It's a very nice apartment complex and the management team is very good! Maintenance is good for the most part. It's a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoy it a lot. It's been one of the best apartments we've been in.

Besides the cat issue, we don't have any bad things to say about the apartments. During the summer is can get a bit nosey at the pool, but other than that it's fine. We don't see any security patrolling so there's that

I did not make an appointment, I just walked in. Tiffany greeted us, she was warm and friendly. She was attending to something else at the time, she has if we wouldn't mind waiting a few minutes while she finished up whatever she was working on. After that she gave her undivided attention to us. Very professional.

The FRANCISCAN at BEAR CREEK has been great since I moved in! The community is quiet and very well kept! My individual unit is amazing, I love the layout! Don't plan on moving anytime soon! My experience here is been great! Thank y'all!

Everything has been a positive experience the office staff is extremely helpful friendly. Any issue has always been resolved in a positive timely manor. It's nice to live in a complex that takes pride in its grounds and it's appearance

Getting back into apartment life after 30 years, it was a bit overwhelming. Many steps in the process. The assistant manager Aspen was there to assist me with every step. The cleanliness of the apartment on move in day had me soaring above the clouds. I'm looking forward to enjoying the gorgeous pool and large fitness center once I settle in to a routine. Thank you!

Loved the apartment & community. One major issue is the parking, if you get home late you wouldn't get space to park and would have to park outside the gate. The community is quite and peaceful, would have been a great choice if the parking issue was solved.

I went in to ask questions and view an apartment about a week ago. Sarah greeted me as soon as I walked in and was extremely helpful from the start. Sarah showed me the floor plans available, their prices, and pictures of the inside of those apartments which really helped me decide which floor plan I wanted to apply for. She also showed me an apartment which looked very nice, very great service throughout the process.

I have not had any problems living here. Area is quiet and well kept. Food school and shopping nearby. Staff is helpful when you need them. Grounds are well kept and they continue to improve. They offer monthly community gatherings.

The maintenance team has been very good. They respond quickly and have resolved any problems I've had with my apartment. The entire complex recently had an entire face-lift with the exterior getting a new paint job and it looks really good.

I was looking for a one bedroom apartment that had an attached garage. The apartment also has a nice balcony that I can actually use...so I am happy about that. Having the parking spot in front of my garage is also a big plus for me.

Nice and well kept property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very quiet environment and neighborhood. I would highly recommend this community. We enjoy living here. This is going to be our ninth year.

It has been very nice but it is a little pricey for an older complex. My hot water heater could be bigger it can't even fill my tub with hot water. I travel for work a lot and I'm really never am home. The hallways are getting a little messy. But other than that the office staff is great and it is a very nice community and so far I have enjoyed living there.

Mixed bag
So there were some significant issues with the apartment when I moved in. Ones that should have been disclosed (there was no way to miss them). This apparently is common, as I have spoken to other residents who have moved in to find issues that also should have been mentioned. That said, once I spoke to the manager Isabel, she made sure the ones that could be were addressed and she really listened to me. Isabel gets 5 stars. She's great. That said, there were things she couldn't do; like change the floorplan. The floorplan I was given when I moved had significant deviations from the one I moved into. I was told that was common. As they did not allow me to see the actual unit prior to move in (though I asked repeatedly, in person), this was an unpleasant surprise. And the issues that were able to be addressed caused me significant difficulties (at one point I had to move everything out of a room I had just moved into) and a lot of stress. The assistant manager is useless in this regard. I complained to him first. He shrugged my concerns off. As he did every other time I spoke to him. This place would be better if they replaced him with someone else, honestly. Someone proactive and empathetic. This apartment itself is significantly overpriced compared to similar ones in the area. There are a long list of fees they nickel and dime you for that should frankly be included in the rent ($9.00 pest control fee? Really???) And it bills itself as a luxury community. Since I have lived in many luxury apartments I can assure you... this is not the case. The appliances are the cheapest out there. The washing machine is brand new, cheap and is terrible. The stove is the most basic you can buy. And everything in the apartment from the very cheap flooring to the old toilets and old sinks are just 'economy' grade. The trash valet only takes one bag, and not even every day. Nothing in the actual apartment is luxury. Seriously. Nothing. Even the tile backsplash and counters, which are newer, are very outdated in style and were probably the cheapest available as a result. That said, there were very few apartments with the things I wanted available in the area on the date I needed to move in. And Sarah, the leasing consultant, is very good at selling the community. And the community itself is quite nice. The grounds are well maintained the maintenance staff is friendly, responsible and competent. So I moved in. Finally, there is a huge pest control issue. However, its endemic to the area an not limited to this property. I have friends in nearby communities that also have to deal with it. That said, most of them don't get charged a separate pest control fee. That service is included in their rent.

The property has gone down and used to be so nice. There is trash left out all weekend. The hallways look horrible, they could be cleaner. People with pets should pick up behind them. Access gate broke

I love living here, just moved buildings- but I've been here since 2020. The staff is awesome, and the community is quiet. Anytime I've had an issue the office staff and maintenance team resolve it quickly and correctly. There's great access to parks from the complex, and the complex is kept up well.

I contacted for a move in ready apartment. What I got was not that. There is an oppressive and strong odor of curry int the apartment. So bad the manager Isabel was horrified once I forced a walk through. Additionally the appliances were not ready. And having experience with the curry issue the management above Isabel did not agree with my solution and instead I am having to rearrange my life and schedule to accommodate "solutions" that will likely be inadequate. Not to mention extremely detrimental to the quiet enjoyment of my apartment I am entitled to and contracted for. I am working with Isabel but this has caused me stress, time and money out of my own pocket. And that has not been addressed. Though I have brought it up, no attempt has been made to compensate me for this extreme inconvenience. My apartment still is not move in ready, I have had No quiet enjoyment, and I have not been made whole.

I absolutely love this community! Very beautiful property, very nice staff, and very understanding! Also the management does a lot for the tenants. I really enjoy living here. One downfall about this community is the parking, very horrible parking if you don't have a garage or carport, but other than the parking this community is amazing. By far the best community I have lived in.

Its been ok. I feel safe here. But I have had challenges with parking and tenants smoking pot and that smell getting into my apartment. Tenants on my floor leave their garbage out 24/7 and for "luxury" living, I don't want to see this every morning with the remaining garbage the valet garbage does not pick up. Tenants left a dead stick car in a valuable parking spot for at least 6 months.

Since we have moved in, we haven't had any real issues. The only maintenance issues we've had have all been addressed within a day or two and the maintenance team has been very efficient. We're super happy with the service from both the office staff and the maintenance team at this property. This is by far the best experience i've ever had with any apartment complex or property management company. I absolutely love my apartment complex!

I would definitely recommend not to go there if if you're not a lawyer doctor or someone that makes 200,000 a year. Make sure you're not -------- or maybe different type of race or they will definitely make kind excuses for you not to qualify !

We love our community and the atmosphere here too! We like to go on walks and love that thr hiking trail is literally outside of the apartment. The staff is extremely friendly and love that the host events once a week for the community!
