Apartamentos muy buenos
Muchas gracias Marlene por toda tu ayuda y felicidades por tu gran trabajo en Pavilion Place, eres sin duda una de las mejores en la oficina. Los apartamentos son amplios, el lugar en general es limpio y muy tranquilo. El equipo de mantenimiento es excelente, cuando los he necesitado me ha servido muy rápido. Llevo viviendo casi 7 meses en estos apartamentos y estoy encantada. Gracias.

New faucet quick fix
I had a faucet that was leaking so much that it would fill up the dish washer bin very quickly causing my water bill to increase. I reached out to maintenance and not only did they fix the problem they replaced the old faucet with a brand new modern one. A lot of my appliances were very old when I moved in two years ago( I don’t have one of the remodeled apartments) so I appreciated the upgrade. They did this for my thermostat when it gave out and my fridge as well. Thank you.

Great Maintenance
The maintenance staff is very hardworking, professional, and kind to the residents from my observation. Alex always works hard and always has a positive attitude! He remembers to wear shoe coverings, and after he changed my A/C filter, he even took the time to listen to me and help me correctly measure my wall to hang my picture! Now that’s great customer service! Thank you.

DON’T REMOVE HERE
: I wish negative stars existed because I definitely would give them. I would advise no one move into IMT properties specifically Pavilion place Jessica which is probably 4th property manager and the staff changes often and Jamie the regional manager. They are uncooperative, unprofessional not lack empathy. I've been living with roaches and they find nothing works with that. They are deceptive and make more excuses. No real solutions at all just and lack luster apologies for there unkept properties. Along with a slew of other issues. If I had the time I could list all the issues. Just a warning !!

Bad management
I have been requedtung them to fix the ac unit multiple times and everytime they come and go without fixing and just writes completed service request. My room is 90F right now, who else can survive inside? So irresponsible management

Just... wow.
Mannn... this place is the -----! Okay, okay... in all seriousness, the staff here is marvelous (SO FAR. c(:l). BUT... Michelle is incredible! She has helped me and my NEWLY-TO-BE-WED-AND-PREGNANT-FRIENDS out with their first apartment immensely. I said I'd write a review, and so I DO! Man of his word, this one. Anyways... this place just instantly feels like... I mean, Home! Six pools... well kept, spacious interiors, near literally the best stores and everything I freaking would ever need. Cannot WAIT to have one of my own. You BETTER keep me in mind when those specials evaporate or hire me in the freakin' office MICHELLE! If you're laughing... I am too, but SERIOUSLY!!!! "I'd do anythiiiing...." Sorry, where was I? If anyone wants a singing and dancing monkey man in their front office, lemme hear a HOO-WAAA! Okay I'm done. This place rocks. Haaave.... ya met me? *Barney Stinson voice* *****dives in every single pool******

Maintenance call
Great service, called maintenance regarding my AC leaking and not cooling off properly. Kevin was technician on duty that night and he fixed the issue for the night and came back the next morning to complete the service and replace a few parts.

Great place and great tacos! Enjoyed speaking with Mark about the different units available. He was full of knowledge and told me about the floor plans they had available. The grounds were kept nice and clean as well.
