Service coordinator Liz

Liz the service coordinator was really helpful. She helped me coordinate all my service requests. Got my friends a good apartment. Now I have my good friends as neighbors and it was all possible with Liz. If you all need help, she is the one to look for. 100% recommend!!

She not only resolves complex issues but also handles everything thats concerning to the residents. The team at pavilion is amazing its clear why this company has such a stellar reputation, professionalism and top notch service . I've been a resident since 2022 and I love it here, I love my home I am very comfortable here and i just renewed my contract pavilion and I will be adding my pet I'm happy this community allows pets so I can have some company. I also love that Pavilion Place has events every month for their residents. The resident coordinator Marlene is excellent she really cares for her residents ask for her when visiting the community ??

Pavilion place is very nice and friendly , the staff greets you like nowhere else. I like to visit the office and go to their complimentary snack bar . I’ve know Marlene since she was a leasing consultant she is great ! Anything you need you can let her know and she will do her best to help you out . the community has the best overall look in the area too! They also have events every month how cool is that!

I've been a resident for almost 4 yrs what I like about pavilion place is the service especially from the office since she was a leasing agent very friendly and very professional every time i come to the office I say hi to her and she greets me all the time.

Great value, pleasant stay, my home from Apr 2018 to March 2024

As I leave this place, I have no complaints whatsoever. The management has always been helpful, and maintenance fast. Nothing fancy in this complex, but the basic necessities are well-maintained. I was fortunate to find it back in March 2018. Rent is unbeatable for the location and my apartment in building 15 was quiet and peaceful. Amazing memories in this apartment.

Horrible Staff/Management

There were 3 break ins around my apartment in 1 week. There are hardly any long term tenants at this apartment complex. There is a reason why there are so many apartments always available. Maintenance is horrible. I put in the same request several times before it was actually fixed. Appliances stop working out of the blue. The fish rots from its head. The lease office staff, including the property manager, are constantly changing and they do not know what they are talking about. Never take their word for anything.

The maintenance was quick.

I asked the leasing office to fix the sink and faucet. The maintenance person came to my room the next day. I briefly explained the problems They fixed the sink in my room the same day. Thank you. I am grateful to you.
