I have been here over 3yrs and I love it here because when I come late at night I feel safe. I have a grandson who lives with me and I know he is okay being here alone while I'm at work. We have forgotten to lock our door or while I'm here during the day I keep the door open that's how safe we feel. We now have new management and Amber is the best with her cute self.. she is always willing to assist me when I need anything done. she get's the guys on top of what ever i need which is not a lot but they will come at a dimes notice even on the holiday when i lost air Derrick was here in an hr. so I love the new crew . I always have complaints but, living here they are few.. thanks to the new management and her staff. will be staying another yr. If we can keep the rent down. lol

Visited today for a tour. Really liked the community and the model that was shown. Appreciate being shown around and the leasing agent made it really easy to know what to expect. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new home!

I'm done. I have complain to the office staff multiple times about my issues and nothing is getting done. I have maintenance issues that need to be done. And can someone please do something about my neighbor in 809. Her and her man have a drinking problem and it's effecting me. I don't think he is suppose to live there. Is her a criminal?

Rude! Rude! Rude! Rude! Signed my Second lease a couple months ago and wish I had NOT! Pool is awful. The lady in the office at the front desk is sooo rude. And it looks like the ------ now. And why do I need a wrist band for the pool.

I'm disappointed in the way the pool has been kept up with since new staff has been here. The pool use to be so sparkling blue and it sits at a consistent murky shade of green. The pool was the pride and joy of this place. I don't trust to step foot in that thing now. Teach someone to properly maintain it! Please!

ladies in the front office were very helpful. They were welcoming and I would definitely recommend leasing here if you have the opportunity. I went in to look for a 2 bedroom. There were not any available, but Kayla was super accommodating. I will reccomend to friends.

I have been trying to lease a 2 bedroom apartment here for several months. Finally I have some hope. I go in and immediately feel like I am a bother. I was met with a rude and unwelcoming attitude. All I can say is I am very disappointed.

Living here was an absolute nightmare! This management is by far the worse management company I've ever sent with. Robin is a HORRIBLE property manager who should of been gone a LONG time ago. The floor plans are cute and the price might be great. Lackluster amenities that are typically closed. May or may not still have a CARES team? Just take that all with a grain of salt. I recommend looking elsewhere.

I left an email at the email address provided in the following post. And of course, I did not get a reply. I have lived here for many years and have obeyed all the property rules, even if I disagreed with them. But to get a letter on my door about being "out of compliance" was extremely unprofessional and rude. I suggest that train the new office lady in office mannerism.

I lived at Bandera ranch for about 5 years and counting . My whole time I have lived here haven't seen the pool this bad over memorial weekend!!! New girl at the office tries it takes more effort than what she is giving customer service wise. Maintenance has dip a lot before pool use to be clear heck even in the winter months. ---- is such a character when I had an issue he came and visit me some of his comments he used weren't very professional made me uncomfortable. As for ------- at the corporate office When I brought up my concerns gave me the run around put me on hold several times. Thank you for the great years when my lease is up I ---- get out.

What the heck is going on with the pool and blondie in the office??? The pool was gross this weekend and still nasty. The the new girl in the office was rude as heck. I have lived her for 4 years and never seen the pool like this.

We've been here 4 months enjoy the quietness of the complex. The office staff has been wonderful helping us with any maintenance issues that we've had and followed up to make sure they were completed to our satisfaction. It has been great living here and we plan to stay for a long time.

I love this place, they have always been nice and helpful anytime I needed something. I've been here over 2 years and havent had any problems. Me and my neighbors have become like a family, and that's what I needed moving in from out of state. Robin is the reason I leased here, she made me feel welcome from the time I walked in the door.

Shout out to the management and maintenance people. They do an awesome job. Love the community. I recommend this property. Love my home and neighbors. There is plenty of parking available and the grounds are clean.

I have been the most annoying resident this past week. I've been waiting on a package for days. It finally came in last night and I was not able to pick it up. But thanks to Robin who met me today(Saturday) when the office is closed, I was able to get my grand baby's Christmas gift. I recommend Bandera Ranch.

My experience at Bandera has been great! The apartment complex is safe due to the location of the complex. Management and maintenance are quick and available to assist you if needed. The apartment complex is not big so it's easy for staff members to take care of their tenants. The monthly payments are reasonable for the area. Overall, the apartment meets my needs, definitely recommend!

This is has been the best experience so far. The lease/move in process was quick and simple. It's quiet, safe, and a cool floor plan. I love the fact that they are pet friendly, and even have a dog park with play date events. It's right off the highway, but no one knows it's here. I almost don't want to give an honest review so I can keep this place all to myself.

Out of all the apartments I've lived in (college days included) Bandera Ranch is by far my favorite home. The Staff is amazing, kind and engaging (and sponsors fun events every month - guys, there's literally a movie theater with leather seats in the clubhouse!), the maintenance guys are extremely fast (sometimes they were over in literally a few minutes), and everyone knows everyone. It's not uncommon to see a large group of folks on the corner with multiple grills going and kids playing in the grass. Everyone has a dog, and everyone picks up after them! The pool is legit and always a great place to hang out and play with the kiddos, or chill with your grown up friends. The property literally backs up to a really nice bowling alley, so going out is super easy and convenient, and yet the property is extremely quiet and peaceful. The apt itself was really big - I had a one bedroom with a sunroom which actually served as my six-year-old's room, and he was quite comfortable. The bathroom was really big with a ridiculous amount of closet space. I never saw a bug in the kitchen, and the appliances were very nice. I couldn't have been more pleased with the unique and very modern layout of the whole home, and was always impressed with the lighting. My place had a ceiling fan in every room! Overall, you owe it to yourself to stop by and check it out, guys! You won't be sorry and you'll thank me later!

I have lived here for over 3 years. The office staff has a nice smile always and the maintenance team is knowledgeable and prompt about work orders. Heck, they even replace your lightbulbs. I have no problems with bugs, rodents, lizards, or scorpions because they spray regularly. There host several community events a month. By far my favorite part is that I can grill just 10 feet from my apartment.

Just signed my 3rd year lease, we love our apartment and so far never had any issues, the staff and maintenance are professional and nice, they do all kinds of events, love the pool area all and the gym, it's a nice community with friendly neighbors.
