This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and really helpful. Our leasing consultant ------ was the awesome and very caring and was honestly the highlight of the trip he was very concerned about our needs and answered our questions fast and he was just amazing.

Initially when I walked in I was greeted by a smile from one of the leasing agents, -----. The environment of the place is very welcoming and makes you feel like home. ----- was by far the most welcoming and friendly agent I've spoken to in my long run of apartment hunting. The unit was very spacious and the price was extremely affordable. I am still debating on leasing based on location but was definitely intrigued to leave a review based on the spectacular customer service I received.

I feel extremely satisfied with my current living arrangements here at pavilion Place. Although the gates could be a bit faster opening and closing (for security reasons but still acceptable), I feel safe and respected as a member of this community. ------ was prompt and very professional when walking me through the application process, moving in, and other requests that I have asked of him. I couldn't be happier choosing this apartment complex.

These apartments are sooo nice. They have great prices for what you get and the staff is really good at answering all your questions. I've been to a couple of apts these past 2 weeks and nobody else was as helpful and polite as --------------! ???? they definitely know what they are doing here. The apts are a good size and also have security at the entrance which I love, makes me feel safe to have my children living here. I would recommend everyone here for sure. ------------

--------------- are hands down the people you need to talk to if you want to look into moving here.. my lease was up and my made a huge mistake of moving out and two weeks later I moved right back in and they set me up in the matter of hours.. this is an elite team of individuals.. if my word isn't golden ask anyone who lives here over 2 years.

These apartments are AMAZING. There are no other words to describe. Now at first it may seem like the area will affect the apartments and how safe or efficient they are because it is not in the prettiest part of town, but let me tell you now...these are the most friendly, safe, efficient and affordable apartments around. I absolutely love them, they're quiet all day and night, there's absolutely no suspicious activity at due to the ID entry and exists on each side of the apartments. We have no issues with bugs, insects, pest, mold or anything of the sorts with the maintenance and staff that run the complex. They're pet friendly and most of all AFFORDABLE, you would think they're prices would imply that they're horrible because they're so affordable but it's the complete opposite here you get to bake your cake and eat it!!! Not only is the apartment complex itself completely hard to not love but the staff is WONDERFUL!!!!! Especially the man himself to made us living here even better Mr. ---------------, he was EXCELLENT, almost more enthusiastic than my boyfriend and I; he was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, patient and overall made this process more exciting and fun. He helped us meet our budget and helped us get a further understanding and feel of the apartments which was an even better plus!!! He was there through every step of our process not once showing signs of rudeness or non-interest, it's almost as if he'd known us our whole life the way he was willing to help. He was absolutely amazing and I'd recommend you talk to him if you want to live here and I definitely recommend these apartments to everyone looking for an affordable, nice, quiet, and safe place to live.

The reason I give it 5 stars overall is because as soon as I walked into the leasing office I was greeted. I felt welcomed right from the start and everyone was ready to help answer questions and ready to help . Great customer service from ---------------. He pretty much answered all my questions. I was surprise, the apartment was very clean and unbelievable. He prepared some of the basic supplies for me . He is very patient , knowledgeable and polite. I am very happy and satisfied to move here. Amazing office staffs .

The leasing agent ------ has been really helpful helping with the moving process, he's very knowledgeable about the apartments in with the area in general and he has great customer service. Ask for ------ when you visit he will know steer you wrong. Ive visited the pavilion place twice and from what I see I love the neighborhood and the apartments so far. The community is gated, has fitness center , laundromat and corner store in the community. I love it!

Lived here for lease than a day and the actual apartment is pretty nice, no problem with it so far. Nice size, everything works, has all the amenities. Only thing I question so far is the neighboring apartment complexes. Hopefully the gates and security works!
