The worest of the worest!!! I have lived many apartments in houston. This one really is the worest! First, no parking!!! After 9pm, parking became less and less. After 11pm, good luck for you to find a spot. Maybe you can park the other apartment closeby is better. Second, it is not safe. They kept on checking on the violation parking instead of fixing the parking problem. Stupid. Your car is no longer safe. Many reserved parking popped up every week. If u think u park permit parking, u are too early to think on this way, they will be the reserved parking tomorrow. If you park in this, it costs you $200!!! WTF. Third, it is dirty inside. Roach appears after two-three month we moved in. After that, I got flea! Fourth, maintenance is slow. Took one week to do pest control?! I was bitten by flea to the hell. Took two weeks to fix my water tap. I had not had water in kitchen for two weeks! Fifth, facilities are old old old. Air conditioner was slow. Even after they fixed it, it worked slowly during day time. I strongly recommend you dun sign the contract!! You feel like you are in the hell after the contract starts.

I'm very happy with the staff, apartment and location (10 minutes from work). I moved here in the beginning of 2016 and never had any issues. Not one. Ask for Adam or Cirina! :) C

*Do not move here!!* Shooting @Pavilion Place in 2014. Google it. This place is deceitful and extremely shady. The online photos are NOTHING compared to going there yourself. What a dump. There leasing office "appears" to look "nice" but is far from it. They have 2 different areas of apartments and the one on Rampart Street is right next to westpark and 59 so you hear everything!! It's never quiet. I can go on saying how terrible their staff, maintenance and overall professionalism is but it's not worth it to me. What was worth it was paying the extra fees to get of that dump. I wish I read reviews that mentioned that. Also, Google about the murder shooting that happened in 2014. Scary to read. So with that, security is a joke. Don't let those other "5star" reviews fool you. They're just trying to coverup the truth and most likely family members of those who work there. You've. Been. Warned.

Please people don't not make mistake by renting apartment here your life will be miserable by parking problem the ask you 70 - dollars to have parking spot .. they will not say anything about the parking problem when you sign the lease and they give you parking sticker you can put on the car but it don't mean nothing. .. I'm writing this rate w when I'm sitting in my car 1 o'clock in the morning on gas station waiting for the other to take me home because there's no parking spot to park in apartment. Anybody who read this before you come to this apartment think twice!!!!

Washing machines break all the time and they don't fix them. Supposedly they have the people come out for regular maintenance but that obviously doesn't happen. ALL of the washing machines in the laundry center are currently broken and have been for over two weeks despite multiple maintenance requests. Also my stove has been broken since I moved in. They "fixed" it three times. Had to do laundry at a friend's since I like having clean clothes. I hate this place.

This is like a garbage storage area. All pictures are fabricated. Very poor facilities and utility services. Swimming Pool Water Stinks and they were always close during my almost two summers there. Tap water is brown and dirty. The behavior of office staffs are mostly humiliating. They are not concerned even if you are in an emergency situation like "no water in the apartment for long hours"..........I am sad that i chose to select this apartment to live.....Don't come here. You wont be spared even when you leave the place. They will send you wrong bills. This happened to me. Even if i was not agreed with the amount, I paid that to avoid any problem. Still i found they sent my information to a collection agency for a different amount. When i contacted, they acknowledged the mistake. This is a recurrent behavior....Try some in Katy Area, you may get within same rent ( may be little higher, but that worth) DO NOT GO THERE unless you love to stay in trouble

Do NOT be fooled by this place. It's the most horrible complex in EVERY single way. I lived here for over a year - ONLY because I had a lease with them. First of all, when I first moved in there were roaches crawling all over the place. Nobody seemed to ever spray the place for bugs or maintain it. I had to treat the place at my own expense. Even though I told them several times in person, and they never did anything about it. The place has been robbed so many times while I lived there that I lost count. People even had their tires stolen at the place. The neighborhood is completely ratchet. It's a pretty scary part of town to be completely honest. The walls are made of cardboard so good luck sleeping at night. Also, you will never find parking at night. Several times I had to wait for hours for a free spot. And parking my car outside the complex was NOT an option since the neighborhood was so dangerous. Last, but not least, the staff is completely unprofessional. I felt like I was talking people who had no manners at all. They came up with random "charges" every now and then that they said they forgot to charge me when I first moved in. Once they forced me to pay an extra $250 deposit after 9 months of living there. Seriously? I advise you not to move in. Seriously, seriously, leave it as your last option. When I lived in Houston and discovered the city I found a billion places that were so much better than this horrible place.

