Bandera Ranch is conveniently located for quick access, and exit. It's a little bit hidden, but the new sign at the entryway is well lit, visible, and gorgeous. In the daytime you can enjoy the new fence that really adds a "ranch" feel. All the office staff, and maintenance guys are easy to talk to, and extremely helpful. Located near both ITZ, and AMF bowling, tons of restaurants, and quite a few shopping, both clothing, and grocery destinations. A stones throw away from Grapevine Mills Mall, as well as North East Mall, and even the slightly less impressive Irving Mall. Plenty to do at the complex whether it be the easy access to both cable, and internet, the well stocked gym, or the lovely, and clean pool when in season. I've always felt safe walking around the complex, and even when hanging out at the dog park. There are also curb stations available. Rent is affordable, and the apartment itself is well worth it. Plenty of closet space, and the kitchens are cozy. All neighbors I've lived by are always courteous, and I have never had a complaint. I honestly love living here.

You will find family when you move to this community! I moved to Bandera ranch in October 2015 and have loved it ever since I signed a year lease and moved to another community but missed home so now I will be moving back! The ladies in the front office are very helpful and thoughtful... Very clean no bugs!

I moved in May 2016 and I have zero complaints. The ladies in the office are super friendly and helpful. And maintenance is great, same day service. I honestly never stayed in a apartment complex that is all about their residents. I'm definitely renewing my lease next year.

I've been here 3 months now and my stay has been short of perfect. The neighborhood and cares team are amazing, never any problems with noise or parking and the apartment itself is very spacious and updated.

DO NOT TRUST THESE REVIEWS!!! The manager, -----, is posting them (obviously every few days) to bring the rating back up after a negative review is posted. She is just going from computer to computer, phone to phone... Using different emails... Etc! This is how they determine her raises and bonuses! ----- has made this place a terror to live in!! When we were trying to decide if we were going to move or renew, I sent her a rental history form and it took her 3 weeks to call me back and tell me she couldn't fill it out unless I turned in my notice. Oh wait but guess what since it took her SO long to make a simple call, I would have them had to pay an extra month of rent even if I moved. She pigeon-holed us into staying here. The maintenance can't fix anything. My carpet isn't even attached to the subfloor in most places and my roof has been leaking for 6 months. I have notified them many times that it basically rains into my kitchen through my light fixture (a fire hazard) but they never fix it. Now we are being threatened fines of we don't clean up our own porches like keeping bicycles and grills where we have kept them for months or years while they throw trash into our grass in front of the apartments. Apparently the trash is part of those multi-million dollar improvements that ----- is talking about through all of her reviews. Btw this is not a thing. Do not move here or you will regret it.

The apartments are very spacious for the cost. Very nicely updated. Located near all major highways in the mid-cities. Nice and quiet and never, never, never an issue with parking. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. I've lived in a lot of apartments and the maintenance team is by far the best I have ever experienced. Thank you, Jesse!

I am a new resident and thrilled that I found such a great place to live. It's clean and quiet and my neighbors have been so warm and welcoming. The grounds are landscaped so nicely and constantly maintained. The staff has been so helpful. And my four legged child loves the dog park. Thank you Robin, Leah, Jesse, and Mike for such a pleasant transition in my move.

I love these apartments. I've lived here For a little over a year. They have community events, they have a care team, and an all around friendly staff. They are fairly clean, and there are hardly Ever any trash around on the ground. I'm a pet owner and they put a dog park on. Best decision ever. These apartments really care about you!!

I lived at Bandera Ranch for one year and moved out only due to medical reasons. It was a wonderful place to live. It's a small community with a fantastic CARES team and a friendly staff. Maintenance was always fast to address any issues. Robin and Leah were always so pleasant when I stopped in to check for packages or just to say hello. I am moving back to Bandera as soon as an apartment is available!!!

Bandera Ranch has really been a nice place to call home for the past two years. Soon I will start a 9 month lease and the only reason it's not longer is that I'm moving out of state next summer. These past two years has been fairly issue free. The only reason I say "fairly issue free" is because living in any apartment complex you are sharing close space with many other people and we are all different with different ways of thinking, doing things, acting, etc. and there are bound to be a time or two things might not go exactly the way you think the way they should. But hey, that's life and it's all good! I treat others the way I want to be treated and it all seems to work out well! The current office staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating as well as the maintenance staff. Anytime I've had to submit a maintenance request I have gotten immediate responses. And there has been many improvements to the property since I've been here. I have two dogs and they have placed several additional poop bag stations around the property to help keep it clean as well as built a brand new dog park for our dogs to play in. It's quiet, off the beaten path, and I know I don't know of anyone that has had any problems with vandalism or crime here. That's pretty decent in my books! Thanks Bandera Management, Office staff and Maintenance! Keep up the good work!!!

