This is my second time leasing and Ronald has been amazing! I had too many questions and he answered every single one of them and took me back and forth to each type of unit because I was so indecisive. I was going to check out Chimney Rock and a couple of other places nearby, but I was just wowed by this complex and the price. I signed the same day and I'm so excited to start my new chapter in Houston!

I recently applied and was having the hardest time to getting a place that was within the liking of my fiance. Ronald helped me, he went above and beyond to help me get moved in no matter what it took. If it was not for his efficiency, upbeat attitude and overall help I would be in quite a predicament. So, this is a great start in my eyes. Highly recommend if you have anyone to help you at Pavilion Place, go to Ronald.

The second I walked in Mr. Ronald welcomed me and my son, started talking about deals and offered us a property tour which it was great, Trashcans are always clean, the complex is very Green ??, he also showed us some locations that were available, I won't find a straight cat falling in the sidewalks, must of them have a collar or belong to someone, they're well trained, Mr. Ronald was able to professionally help me through out the process with any questions without concerns... deserve my 5??

We were attended by a nice gentleman called Ronald Barahona who is very professional and skilled when it comes to answer questions, and look for the best and quickest way to make you feel at home even before applying! We feel lucky about having him give us a hand during the process. And all the office staff seems to be the same way, helpful. The condo is right for us and accomplishes our requirements so far. The apartment is just what we needed! And the price is ok!!

Worst place ever. Multiple robberies and careless and rude attitude of the staff. Never clean. Roach and lizards problem all around and inside the house. Will not recommend this place to anyone mainly due to safety issues.

I just had my first sleeping night yesterday and it was quite and pleasant fo me and my son , just lil issues with some maintenance but over all it's amazing , the only thing I have it on this community negating is th dog poop , I understand that the residents won't take time To clean after their dogs but maybe we have to be more strict with them , I love the that the residential is close by the attractions of Houston. Now let me talk about the guy that made this move possible for Mr. RONALD such a pleasant man to see and he is the on who listened to my needs and make it happen in the time I have requested , thanks so much Ronalad and I consider myself lucky that you the one assisted me. See you tomorrow when I come to grab some coffee in the office. K.G

DO NOT LIVE HERE. One of my biggest regrets is deciding to live in this complex. The noise, the upkeep, the parking, the pipes, don't let the lower price and living room space blind you, or the smooth talking leasing agents. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE.

First of all, don't look at the pictures online. As the pictures show, this place is clean and elegant.However, they are all not true. The pool are always dirty with leaves on them, no one cleans it. After a heavy rain, you can't walk to your apartment without wet shoes. Secondly, the staffs in leasing office are so mean. They never send email to you and inform anything through any other way else. When I was living here, I only received one email from the leasing office. It is an email titled with "We are sad to see you go" which was sent to me several days before I moved out. They do not inform you before let tow company tow your cars from the right spot. The most terrible thing is they force you to move out on the weekend that a hurricane was hitting Texas. If I don't move out, they will charge you by days. Even the leasing office is closed at 2 pm due to the weather, I still need to pay if I don't move out on weekend, even though I paid full month rent. The leasing office just wants to get money from you, the more the better. Third, the community is noise and even not very safe. Living close to someone that always have parties and sing at midnight is annoying. Maybe because they don't have regular jobs. Although they give you a gate card, several times, I found the gate is opening after 10 pm which means that anyone can get in the community.

I moved in here in January 2017 and last night(11/02/17) my Apartment was burgled and as expected i lost some valuables. I reported the case at the management office the following and to my surprise nobody dimmed it fit to come around to my apartment to see the condition of my vandalized Apartment, not even anyone from their security department, other than sending two maintenance guys to fit the broken window. Obviously, the management of Pavilion place do not care about the lives and valuables of their tenants. I feel so unsecured to continue to stay here. Quite disturbing and disappointing.

I recently visited Pavilion Place looking for a one bedroom. I was impressed with how the people in the leasing office were helpful and always smiling. I am not looking to September but I have already told friends about this place. Keep up the good work to Miguel but also to everyone there.

Miguel was AWESOME!!!!!! We came in just as the office was preparing to close on Saturday, 02/11/17 and Miguel gave us the full experience. He was so informative and detailed regarding all of the amenities and details specific to what we were seeking. He even took us to view the floor plan that we were interested in although it was only minutes before the final hour of the day. We were not able to view the 2X1 floor plan that day due to the time, nor were we able to drop back in the next day due to prior engagements, but Miguel offered to Facetime us so that we could see the unit. His attitude, passion, and willingness to help us find exactly what we were looking for definitely won me over! I greatly appreciate all of his assistance and I will be starting my application process very soon; actually within the next few days! The property, although very large, was very well kept and secure (there is a gate and guard). The unit we viewed, a 2BR 2BA was very spacious. There was a good amount of space in the living and dining rooms as well as a HUGH master bedroom. It was large enough to fit 2 King size beds and had great closet space. I loved the fact that the 2nd bedroom and bathroom had a door that could close this area off turning it into a guest suit. Overall, my impression of the property was a 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend it to any prospective renters.

My boyfriend and I went by over the weekend to see a one bedroom. Miguel and Courtney were friendly and answered everyone question we had. The location is close to my boyfriends work and we plan to lease because of them.

I have lived here for quite a while... This apartment is by far the quietest I have lived in! Some of the office staff members are great and the others and just ok but Dory is my favorite she does whatever she can to make me happy and make sure all of my problems are solved! She's the most sweetest and understanding!! Other than sometimes the parking lot is full I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

everyone in the office is friendly and smile alot. i like coming into the office because they all offer coffee or drinks with ice as i wait and make sure i am comfortable while i wait my turn. i know it can get very busy and i don't mind because i listen to how they treat all with professionalism. thak you to everyone happy new year 2017

I am a resident at Pavilion place for a little over 8 months. This community has exceeded my expectations. The community is nice, the neighbors are friendly, and it is surprisingly clean. Maintenance responds quickly, the office staff is nice and gives you free cookies and coffee .... What else? It's nice neighborhood there are a lot of family and kids , and I'm not afraid to go outside late at night. The entire parking area for the whole complex is super lit up with I want to thank Anarela, Monica, and Adam from the office for always coming through and helping me answer any questions or anything else that I may need. They are always happy, have a smile on their face, and make me feel happy when I come to the office. The only thing I have to say as a con is parking isn't always that convenient. That is okay though because now there is available assigned parking if you want.
