Excellent service

Upon arrival, the property looks great. I originally toured with Jaime and decided to return to start the application process. Natalie was very helpful and assisted me with the process while Jaime kept me informed of updates. My move-in experience was seamless and easy.

Good maintenance dept.

The maint dept is good at what they do. They know how to fix anything. I can't say enough about them. They fix everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We've been here since 2002 and the maint has gotten better since then.

Magnificent experience

The experience was great Kevin was efficient when it came to fixing any issues. He was prompt and efficient. He is a very smart and trustworthy guy also Ms. Ana was a great asset in coordinating in getting the help I needed very efficiently

had an issue with my AC not cooling properly, and the maintenance guy who came to fix it did an excellent job. From the moment he arrived, he was polite and professional. He didn’t just do a quick check and leavehe took the time to figure out what was wrong and made sure he did everything he could to solve the problem.

Great! Clean and quiet.

The maintance is really good and experienced. I make a claim online and that day they already working on the issue. Juan is really nice and efficient. I have not had a bad experience with them. Also apartments are always clean and tidy.
