I had the pleasure of working with Jaime during my recent apartment search, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Apartment hunting

Samantha was very helpful and very knowledgeable off any and all apartments in this complex she is very descriptive and I was also given the option for an inperson and a virtual tour of the apartment I was interested in this helps me a lot due to working long hours and on most weekends she made sure I got everything that I was looking for in my apartment for me and my daughter she made sure we had enough bathrooms one for each of us and she also made sure to ask if I needed a washer and dryer or if I had one that I could connect she is very good at her job and very knowledgeable. She goes to an extent that most people won’t do to help you find exactly what you looking for most people just say this is what we have and this is what’s available and that’s all she went the extra mile to ensure that we had everything that we needed. She did a very good job and if I could give her a 10 star rating I would. Thank you again for your help Samantha.

I had the pleasure of touring the apartment today with Samantha, and I was thoroughly impressed! Samantha is a short, friendly, and very smart young lady who was also pregnant, which made the experience even more special. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and took the time to show us all of the beautiful pools, which are perfect for my family. We're definitely planning to lease in the summer, as this place seems like a great fit for us. Highly recommend checking it out!

New thermostat

I recently had the pleasure of working with the maintenance team, specifically Johnnu Francois, who came by to replace my thermostat, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. He arrived on time and approached the task with a high level of diligence and professionalism. He was organized throughout the process, ensuring everything was handled efficiently and without any unnecessary delays. He also maintained a clean work area, leaving no mess behind once the job was completed. The new thermostat works perfectly, and his attention to detail truly stood out. 10/10 staff and security

After losing my parents, it became very rare for me to experience kindness, and generosity. The environment you guys have cultivated has changed me for the better. I may have lost my parents, but I gained a familiar environment and for that I thank you. The rent is affordable, the amenities are so abundant, that even without a gym this is still the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. I told many people about you guys, I love the location, how it is close to everything. The staff here are so kind and courteous, they are so patient and generous, I would not want to live anywhere else, and I look forward to spending many years with you guys. I am in love with the flowers that change in and out with the coming seasons, I love how maintenance does not hesitate to address any, and all concerns. And most of all, I love how happy everyone is to greet you. I also love the complementary printer, the security guards, and the Starbucks machine has saved my life time after time, that is some great coffee! Thank you so much for all that you do, whoever is reading this, I greatly appreciate everything you do. 10/10

roach city

there is a roach problem here that management knows about and does not care to resolve. There are cracks everywhere so i am sure that is how they are coming in as I am a fairly clean person that bleaches everything until I almost pass out. there was a horrible smell that just wont go away that is coming from the cabinets. I put baking soda, vinegar, peroxide, bleach, you name it. They have came to spray for roaches twice and there are still live ones roaming amongst the few dead ones. It seems like the previous tenant was dirty or the complex failed to clean before slapping paint on everything. The cabinets and drawers are painted to where the drawers stick. Some drawers are falling apart as well. There are cracks ever including a huge one in the door and window (pretty sure thats where some roaches are getting in). The office is aware of the issue and chooses to mask the problem instead of fixing it with caulking and expanding foam. Would not recommend this complex unless you dont care for roaches because the apartments run fairly spacious except the restroom. Will not be renewing!
