The community is quiet and well taken care of. Ample parking. The rent is fairly cheap as it is in the area around the medical district. The staff is mostly helpful. My application was filed and completed in six days and the actual move in process was fairly painless... Though they did make a big issue about parking the hitched trailer with my stuff in it in the parking lot. The people helping me move almost had to drive 3 hours back home as an alternative.

Property is older but well taken care of. The rent is a little pricey but so is everything in the medical district. Interaction with the rental staff was overall very good. Johana was the person that processed my application, and her efficiency and courteous manner was greatly appreciated in streamlining the approval process. Overall recommend this property.

The complex itself is not so bad. Sure, it's old but it's not a dump and the effort to maintain it is obvious. I've definitely lived in nicer places but I know there are much worse places out there. My only real complaint is not with the physical property, but with the leasing office. Cirina in particular has left me with such a sour impression that I actually considered moving out. I've only lived here for a few weeks and I can only hope that the rest of my stay is uneventful and I never need to enter the leasing office again.

Staff very Attentive. Rent Prices keep going up about 5% with every contract while quality stays the same.Parking for our Guests is IMPOSIBLE. Many lightbulbs outside are not working during night time. Staff do their best to keep Community clean. I am on at the end of my second year here, and I have trying to convince myself to renew contract again.

So far, our experience has been well.the staff have treated us nice and we are enjoying some of the amenities Pavilion Place has. But We have dealt with issues of our door not locking , stove not working , and finding roaches in our apartment and it has not been two weeks of move in yet. It kind of makes it a hard thing to really enjoy the apartment if this minor issues are occurring and making us wonder the next thing that won't be working properly ..

Friendly tenets. Visitor parking is BAD as well as drainage in the complex. Trust me, if you want to have a few friends over to Your place they will not have any place to park. When it rains here in Houston it floods in this complex. This needs fixing

I returned here because I liked living here the first time,I was very ill and had not worked in 3 months.And owner of my condo wanted to sell and I was unable to purchase it so I decided to move back to Pavilion Place. I felt like I was a criminal trying to get approved even after showing my income to be more than enough to live here I still had a hard time to get approved. NOT a good way to treat a retuning resident, that always paid the rent on time.

I recently moved into these apartments from a competing property on the West side of Westheimer, the area of which was slowly downgrading due to a change in management of the former property. Before that, I had lived in landlord-run apartments in Montrose, and before that, what could best be described as "slumlord-run" college housing. I even lived in an apartment in Moscow, Russia (which made me grateful for hot water, and makes me irate when I see silly complaints about a fitness center not being bigger or not enough parking. Really? Try taking a bath in 12 degrees with no hot water - you'll really understand the absurdity of "first world problems"). Each move was an upgrade from before, and Pavilion is the best yet. The property is gated 24/7 with security personnel who are polite yet professional. They learn faces quickly which gives a personal feel and let you know that they are paying attention to who comes and goes. The parking lots and courtyard areas are VERY well maintained - no garbage, excess mail, dog poo, etc around (you can see what sort of issues I've had to endure in the past). I love that I can feel safe walking my toddler son around and not be bothered by panhandlers or even maintenance crew that seem to think any woman is a catcall waiting to happen. NOT AT PAVILION. There are many families, professionals, and people who seem to have a tacet understanding of what it is like to live in a multi-family environment. I was wary this past weekend about the 4th of July - I was concerned (and prepared) for my son to be woken up to drunken laughter and fireworks (all normal for a holiday, in my opinion) and was amazed at how quiet the property was, especially on a holiday known for loud noise and loud celebration. THAT IS RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS - something not often seen in the 4th largest city in the nation. The office staff are professional, nice, and honest. I worked with Adam and he was polite, funny, took the time to explain things to me, and didn't talk to me like I was an idiot (I have a college degree and I get irked when people patronize me, which often happens in the sales industry). Even though I'm sure he does it 100 times a day, he explain the contract to me, the various fees, and even walked me to the area where my new apartment would be. That is service! Not to mention that Adam didn't have the stuffy air that corporate leasing agents seem to have (I've walked into a leasing office for info on an apartment, only to walk back out when they look at my jeans and tshirt and assume I can't afford it and won't even give me a sales pitch). I feel safe at Pavilion and I feel like, even though it's a large place, they pay attention to you as an individual and are quick to address concerns - just look at these yelp posts - a representative responded to EVERY post! Who does that? An office that doesn't take their business lightly. And that is impressive. I highly recommend Pavilion. It is a great place to be.

