exactly perfect for our little family. We love everything about the unit and the property and we can't wait to move in and be part of this family community. Happy New Year! P.S. the unit does not smell and it is clean, has new appliances, no carpet, well lit and doesn't have exorbitant fees for everything. It's perfect! It is 20 minutes to my job in Haltom City and conveniently located to anywhere.

Great Place to Live & Great Management

I have lived at Bandera Ranch for a little over five months. The complex is quiet, safe, and incredibly well-managed. Wendi is the best property manager I have met at any property I have rented. Maintenance issues are fixed quickly. More often than not, external problems on the property (like a leaking sprinkler head) are already being handled by the time I have a chance to mention them. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, I highly recommend checking it out.

Such a great property to live at. Wendy is great, she is always outside working on something. Deborah is great too and always helpful. The property stays pretty clean and i have never had any issues living here. If you wany a quiet place to live Bander Ranch is the place to be.

Wonderful place to live

My time spent at Bandera Ranch was fantastic. This is a great place to live, the grounds are kept clean, the amenities are good, and the office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Wendi and Deborah are great caring people that help you out any way they can with any situation you have, definitely the best office staff I have ever dealt with. The maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly and do anything you need. The complex feels secluded with one way in and out with beautiful trees and landscaping. The insides of the units are spacious, clean, and well maintained. I wish I never had to leave but I will definitely be back

Excellent environment for families to live in.

Visited my friend who had a birthday party this week end, the place is very well kept. Shout out to the cleaning staff, the pool is very blue clear. The parking area was clean as well, the place looks very family oriented.

Knowledgeable & Sincere

I visited this property last week looking for a 2 bedroom. Even though they didn't have any 2 bedrooms available, Bethany took her time in educating me about all the wonderful things Bandera Ranch has to offer. other places rushed me thru the process. Out of the 4 tours I had that day, she was the only one that took the time and made me feel welcome, even though she didn't have what I need she still cared & that's hard to find these days. I'll be back when you have a 2 bedroom available!