If you look all the reviews they are glowing. The reason why they are glowing is because management is writing them. She will access different computers in order to write the reviews to keep the ratings up. If you look at the reviews they are all dated within a few days apart. Think about it, does any apartment have glowing reviews dated within a few days of each review. So that means they are leasing apartments just about every month within a few days of each other. Also it looks like everyone writing a review are very happy. The manager is very nasty to people and children. Complaints have been filed on her through the local corporate and nothing is ever done. It seems they just turn their heads. The corporate office in California does not hear the complaints for the property. When you ask the manager for the number to the corporate office, she does not want to give it to you. If you are the drinking buddy or friend of management then you do not have to renew your lease or sign a renewed lease. Since you are the friend of the manager your rent does not increase. You only get a huge renewal increase if you are not her friend or drinking buddy. Most employers do not allow their employees to drink on the job, but I guess this company does. They will close the office and go to their buddy apt to drink. It has been several times when the office is locked and they are at the buddy apt drinking or at the bowling alley. When talking on the phone to the manager be sure to record your conversations with her because she is not a truthful person. If you complain about a neighbor, she will let the neighbor know your were the person complaining. This can cause harm to someone. You have to protect yourself when dealing with her. Now notice after this review she will write another glowing review to bring the ratings back up and continue to write glowing reviews a few days apart. There has not been a multi million dollar renovation. Don't let the reviews fool you. """"""The response from the manager is a joke. Remember to record all your conversations with her.""""""""" Another glowing review from an anonymous person. You can believe the reviews if you like, but if you move there then you will find out the truth.

Staying another year. Really wish I could sign a lease longer then 12 months. I never plan on moving out. It's a great place to live. I highly recommend it.

I stopped by this place last week and was blown away with how clean and up kept it was. The theater and fitness center are insane. I was able to view the model and really liked how big it was. Never heard of a sunroom but the space was great. The manager gave me a tour of the property and she was very cool. I can not wait til they have something available for me.

I just moved into the apartment community mid April and couldn't be happier. With the heavy overall price for an apartmment in the DFW incresing steadily over the past few years Bandera Ranch without a doubt gives you the nicest quality home and ammenities for the cost. Trust me this coming from someone who use to lease apartments and who recently shopped the area. I afeel lucky coming here right after the multi-million dollar renovatione just finished. EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW. The manager and leasing agent went out of there way helping make sure I got moved in. You dont see someone go above and beyond for you everyday. Both the manager and leasing agent are helpful, nice, and take good care of you here. Highly recommended.

I fell in love with these apartments as soon as I saw them. The outside property was very clean and Robin showed me around....LOVE the theater!! I lease an apartment with them a few months ago and I finally moved in this month. I recommend this place to everyone.

Best ever apts ... great location (just 10 mins to DFW International Airport). Quite...never hear any jets. My elec bills avg $50-$60 a month on a one bedroom over 800 SQ FT! I don't skimp on AC/Heat either. I do use https://energysimp.ly/Z0JL6 to pay so little. The trees and birds sleeping in them shed all over the cars so don't park under them! The pool is nice and gated. The club house has leather recliner theater seating and a HUGE screen TV for Superbowl parties and other events. The neighbors are always nice. The rents are cheap. Never saw a bug once in 5 months living here now. They have a "CARES" team living on the premises in case you have a problem. The mgmnt is super friendly here. The weight room is open 24/7 and you get your own key for it. The place is secluded away from any other apt complexes and fwy traffic noise and I have never had any problems with crime or vandalism. The maintenance fixes things within a day or so. This place ROCKS! If you get a vacancy...JUMP because they are rare here! (= I dread the day when/if I ever have to move to a new place!

I recently moved into Bandera Ranch and I am head over heals in love. I stopped by on a Saturday and met with Leah, she was so warm and welcoming that I knew this is where I had to live. I am knew to the area and she was so kind to tell me about all the great shops and restaurants close by. My apartment is just perfect! Warm and cozy, I love all the little extras that make it the perfect home. Robin the manager is wonderful greets you by name and the entire staff is outstanding. Looking for a place to live? well stop Bandera Ranch is home.