So far I am liking these apartments. The price for the amount of space in a one bedroom is awesome! My application process took longer than I would have hoped for but they were also re-doing everyone's parking permits so they were really busy. I feel very safe inside the gates and that's of the most important to me.

I have lived here for the past 4 years with no problems. It is in the right location for everything! 10 minutes from downtown and close to shopping malls, restaurants and anything of interest. I wish the landscape was better but that is just cosmetics.

Good area and quick maitanance device. I have never had a problem over a newbie or resident only one. But she recently had a transfer to the other side of the property. But besides her everything has been good while we have stayed here. Very good maitanance.

So far I think apart from my car being flooded in the parking lot ,everything is ok.I think they should provide covered parking to help in case of heavy rains and bad weather.So far I think am satisfied with everything in the apartment ,nice area too

Not a good experience at all. No one answers the phone majority of the time, the laundry facilities are horrible and most of the equipment is old and does not work and the office staff is not organized AT ALL. I have not received a copy of my lease after 3 weeks and my credit was never deducted from my overpayment when I moved in on the website payment portal. I also have my own renters insurance that was supposed to be deducted and added to my profile and that was not done. DOES ANYTHING GET DONE CORRECTLY AT THIS PLACE!! I am so disappointed with this company, I know why I have not lived in an apartment in over 13 years!! I would never NEVER REFER anyone to this apartment complex. Johana did try to go out of her way to be nice and to get my paperwork complete so I will say something nice about her but the overall experience has been SAD.

departments are good secure area only the lavandaria is really bad and parking is more frightening than not serves the laundry there . but everything else is good but if you change the laundry that just steals your money. Thanks for taking us into account

I moved here back in May of 2015, and have seriously enjoyed my time here. I do plan on renewing my lease, and I recommend this property to anybody looking to stay economical but still live very comfortably. Everybody keeps to themselves and nobody bugs you, the maintenance workers are very nice, work hard, and complete work orders in a fair or really fast time period, and it is very conveniently located in the city. I've yet to have any problems here.

I moved in recently and so far so good. I read the reviews on multiple sites and the good are great! The bad seem to be minor issues; nowhere is perfect. Safety is a big thing for me and the staff is very welcoming and reassuring. When you can reach them they're always very helpful and understanding. The whole experience was a very positive one. The first impression is a strong one and their reputation is well represented. And the location helps a lot too! ????

I've been here for almost 2weeks so far. Within this time I have had no troubles with anyone and it's been very peaceful. The staff are very busy and hard to get to at times but Whn you reach them. They're courteous and very helpful. I like the place so far.

I went to this place twice to see the apartment. Both time I couldn't see or talk to the staffs there. The staff are rude and don't care if you are there. I wouldn't go there again to see the apartment.

They are very unorganized. There needs to be some type of accountability for each employee. I email a rental consultant and they never respond. The laundry facilities are very old, nasty and most of the equipment does not work...

If you never have visitors this is the place for you! Other than visitor parking, hearing the person above me move around is the only problems I have. You can get over mean office staff and the old buildings, that's not a day to day problem. But visitors parking is horrible.

I will think about overall aspects, including rent, safety, facility, people, convenient condition (shopping, school etc.), and so on, specially safely. I also love responsive ,nice, patienty leasing office staff to talk with me. Anyway I hope everyone can choosing a great apartment.

I have been here for 2 yrs. I have never had any problems with neighbors or staff. I have visited the leasing office often and ------ and all of the other staff members are very friendly and always greet me I would recommend Pavilion Place!!!

Overall all is great, neighbors get drunk and hang out till all hours on the weekends and get loud and belligerent, kind of dark in some places. Too many commercial vehicles parked in the gate makes it harder to find a spot. Overall , comfortable!