1. Noise - I can hear every noise my upstairs neighbors make. I mean every noise, footstep, song, and sometimes conversation... 2. Staff - If you need to get in touch with them, you might as well go straight to the office. You will drive yourself crazy continually calling only to receive no answer. And if you are lucky enough to have someone answer, half of the time they will put you on hold forever until the call finally drops. Oh, but don't expect them to call you back.... 3. Maintenance - A total joke. My fridge was leaking and got "fixed" 5 separate times. It is still leaking.... All they do is turn the temperature up in my freezer and call it fixed. Also, they came in to fix my sink that wasn't even broken. They claim that I filed a maintenance emergency at 7am (although no one is even in the office at that time to answer the phone...). Although I never requested this fix, I found it hilarious that despite it being listed as an "urgent" emergency, no action was taken until after 2pm. So hopefully it's not a terrible emergency, because they won't hurry by any means. Lastly, I came home on my lunch break once to find my entire apartment reeking of smoke. I quickly notified a lady at the front office and asked if I should call the fire department, to which she told me to wait until a maintenance worker arrived. I even went around to my neighbors to make sure they were safe and aware of the smoky smell filling my apartment. I was told that a maintenance man was on his way. I waited for over an hour and a half and eventually had to return to work. No one ever showed up or called to check on if the smell had dissipated. I was extremely disappointed in their lack of effort especially regarding an issue such as a fire. 4. The parking lot is constantly full of trash, wrappers, cups, napkins tossed out by people that live there. I physically recorded a tenant throw an entire wal*mart bag full of trash underneath his car, when there was an empty dumpster less than 30 feet away.. People are very disrespectful of the property but maintenance does try to pick up the clearly visible items. 5. Parking - Only live at this apartment if you have NO friends. Visitor parking is a complete joke. I have complained about it only for them to tell me I can add on $40+ dollars for a reserved spot, which has nothing to do with visitors... If you come home after 7pm, a totally reasonable time, you will have to park halfway around the complex just to find a spot. And God forbid you have to park outside the gate, I have seen so many windows smashed in and cars broken into. 6. Gate - I do love the fact that there is a security officer and a gate surrounding the complex. However, half the time, the guards don't even take down information. They just motion a whole string of cars through without seeing is anyone is a visitor or not. For such a simple job, a lot of people fail to do it accurately. Although, a select few of the guards take their job very seriously and go above and beyond what is expected of them. And because of them, it makes me feel safe. Overall, the price and location are great, but there are too many stupid issues that could easily be resolved. I will not be renewing my lease and honestly cannot wait to get out.

Before this apartment I stayed at another complex for 8 years until the area became too expensive to rent. These apartments are affordable compared to the other in Houston. But this is what you get with the affordability: 1. Noise- upstairs neighbor is a single guy who has girls visiting him often. Every "activity" is extremely loud and the whole ceiling is shaking. Loud music and smoking pot in the late hours. Some would say good for him or a lucky guy, but when you pay rent and you want your piece and quiet....not happening 2. Parking- if you come late at night forget about the parking. You'll be parking on the opposite side of the property. The visitor parking is a joke. If you have someone visiting you, and god forbid it's at night they do not have a place to park and the car will be towed. I went to talk to the person in the office about this parking issue and she told me she can offer me assigned parking for $40 dollars a month. adding another bill is not helping the issue with the parking. 3. Maintenance- I had issues where the first time they came out to fix something was not fixed. I kept calling back and I was even annoying myself. It's just tiring to keep asking them to come back 4 times to fix the same issue. I was really excited about this place when I moved, but I will not be renewing my lease and can not wait to move.

The Staff at Pavilion Place is always so helping and attends to any of my needs in a timely manner. They have also helped me out in the past with any issues I may have in my apartment or the grounds. I also constantly see them upgrading the entire property which is great!

I am happy with what I get for what I pay in rent. My husband and I are young and prefer to spend our money travel and dining so we chose this complex due to cost and convenient location. The staff is great and they quickly take care of our concerns. The grounds are green and clean and we feel relatively safe here.

This community is great however the office staff makes the stay/ move in process nearly unbearable. Maintanence request are barely filled, and the leasing agents can be confrontational or nonchalant by phone. They dont seem to care very much about residents.

