Home sweet home!!!!!

I moved in to Bandera Ranch on 10/15/2018 and have been here since. I have a one bedroom which is very spacious. I’m a single woman so first thing I think about is my safety and not once since I have been here have I ever witnessed any disturbances or had any trouble with neighbors. I would say the management does a great job at screening potential renters. The maintenance is excellent, and get the request completed in a very good timely fashion. Upkeep on property is above exceptional and management is very good about making sure it stays that way. If you are looking for a clean, spacious living, quiet property, then Bandera Ranch should be your next place to call Home sweet Home! Sandra Reeves

Great experience

Melissa and Michael were fantastic! They were very professional and helpful, answering all my questions as well as giving me a in depth tour. I look forward to moving in, the community is welcoming and well kept. If anyone is looking for an inclusive, safe and beautiful place, this will surely impress and a great place to live. Very quite area and a safe LGBTQIA+ community. I lived here for years and never felt threatened or unsafe. Current property manager is friendly and does what they can to make sure things get addressed quickly.

Bandera Ranch has been a wonderful place to live. I moved in this year and have zero complaints so far. The staff is friendly and super responsive to any issues that come up. The pool is a great place to hang out in the summer and it is always clean around the apartments.

I moved in to a one Bedroom and I absolutely love it. It’s quiet, spacious, the wood floors are super smooth, with beautiful marble counter tops, everything is in top tier shape. the ppl in the office are nice too.

Bandera Ranch has been my home for 3 years now. This is a quiet community with no safety concerns for me. We recently got the ADT system and I love it. The maintenance guys always have work orders completed fast and the office girls always help in any way.

I just completed the rental process to move into a new apartment in this community in December 2021. I can't say enough about how smooth and easy it was to get all the paperwork done completely virtually. From start to finish, working with April in the office was wonderful. She is quick to respond, very professional and so very kind. I have heard only great things about this community and I look forward to moving in and sharing more about how great it will be to live there.

Much to my dismay, I'll leave Bandera Ranch. I've been privileged to meet many cool people. The residents I've met are easy going. The staff is easy going as well. Everyone waves and takes the time to see what they can do for you. Amber is quick to greet or return calls. She's interested in making us happy. And it shows. Because maintenance concerns are handled quickly. Kevin and Derrick don't fool around. They make things work. I encourage people to come experience this place.

recently moved in and a young lady help me moved in name Of Ceci she was very helpful with everything when we moved in recently I've been to office and found out she no longer works at this office so my concern was the manager.. she was not very helpful and it seem like I was aggravating her when I kept asking questions about the alarm systems .:: When I walked in last week after 3 me an my wife both went different days and notice that the so called manager wasn't even properly talking right or standing still I've heard multiple rumors that she a drunk manager so it came across us that she been drunk the 3x we have been to the office I usually don't have complaints but when it comes to asking simple questions and not getting a responsive respond it concerns me .:: I do hope that this gets fixed a nice community and for a manager to carry herself the way she does isn't good .

Love this Community. Our maintenance staff is one of the best. One of our lead maintenance men Derrick has been with the property for around 2 years and things have absolutely improved since he came on board. I would recommend this community for sure!

Sooooooo, i just moved in; and so far so great! Apartments are very well maintained & affordable as well as super comfortable. Thus far the Office manager; Amber is very supportive and follows through on what she says she will do; which I appreciate thoroughly. Office workers and maintenance seem to be very kind and effective on getting things done. Definitely have high hopes for my stay here as i cant find a reason to ever want to leave as of now. Will give a 6 month update as well as a year too update you all on any changes to my current perspective. They also have a really cool newsletter with recipes, tips , and just thoughtful quotes to inspire the residents; which is right up my ally. But yea; its a beautiful complex & so far im receiving a lot of good vibes from everyone il've came across on the grounds; and im super grateful; Thank You!

I am fairly satisfied with the complex. Its quiet, affordable compared to other places and residents are nice. The issues are mainly with office staff and maintenance. The maintenance team is very understaffed and any work order seems to take a week or more to get completed and sometimes maintenance requests are completely ignored and they dont fix it. The office staff doesn't seem to care about any issues with current residents. You can call them about an issue and nothing ever gets done. Its affordable and quiet but another complex may be better to go with.

I have been here a month so far and I don't have any major complaints. The community is quiet. The rent is very affordable (and I hope it stays that way). The staff is really nice and on top of things. Amber is friendly and the maintenance guys get things done. My only complaints are the people and this dog poop. I have only used the dog park once because there were too many piles of big dog poop and I have a little dog and it's gross. Also I wish the property owners would get some play equipment installed for the kids. The kids are constantly running around the property and unfortunately due to the location they can't just walk down the street to the park. I am sure a play set would not cost much and the kids would love it. I don't have kids so it's no benefit to me but it would be safer.

I have been a resident for almost a full week. The complex is surprisingly quieter than I thought it would be. The few issues that I have found with the apartment have been cared for in a timely manner. Amber, the new manager, assisted me from start to finish - even when I called before moving in to ask random questions. I feel like she has been left with a lot on her plate after reading some of these reviews. Her responsibility is for me to have a safe and comfortable home to dwell, and for that she gets all the stars.

The new manager Amber is a kind understanding person. She make sure you get what you need to make your stay a joyful one. You can count on her to be in the office during office hours to assist residents. Amber is doing a great job.
