Just move in so far had a great move in experience as too leah making the process easy and Robin was very infortable about her complex. Maintenance staff answered any question or concerned i had. So far so good thanks guys.

I love calling Bandera Ranch my home. Love the new additions dog park, movie theater, fitness center and the new furniture at the pool. Commute to work is alot easier especially when you can get to all major freeways. Don't like the construction the only negative. Thanks for all your hard work Bandera Ranch!

Bandera Ranch is a great place to live. I like how its close to my work and family. Maintenance takes care of my issues quick and I haven't had many. The office staff is always friendly. The only thing I wish was that there was an additional entrance/exit.

Thanks for another great year. The office and maintenance staff are great. My fur babies really enjoy the dog park. I can't wait to start using the gym next year. I plan on staying another year. I recommend Bandera Ranch.

When I walked into the office this morning to get my daily morning coffee I was approached by the office girls as always with their warm smile and happy disposition. They asked me if I wouldnt mind sharing my living experience with this site. I told them that I absolutely would. I have so much to say but I'll limit it to.."live here and be happy".

I thought I was the only resident that saw the manager and maintenace creeping. Please!!!! Please future residents don't sit on or touch anything in the model apartment. The maanger and maintenace man needs to take that love affair some place else. The place of employement is no place for infidelity. I pray that the love affair doesnt go wrong. She needs to be fired. This place has really changed since she has become apart of the management team. Please take your complaints to a higher level!!!!!

I've been here at Bandera for a little over a year and absolutely love it. The front office staff made the move in process so easy and worked with me because of my hectic work schedule to go with my move in date. Since I've been here I've only had 2 maintenance request and other places I've been I've always had to wait over a week for somebody to come out, but here the two guys came the same day! I like this place a lot the Community here is so nice and the residents are very nice and easy going.

I moved in at the end of June and so far the apartment complex has been quiet and welcoming. I feel safe at night because the apartment complex is well lit. The landscaping is also well kept and maintained, and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment complex is like a little hidden oasis.

I am about to move out of Bandera Ranch after a one year lease. My experience here has overall been very positive with a few exceptions. I did have a neighbor (not sure which one) that would smoke marijuana that made my apartment smell very bad when I could come home from work. When I talked to management, they explained that they have to respect renter's privacy, so it was up to us to call the non-emergency police line. I can respect this answer because they are looking out for the better good of all renters. I will say some of the amenities in the apartment have seen better days (bathtub, walls, flooring, dishwasher, etc.) but if there was every any issue, it was always fixed within 24 hours. The attitude of the management and responsiveness to issues that arise make this a great place to live. I give Bandera Ranch a solid recommendation because they made this apartment truly feel like home in the last year.

Thank you so much for letting us use the clubhouse to host a party for my family and friends. This is another reason why we love it here. Can't wait until you have a 2 bedroom open so we can transfer to a larger one. We recommend Bandera Ranch!

I have lived here for one year and have signed a lease for another year. The only downside is I can't sign a longer lease! The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Maintenance is very prompt, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. The entire staff at Bandera Ranch is AMAZING! I cant stress that enough! They are friendly and very welcoming. The Cares Team has fun events going on all the time and you have a real sense of community here. They make you feel like you are part of a family. The pool area is very nice and also well maintained. It looks like a resort! I am truly lucky and blessed to live here. They honestly don't have apartments available very often because it is so great. If you see an opening, grab it! You will love it here!

Great community! I feel safe leaving my door unlocked - not that I do. Also, they always have free coffee in the office. The place is real clean, and the adorable office workers are friendly and always remember my name.

I just moved out Friday. I loved my stay at Bandera. I lived there for 3 years. I moved because I got married and bought a home. I would recommend Bandera to anyone. The office staff was very helpful and the maintenance team was quick to fix anything.

This is my first apartment in a very long time and the staff made it so easy to get me moved in. Very friendly and helpful. I love my apartment and I love the area. So far, I haven't had any problems with neighbors/noise. This is perfect for me.

I've lived here for almost a yer now and I love the place. The community is well maintained. It is next to a main highway but not noisy at all. I haven't seen a single cockroach in all this time. Yay! I know everyone can tell a different story when it comes to neighbours, but ours are friendly and respectful. I appreciate very much the hard work of the managment personnel. They make us feel welcome and appreciated. The "Cares Team" regularly organizes activities where eveyone can participate. Yesterday we had a Taco truck come to the community and it was delicious. They organize wine and coffee tastings, breakfasts, etc. Honestly, I have no complaint and look forward to staying here for much longer.

You can go behind me and post a good review all you want but the fact of the matter is I would not recommend this place to anyone. Mgmt never does anything to help you out if you report something to her. Especially the manager. She can be very vindictive. The asst mgr is very understanding and nice. Walls are paper thin. Lot of weed smokers on property. Dog poop is an issue. I can hear my neighbors talking, laughing and everything else. Walls are very thin. told you the mgr would go behind me and post a good review. lol

Why do people have to be so mean and hateful when writing a review? SMH I have lived here for about 2 years now and I really don't have any complaints. The office people are great. Always there and helpful. The maintenance team is quick and very knowledgeable. The my apartment is large for a one bedroom and rent is very reasonable. I did get a slight increase at my last renewal but after shopping around I couldn't find anything comparable for the price.

She will throw you under the bus any chance she gets. The other office staff will throw you under the bus as well, and please don't complain to the local corporate office, because nothing will be done. You have to complain to the corporate office in CA. This place is a soap opera, with the manager and the head maintenance employee. She come to work early to meet with him in the model apartment and I have seen them several times when I am leaving for work in the mornings. When I would drivie out the complex in the morning I would see the manager ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------, ------------------------------------------------ they meet in the model or in the office and she will park her car behind the office. I am sure they are not reviewing maintenance request. It is really sad when management result in spending that much private time with an employee. He now spend a lot of time in the office and the other maintenance guy does most of the work. I am sure they are not reviewing maintenance request. It is really sad when management result in spending that much private time with a male employee and she is married. I just wonder what her husband would say if he knew.
