Great place to live and great staff

It’s a really clean and nice complex, the maintenance guys are always very helpful I always see them working really hard outside even when is really hot ,office staff always there to answer any question I have.

The Management and service techs are top notch

When me and my fiancé were first looking at the apartment, Matt was able to show us the unit and the community quick and efficiently. Matt was also able to answer our questions and concerns me and my fiancé had. Once we were approved and had a move in date scheduled Matt was there to walk us through the process up until the move in date. When we moved in the paperwork took only minutes and we were all moved in within the day. Now that we’ve been here a few months I know for a fact that we’ll be taken care of if a problem arises. We had a slight water emergency and the service guys were there within the day. We had signs of a possible bug problem and Matt set up pest control to eradicate the problem. The only minor issue I have is the slightly dated appliances and the parking pavement could use some work but other than that the place is great.

Really happy here and feel like it’s home. I’ve been here a few years and have met some really cool people, more like fellow residents that have turned in to family. I recommend giving this complex a look, it’s smallish so you don’t have to worry about a lot of noise like at larger complexes and parking is never a problem.

BEST APARTMENTS EVER

I’ve never loved an apartment so much. The neighbors are friendly, my apartment is quiet, the office staff is amazing! Anytime I have a service request or concern it is resolved same day! The gym is 24/7 and the pool stays clean. The office staff remembers me by name and answers all calls. Over all 10/10. I will not be leaving anytime soon!

Great place to live

Great place to be the workers and managers are all extremely good people and supper friendly everything is so close so you don’t have to worry about traveling far to get to the store. Overall I really enjoy living here it’s great

Quiet and secluded

I’ve been here for about 8 years and plan on renewing for another year. The staff is friendly and the property is clean. They have been doing improvements and I’m really pleased with my decision to remain here. I recommend this complex!

You will be happy here

I’ve been here for 5 years now and have been very satisfied with the complex. Melissa in the office has been very helpful and prompt with responding to issues which is a big change from past office management. Maintenance team is very quick and professional. Floor plans are big and remodeled units are very nice. The complex is pretty quiet never had any major problems. I highly recommend.

First impressions

Had a friend who lived here for along time and loved the quietness of the complex. The building seems older but is kept up nicely. Office staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I’m going to end up moving here when my lease is up in couple months. G

Home Away From Home With the Best Staff and Community

I have been at Badera Ranch for about a month and a half now. When I saw online that I could get a renovated apartment in the DFW area for such a great price I instantly applied. Over the last 5 years this will be my fifth different apartment. I just graduated school and found a job in the DFW area so I chose Bandera Ranch to be my home for the foreseeable future. Move-in times were delayed a couple of hours, but after inhabiting this apartment for a month and a half that is the worst thing I have to say. Other than that I’ve had general maintenance issues (AC not working, roof leaking after a major storm) and both issues were resolved within 24 hours. The staff and maintenance team here will make you feel at-home as they work their tails off to keep residents happy. I am actually lucky enough to live across from Matt, the head maintenance guy. After Matt’s work days he has been one of the most friendly people you could come across and will find the best ways to check on you not only as a resident, but as a friend. Matt in the front office has been my main point of contact with the office itself, and he has also done a fantastic job at making sure I’m accommodated. Living in this apartment is the most at-home I’ve felt in quite a while due to the staff and it’s overall quality. It has great security systems, a great community, great amenities, and it’s in a fantastic location. I recommend Bandera Ranch to anyone who has interest in creating a new home.

Awesome apartments

I would like to thank Melissa and Matt for their professionalism and kindness when we stopped by. They didn’t have anything to show my me and my roommate but they showed us around the office and property. Other complexes in the area seemed like we were a bother to them when we came in but these guys offered us water and popsicles after our tour. We can’t express how grateful we are for their kindness to us, it was really refreshing considering how we had been treated by other apartment employees. They answered all of our questions and left us feeling good about applying. Thank you both again for your help and kindness!

Family Feel and Calm

My boyfriend and I have been here for almost a year, it was a last minute situation, I just want to say we have felt right at home here even so, the community stays pretty calm for being so close to the highway and main Euless/Bedford. Melissa (manager) is hands on and definitely cares about her property. Family friendly and the most activity you see is kids playing games together and staying respectful of the cars/roads. Happy here!

A great change from its previous management.

So when I first met my fiance around 5+ years ago, the management here was not great. Her and her mom were living is a 2 bedroom bottom floor unit. There were a few scandals with the manager, the maintenance was very lackluster, lazy, and all around not good. Last year, my fiance and I moved into Bandera Ranch despite what they both had to endure so many years back. However, it seems that either another company took over or a new management took place and it has been nothing but great. Melissa, the front manager, is awesome. Very sweet and charming and understands every problem we have brought to her attention. Quincey and Matt work very hard in this texas heat to try and keep everything running smoothly and Melissa's assistant Matt in the front office is a genuinely great guy. I honestly can't think of a better team to keep this complex at tip top shape. Anyone else I may have missed is most likely put to the same standard as these three individuals. They helped with everything we needed every step of the way.