Let me just put this honest and raw review out there... take it with heed, I am serious. I can bet many reviews on here are likely from management suggesting to write a review for some kind of spiff. I know I had to write one in order to get "free access" (the code) to their gym which features all of 2 treadmills 3 ellipticals, a weight machine (no free weights) and another misc. piece of equipment. I retracted my review shortly after. Where do I begin? All of my complaints I have already addressed with the complex so I have not gone unheard... 1. Mold-- I refused to sign their waiver of my rights to any health concerns or whatever, I should have contacted a lawyer. Point, blank, period. Mold. 2. Roaches-- Tons of them. TONS. TOOOONS!!! They will try and hold conversations while you cook. I've found one sticking his finger in my marinara before.... he got the Raid. The complex went as far as to send out a notice to clear out your cabinets and what not, which we did, because they were going to spray a powerful insecticide. It did nothing and I think they've been worse, mutant even. I've ran across a few having a meeting in my microwave too, I had to tell them to scram. 3. Parking-- I have had some serious issues previously but it's not too bad now. Although they made it a huge inconvenience to get a new parking pass. I went about 3 times on separate trips to get it and wasted my lunch break just waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting... finally I was able to get it. Not happy. 4. Noise-- the neighborhood in general is not loud but if you're in a downstairs apartment I pray your ceiling/their floor is better constructed than mine. I can hear a single pin drop upstairs. Your neighbors are knockin' boots? You're joining them for their escapade. Someone decides to go pee? You're peeing with them. You can hear every single step, sniffle, and sneeze. 5. Neighbors-- All reasonably pleasant except I have had a change of neighbors 3x in the year I have been there... not sure what's up with that. I doubt ALL of them signed 3month leases? 6. Upkeep-- my washer/dryer have broken 4x or so, I have mold, my stove rocks back and forth (I have put in work orders) so we finally balled up a paper and stuck it behind the panel... problem ALMOST resolved. Also, the cabinets do not match and some have fallen off in our hands. Thank goodness for Gorilla Glue. I will say though, for the most part, maintenance is expedient unless it is the weekend and you have a washing machine that stopped with water filled to the brim and clothes just sitting there and the dryer doesn't work either to dry them so they have to wait until Monday. Yay for mildew-y clothing... apparently not an emergency situation of any kind. I'm really actually quite tired of writing this review but I got one or 2 more things to touch on. 7/8-- they give you notices for EVERYTHING. Apparently our 2 beach buckets that were not visible to the street or sidewalk or neighbors interfered with the uniformity of the community so we got a little note stating we had to remove them or face penalties... so that means someone went on to our porch, looked behind the wall, and decided hey, those buckets are offensive to me so we need to write a notice about them. Get off my porch, creeps. Then I get a notice for a blind being loose and I had less than a week (4 days to be exact) to go buy a new pair of blinds from the office or pay $35 to have them replaced or pay a fine... SO I go buy the ones from the office that they gave me. They did not fit. I currently have them up half-a**ed. I put it in my F*ck it bucket. I emailed my apartments with my grievances about a month ago and never heard back from them. They don't care so I don't care. I'm ready to leave this hell hole.

I'm going to be honest here because I KNOW there is someone out there looking for an apartment like I was and only has the reviews to go on. This is my first apartment and the renting process was pretty smooth, the apartments are not truly luxurious but they are kept really nice, and the amenities are actually that of a luxurious set of a apartments, just a scale under. The maintenance at first would come seemed like the very next day, now it's taking them a longer time; but I appreciate the apartment's effort buy having socials, parties, refreshments, the business center, workout center, security, etc. My biggest pet peeve is the parking. There isn't any parking after maybe 8:00 for visitors and if you're coming in after 10:00p.m. for residents. Other than that, good luck on everything. It seems like the apartment is made out of a cheaper material because you can hear everything outside of your window and I stay near a pool so just imagine the consequence.

We've been here since 2013, we love it here because it feels like we're safe. And the neighborhood is just like our country, so we didn't miss back home. And its very accessible to everything like Groceries, bus stops, near Galleria, medical center and my son's school.

I love living at this apartment. The staff is very friendly and so are the other residents. The appearance is nice and the convenience of the fitness center nearby and the washer/dryer in the unit in awesome. However, their parking for visitors should be more distinct. I was also placed next to someone that I am not fond of, but I know that was out of their control.

I'm a student at U of H, moved in May. When I first moved in there were some small roaches, but self-treated they were out within the first three or so weeks. The AC isn't perfect on the hottest days of the summer, but it's not unbearable. As long as it's not over 100 outside it works just fine. Guest parking can be tough, but it's not completely impossible. As long as you're not constantly having people over, it won't be too huge of a problem. Office staff is friendly, maintenance staff are pretty great too. I see maintenance people coming through the complex and cleaning up trash/maintaining shrubs and grass fairly often, it's clear upkeep for the residents is important. The walls between apartments can be a little thin, but the noise isn't bad unless it's a weekend and someone's (understandably) having a party.
