I moved in about a month or so ago and I really like it here. The 24 hour gym is what I was looking for. The office people were very helpful and very nice. And I really like the extra space the sunroom gives my apartment.

Had an amazing experience at the "Cowboy Game on the Big Screen" event! The new Media Room is an amenity I have never had before. What a spectacular idea. The maintenance crew here are highly knowledgable and very efficient along with a courteous and professional Management team that go out of their way in order to make us feel at home.

Great staff they are very nice, I had an ordeal when I recently moved into an apt. that was horrible. I found Bandera Ranch after ten days of searching and they really helped me out with finding a nice place to live. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. Maintenance Staff is awesome, clean quite place. The neighbors i live around are nice as well. I'd recommend living here to anyone listening.

I totally recommend this property. I have lived her for about 2 years and just renewed my lease contract again. I like all the improvements that have been made. Its just really a nice and quiet environment. The events are great. The recent pool party that the manager hosted recently was nice and personal. And the maintenance staff is fast to handle any issues.

Being that it is summer you'd expect the pool to be open. Nope, not at Bandera Ranch. Seems that it isn't open at all on Mondays which happens to be my only day off. I'd like to have the option of using it and I don't. The manager says they need to treat the pool. It doesn't take all day to treat a pool. Even if your treating a pool, it can re-open same day. And if it is getting as bad over the weekend as she says it is, which I doubt it is. Then maybe maintenance needs to come in over the weekend to treat it as to not inconvenience residents who can only use it Monday. Its not an amenity if it can never be used! Aside from just other random times they decide to close it. It is never open on Monday.

When I went into the office to pay my rent. The manager asked me how was everything in my apartment. I told her it was great. And as I was walking back to my apartment I realized that I didn't have a small maintenance issue. So, I called her back and gave her my request. A couple hours later the maintenancean showed up to fix my problem. I really enjoy the fast service they have and the office staff is always friendly.

My family and I have lived her for 3 years. We just renewed our lease for another 12 months. We really love all the upgrades the management has made to this party. The improvements are exciting...especially the movie room that is coming soon.

Upon moving in this place has been HELL! The manager ----- did everything in her power to deny me new carpet after walking through my apartment with stains to include bleach and whatever else was found on the carpet. Higher management resolved the issue and placed new carpet in the next week although it was a hassle. I thought this could be the end of my worries, but no! I live on the bottom floor and my upstairs neighbor sounds as is she is in a stomping band tournament and is constantly waking me from my sleep and continues to be disruptive. I have never lived in apartments when you can hear peoples conversation, foot stomps and even flushing the toilet so clearly. Thankfully, I will be leaving soon because I can hardly deal with living here any longer with the un-professionalism from this Manager who lacks people and interpersonal skills! The only person who has made an effort towards anything are ----------------- the maintenance guy. These are apartments are awful and I would not recommend to anyone especially if you value trying to come home to relax and instead get greeted with constant noise from irate neighbors and a horrible staff member (-----). AVOID these apts!

Bandera Ranch is by far the best place I have lived in this area. The staff is so kind and helpful almost better than family. I love the fast response to maintenance. The cares team is wonderful. I feel like the entire apartment complex is one big happy family! Thanks Bandera ranch

I have lived here for over 4 years. I was pretty worried when the new management came in about a year ago. It has been nothing but positive and noticeable changes here. I wasnt sure if I would be signing another year here. But things are going good and I dont plan on moving anytime soon. Plus, I love the extra space the sunroom gives.

I have lived here for a year and just singed another contract. I worked out in the new gym yesterday and I have to say it is a major improvement. Took a little longer then I would of expected...but well worth the wait. Keep up the good work, Bandera Ranch. And I am sure that everyone appreciates the pool closed and cleaned on Mondays.
