Driving around on Saturday afternoon looking for a place to live I decided to stop by the Pavilion Place and because I saw that had very nice looking units online. I went into the office and I met ------, my Leasing Consultant. ------ was very helpful and answered all my questions that I had. He gave me a tour around the complex and showed me the units I was interested in. If your looking for a place to live I would recommend coming here and speaking to ------.

Overall great experience. ------ was very friendly and helpful. Gave tour of the apartment. Great services very welcoming. They have 6 pools. Close to shopping centers. 24/7 gym and laundry room. Pet friendly

The initial impression of the property was pretty good. However, things got a little weird. As soon as we finished chatting with Carlos, we were forced to give feedback and the ratings in this review were keyed in by Carlos himself which was strange and we thought this was not a fair review.

The tour & staff was great!!! The apartment that ------ showed us was just up our alley. The laundry facility, units, the corner market which was a plus :) parking, gym. All that my family is looking for. Also, carpets for my little one.

I dealt with ------ and he was very attentive from talking on the phone to the tour he gave me. He explained everything very thoroughly as well which I appreciated and they have 24 hour guards at the gate which I love!

I just moved to this complex. It is a nice apartment and I like it. ---- helped me a lot to make my decision. I was hesitating about two models. She is very patient and shows me around the available choices, explaining the difference in detail. Also, she replies very quickly to my problems. This gives me a good experience of the whole process. However, after I moved in, I found on light doesn't work. I told her to repair. She said there will be someone come tomorrow. While many 'tomorrow' went by, still nobody comes. I doubted she didn't even tell the maintenance. So this is what happens after you sign the contract.

Ms. -------------- is a great leasing consultant. She has an amazing personality, character, and customer service. She made my visit feel comfortable and gave it a home vibe feeling. The properties that were shown to me looked great and up to par. I am really looking forward to being a future resident.

------ went above and beyond helping me and my husband to move in coming from California. He helped us process all of the paper works smoothly. Can't thank him enough for everything! We were just very upset when someone broke my husband's car windshield and it was really messed up because we paid for it getting replaced and there's no CCTV camera on the property. Community is pretty quiet and very accessible to Malls and shopping stores. It's actually close by the Galleria Mall which is A plus!

----------------- helped me tremendously! I am very happy that I came to tour this place. What I love most is how they both worked with me to find a solution. The place is very nice, along with a fitness center and five pools. There is security and a gate, so i feel safe.