Exceptional Complex All-Around

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and I love this complex. It’s well maintained and landscaped. The apartment unit itself is great. I’ve had a few issues with it but can tell you that anytime I’ve had a problem, the office and maintenance staff were on top of it. One example, my air conditioner went out a few weeks ago and they were on it immediately. The unit outside had to be replaced and the in the 24 hours it took to replace it, they installed a killer window unit in my apartment so I had air. Even on a Sunday when they were closed, Matthew, the maintenance lead was at my door in 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this community. I hope to be here for a long time!!!

I’ve lived here for quite a few years and really have had very few complaints, except for the fact that they don’t have private patios. The neighbors have been great, the complex is well kept and clean and maintenance issues are handled quickly. The previous management changed every so many months but the current manager has been here quite awhile and she knows everyone by name, which I really like—it makes you feel like you are really a part of the community. As a single person, I have never felt unsafe here nor have I ever had any bad experiences with other residents. I also appreciate the improvements they have done to the property. Overall I give them a 9.5 out of 10.

Great Complex and Super location

I absolutely love this complex and have lived here over 10 years. The office staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help out. Melissa took her time to help me with a required pet form that I was having trouble getting logged into. She was patient and would not stop until I had everything I needed. I think living over here 10 years says a lot about how much I love it here. Thank you Bandera Ranch!

What’s the deal with all the water always leaking through the complex. Especially between buildings 2 and 10. Nasty sewage water that is a slip hazard. Also, management needs to do a better job with residents smoking weed in the complex.

They flooded my apartment and made it smell like mold

When my apartment was flooded by a faulty apartment water heater it destroyed much of my family's stuff and made a mold smell that made my family very sick. The apartment wouldn't have flooded as badly had their maintenance known what they were doing. It took them almost 5 hours to stop the flooding. They had to keep calling back up from other properties to try to figure out how to shut off the flooding. I asked to be moved to another apartment they said they had none. I then asked to be let out of my lease and they wouldn't let me do that. I had to leave for my family's sake and they listed me as an eviction and put me into collections. I don't know how they expected us to live in a place that was literally making us sick. Rent here at your own risk.

Wonderful management and maintenance !

Bandera Ranch is the most amazing apartments I’ve stayed in. I’ve lived here a little over a year now & it’s been an amazing experience I love that they’re updated and renovated compared to most. The office manager Melissa is so wonderful and helpful she stays on top of everything and keeps the property running smoothly. The lead maintenance Matthew is very professional and stays on top of my work orders no matter the time or day. The other maintenance Quincy is also very helpful on getting things done in a timely manner. Overall the property is amazing and I would recommend to everyone !!!

Visited this complex and really liked the one bedroom I toured. The apartment I saw was recently upgraded and looked really nice. Call before visiting because they don’t have a model so you might not be able to look at anything. Good place, definitely recommend.

Great place to live & exceptional staff

Love this place, and love the location. My neighbors are the best and I really feel like this will be my home for a very long time. Melissa in the office is so nice and always welcomes me into her office if I need to talk to her, she’s my favorite! I’ve lived at other places where the maintenance takes forever to fix anything but not here, these guys are on it. I usually don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserves a look if you have a chance, you won’t be disappointed. The only issue I have is that they don’t have a 2 bedroom downstairs for me to transfer too.

Perfect location

Love this complex so quiet and perfect location. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here only wish I would have done it sooner. They are redoing apartments and making them look so nice even better than the pics online. Maintenance comes right away to take care of any things that come up. I’ve only had minor things like light bulb or filter change. The manager is so nice and helpful she even walks around picking up trash if she sees some. This is the first complex I’ve been at where the manager will actually call you back. I’ve referred some friends but they don’t have many apartments available most of the time so if you see one GET IT! You will love it here.

The best Management and Maintenance team EVER!!

My living experience here has been nothing short of a blessing! From the moment I called the leasing office to now. Melissa and Will have been probably some of the most understanding and kind people to me, my daughter and our fur babies! They truly get to know you! When Melissa took me on a tour, she was talking to me like I already lived here! That got me! She makes sure her tenants are taking care of! Omg!! The maintenance team! While my one issue I had (ice maker) was not working, the amazing Quincy came the same day and checked it out gave me a brand new one. Anytime you need them, they come same day or the following day! And the whole maintenance team are so professional and kind and beyond respectful! Super cute dog park, adjacent to one of the MOST lovely trails with a waterfall and pond. My neighbors are so kind. We have our own little family over here and all of us help each other out. The culture is amazing! I love it here,
