Top Notch Customer Service, Prestine Property Grounds, Nice Pool!

I recently toured Bandera Ranch when my friend referred me to the property. Its a hidden gym small property tucked away and quiet. They actually have a real-life size Movie Theatre with popcorn, projector and all. My favorite thing about this property is not only the price, but the fact they dont have a million hidden fee's like ive noticed on other tours. They don't even charge an Amenity fee & they have a 24/7 Gym & beautiful pool. Bethany went above and beyond in answering all my little questions. She was detailed & took time to explain things on a level I could understand. She stayed late for my tour as i was caught in traffic and late. I appreciate her being straightforward and honest about the entire process. She was able to show me the exact apartment I would be getting and no other property visited has been able to do that. I am putting my application in at Bandera Ranch because I feel like I'm in good hands with Bethany and Wendi.

Outstanding Property and Wonderful Staff

I want to first say thanks to Wendi and Deborah for being a great front office staff. I would have stayed in the apartments for numerous years, but I was afforded the opportunity to move into a house. If you are looking for a good quiet neighborhood with a great staff Bandera Ranch is the place for you and your family. Once again thanks to Wendi and Deborah.

We lived here for 2 years and we absolutely loved it here. Quiet and convenient. We never had any issues here and the staff was always nice. If we get back around the side of town we would definitely move back!

I visited the community on Monday it was a nice clean place. They also have a media room where you can look at movies and they also have a foosball table. I really liked the place and the manager there. Wendi made me feel so welcomed.

Maintenance is awesome! The girls in the office are amazing and very helpful. The new manager seems very caring and I am excited to renew for another year. It is one of the best places I have ever lived. The community is quiet and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

Lived in Euless my whole life and did not know this little gem was tucked away behind the bowling alley! Cute place, love that it has theater room that I can watch movies with my kids. Great place!!!!

3 Years In and Still Love It!

I just signed my lease moving into my 3rd year at Bandera Ranch. From the day I moved in to this day, I’ve loved living here. The staff and management are amazing (with special shout outs to the maintenance team). They’ve always been helpful and responsive to my needs as a tenant. The complex is well worth the price I pay and I love my unit. The community is well-maintained and taken care of. Overall, I couldn’t be happier living here and will likely be here for a long time. Thanks to everyone who’s made living here a great experience.

This is a great property, the property manager was kind, enthusiastic, and very helpful during our tour of the property. I think her name is Wendy. I would totally rent from here. Unfortunately,, I am looking for something closer to my place of business, at this time.

Came in to tour Tuesday with Wendy. Nice property seemed very quiet. They didn't have patios or I might have leased here. Having a patio is a must for me but everything else was good and I really liked the property itself and the location.

Great place to live!!!

Love living here. The new Manager Wendy is amazing! My thermostat stopped working in 40 degree weather - low batteries, I called the office to ask if maintenance would be able to help me because it was right before the Thanksgiving break and it was very cold. In less than 5 minutes there was a knock on the door, Wendy came herself to help me, and even showed me some other thermostat tips. I could tell right away that she cares about residents!! Very thankful!!!! Very happy to have her with us!

Great place to live. The office staff is great never had any problems while I lived here. It’s quiet, a little tucked away. Almost hidden in plain site, great location. Would have still been living here if I didn’t have to move out of state!

Lovely property and very convenient to the highway. Great for mid cities living, close to Fort Worth, Dallas and Arlington. Quiet hidden community. Love that it has the smart lock system. Helps having a peace of mind!

I just had to take a pic of this cute apartment because I fell in love! I have bad allergies, so carpet is a no for me, but much to my surprise, this upgraded apartment had none in the whole apartment and it came with a fireplace as an added bonus. I toured this last week but could not apply right away and I just hope it is still available for me this week! Love love love

Good experience living here

Nice complex nice management quick repairs quick responses very active. Nice neighbors just overall great experience. They’ve worked with me as far as payments, which they didn’t have to do. Haven’t had any problems with Neighbors. Everyone seems happy and content. Property grass is always cut and clean.

Love Living Here!

I have lived at Bandera Ranch for two years and absolutely love it. I have a two bedroom with a sunroom and it is very spacious. The property is quite and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend Bandera Ranch.

New Adventure

Moved in a little while ago and really like my new place, it’s so cute. New adventure living by myself but I think I like this quiet little life. The smart door system makes it really easy for my family to check on me and it’s easy enough for me to use. Being able to adjust the thermostat from my phone really helps this ol’ gal out. 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Great place to live

My experience has been great. The staff is friendly and will work with you through your issues. Maintenance lead is really great. Management is awesome. No one hangs out and the area is really quiet. The lighting could be improved in the back at night.

I delivered food to someone at this complex and found it to be really nice. I decided to stop into the office to ask for info since my lease will be up in a few months. I was really surprised to find out the rent is actually reasonable here. The apartment I saw was a little more than I could afford since it had been upgraded but they had several single bedroom plans that were priced just right for me, just hope they have one left when I’m ready.

Great Place!

These apartments are well taken cared of. Safe area. The staff is phenomenal. The maintenance team takes care of requests very promptly - Quincy and Matthew are awesome and very professional. Melissa is also great - it is rare to find a manager who takes time to remember their residents. I had not seen her for months, and she recalled my apt # without having to ask me for it. She also takes time to address any concerns that you have.
