Office staff is awesome, maintenance is great. Property is a older and as updated as can be expected but a lot of things show the properties age, especially in the units. Feels like some corners are cut in regards to updating the property and units.

It's clean, it's quiet and most neighbors are pretty friendly. The maintenance staff is 5 star!! The grounds could use some TLC in some areas, overall, it's nice here. I have no other input in regards to what else needs to be done

This a Great place to live. The community caters for all age groups. The office staff and the maintenance team are very polite and respond to request promptly. They keep the grounds clean, very quiet no loud noise in the community

Overall a very nice established community. It has more of a suburb feel and is pretty quite. Maintenance is great and the front office always responds quickly. The only issue is people not always picking up after their dogs, but that's pretty common anywhere.

Not impressed. Not at all. Feel like the wool was pulled over my eyes. Been here 3 days and will tell you I will it be renewing. Very much a downgrade where I came from. Hate I didn't renew my lease at old complex.

Tour was great. Leasing agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. The complex itself is very clean and all the tenants we ran into seemed very happy. Unit was beautiful. Grounds were very well maintained. Breezeways are cleaned regularly. That's a big plus in my book!

Enjoyed my tour and leasing professional. Pretty property. Appreciated easy access to local park and walking paths. Love the mature trees. Only thing I saw negative is the cleanliness of stairwells and breezeway.

The place is nice, it's a very nice community with plenty of activities that they personally create. Plenty of things to do with the location of the apartment. Right next to the airport and the highway, and the park. Place is quiet for the most part, except for the annoying neighbors upstairs that like to stomp (or maybe the paper-thin ceilings) otherwise it's great.

I love how clean and spacious the apartment is very clean environment and private it is. I love how I am able to get to my kids school in 5 mins and I really don't have to get on the highway for anything, the neighbors here are very nice and respectful as well

Ever since I moved in here at The Franciscan At Bear Creek, it's been a very pleasant experience. From the start the office/management have been great. Isabel and Tiffany have always been great. The property is well maintained and worth every penny.

very overpriced for the condition of the property and lack of updated amenities. no parking unless you pay for parking. the breezeways are always filthy. trash area is always overflowing. the ac in my unit is terrible and all I am ever told is it is working fine.

Their office staff and maintenance crew are the best!! They have the fastest turn around time I've ever seen and they get in and get out, and they are the most respectful and courteous team I've ever seen. I've lived at several apartments through the years and I have ZERO complaints with this place. They deserve way more than 5 stars!!
