2 day move in

Michelle made the move quick and easy , everyone in the office is so helpful, gotta love complimentary start bucks and snacks . I didn’t have a computer at first so the resident PCS are a huge plus for me . First inquiries in person on December 29th.. 2 days before new years ever . I was moved in by the 31st . Record time . Worked with me and helped me more than I ever thought process was fast and easy . Put in a repair request and within a day both items were fixed in record time as well. Thank you Michelle for your kind heart and Juan for your repair skills and quick timing . I hope to have a wonderful stay here and I’m confident I will with the treatment I received so far

Great service

Thank you, Alex for getting the refrigerator issues resolved quickly. I placed a ticket for maintenance service at night time and Alex came in the next day and got the motor fan fixed immediately. Great services as always.

Reemplazo de lavadora y secadora

Muy buen trabajo por parte del tecnico Alex. Anteriormente ya habiamos tenido problemas con la lavadora y secadora que danaba las prendas de ropa y aunque hubo retrasos por parte de la oficina el trabajo fue excelente y efectivo. Muchas gracias al tecnico Alex y a la persona que vino con el ya que el trabajo realizado fue muy bueno.

Staff and maintenance

Michele and Alvaro were very helpful from me applying to me moving in. Even now they still prove to be cool people and helpful. Maintenance is also on point! Only issue I have is the bathroom mirror is old and spotty, can’t just wipe it down unfortunately. But overall it has been a non stressful experience with everything plus I always have the helpful staff to fall back on. And the maintenance page online is easy to use as well.

I'm very satisfied with the service I receive from Pavilion maintenance. Alex has become my favorite because he always is professional, patient, friendly, and hard-working.! He fixed my A/C leak promptly even when the power outage was a problem!

A good place to live .

Although it’s challenging to operate and maintaining a huge complex with the fast response the tenants are entitled to I can said y’all doing a great job, This has been my home for over 13 years , and some of the neighbors have become family to me , due my spinal stenosis they went beyond possible to accommodate a convenient parking space to help me pale my condition, the location of the complex is a treasure due the easy access to all the freeway, and important services as hospitals , fire stations, malls , it’s quiet and safe . It’s a clean place and the staff as Cirina and Liz always gonna take the time xtra mile to achieve the very expectations. I’m very grateful
