In the my first 30 days living at Pavilion Place, I've had water pipe break in my apartment causing severe flooding. After that problem was resolved (which took longer than preferred and included little to no communication on when the job would be completed), mold developed in my bathroom closet, utility hallway closet, and laundry room. It took the maintenance team over a week from the time of my maintenance request to complete the repairs needed to remove the mold. The next time I put a load of laundry in, however, I discovered that the maintenance team failed to properly re-install my washer and dryer. The laundry flooded for a second time as a result. The only positive thing I can say to this point is that that issue was at least addressed and resolved on the same day. My advice to anyone looking for a new apartment in Houston is to look somewhere else. So far, Pavilion Place has been nothing but a disappointment (and terrible frustration for that matter).

The Management are quick to provide repairs/replacement for apartment equipment including ac/heat, kitchen appliances, smoke detectors and painting/carpet, and include fast repair of parking lot potholes/lighting, enforcing clean patios and maintaining peace and quiet.

Staff is poorly trained to answer simple quesitons regarding policy. They have a big turnover in staff. Good area to live if you commute to downtown, south houston, and the galleria. The Manager ----- is kind and knows her stuff. Pretty much keeps the place just above water.

The move in process was very quick. The leasing agent that helped was efficient and explained everything very well. I liked the overall appearance of my apartment, it was clean and well fixed. Also, my carpet is brand new. Overal, the experience has been good.

Although I have not been living at Pavilion Place that long, I am satisfied thus far. The staff at the office, especially Gilbert, have been extremely helpful during my moving process and have also made me feel welcome. So far, I am impressed and hope that this continues.

Overall it's been good experience just a few minors adjustments! Neighborhood is clean and pretty quiet, just wish the pools would work more often or at least allow us to enjoy sitting on lounge chairs to enjoy the sun durring the summer break.

I lived here at Pavilion Place for about 5 months now and so far I have nothing negative to say about this place, it's always quite and the people in the community are very friendly, and every time something needs to be fixed the maintenance people are always on top of the job.

I moved into this property in January. In the beginning things went smoothly however, around April I started to experience mice raiding my pantry. It took maintenance 3 separate incidences to correct the issue. I wanted to end my lease however I figured I'd tough it out. The parking in the complex is God awful. It is impossible to have anyone visit during the late afternoon to overnight hours due to the minimal amount of visitor parking available. My car was towed recently because I parked in a 'reserved spot' due to lack of regular permit parking. I would give this apartment complex a 0 star if possible. I must say I am highly disappointed and look forward to the end of my lease in November.

What a horrible experience. We went to apply for an apartment and was told we would be paying $645 for the smallest unit and could move in on the 6th. It was raining that day so we could not view the model apartment and was told to come the next day. When we came the next day we were handed from Ysabel (who we had previously met with) to Adam. Adam then says the rate is $660 and we could not move in until the 14th. We explain that Ysabel had given us a different rate and move in date the day before and he kept repeating the same thing about rates changing daily. The more we explained are frustration with how we were being played by their game, the more his attitude changed. I'm a chill guy, but I'm not going to be played. I told him to give us our IDs back and he slammed them on his desk. He was not a very good leasing agent as he was mumbling his words and hid hands were shaking, a dead give away that he wasn't being 100% truthful. Ysabel was super nice and we probably would have still applied for an apartment under the new terms if she would have helped us. As our apartment locator said "everything happens for a reason.", we found a much nicer apartment at a better rate an hour later. If you must rent from this complex, don't be a fool and fall for their games, this experience was worse than buying a car.

Just moved in last week. The leasing person that helped me was Gilbert, he was very patient when I was filling out the application. He was also efficient and quick when explaining the contract. The apartment I moved into is not upgraded but, it was well kept and fixed nicely. The carpet is new which I'm pleased at. Also, where I live is quiet and has no disturbance. The office and business center is very nice, I also like the fitness center. Overall, so far, everything is going well.

Absolutely horrible!!!! These are the worst apartments anyone could possibly live in. My boyfriend and I have stayed here for almost 2 years and we have encountered so many issues. Maintainence and the apartment management is horrible and rude. We have had a rodent issue and it took them over a month to catch the mouse. They never found out where the mouse came from and in the end my boyfriend ended up catching the mouse. We have also experienced roach issues. They come out and spray but it does not seem to work. I keep our apartment very clean but this still does not keep the roaches away. The landscape is ugly and there is always mud everywhere especially when it rains. Also it flood near our apartment stairs and walkway every time it rains. I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy my stay at Pavilion place. Staff are friendly and respond quickly to maintenance requests. My neighbors are polite and the apartment/apartment complex is in great condition. The neighborhood is less ascetically pleasing but I enjoy the safety and convenience of Pavilion Place as there is a corner market in the complex and a security guard on duty most times.

Well prepared. Efficient and complete. The team described the process and explained every detail. On move in day, everything went according to plan. Everything was thoroughly explained and all questions were patiently answered. The staff are professionals.

First off don't trust reviews on here they are clearly fabricated by the staff. I was really reluctant to move here because the neighborhood is very sketchy. There was actually a murder in these apartments near the front office just to prove how bad the so called "security" is. I've lived here over two years I have maintenance here about once a month they come in "fix" things and have to return because they didn't fix it properly. My toilet is completely broken they refuse to bring in an actual plumbing company to fix it so we literally have to plunge every time we use the restroom. The bugs are terrible I maintain a clean home I don't leave dishes in my sink or food out yet I've had to store everything I open in my fridge to avoid the roaches. They come out even when I'm cooking!! All problems I've complained about multiple times and received no response or someone came in and did a crap job. They just don't care about residents it's really plain to see as matter of fact the staff even told me they have to many residents with urgent problems so they'll come when they can. Insane right? We are a quiet couple who have paid our rent on time every month and had planned to live here a lot longer. Unfortunately, I'll be reporting them to Houston apartment association and moving out very soon.

The staff here was amazing. Adam was an absolutely pleasure to work with. We were looking at a 2 bedroom apartment, and the floor plans were spacious. The living/dining area wasn't gigantic, but the open bar through to the kitchen made it seem incredibly spacious. It's also nice that there is a pantry in the kitchen, which you don't see often in apartments. And, to anyone with a lot of clothes, the walk-in closets are HUGE. For every unit we discussed, there was carpet throughout except in the wet areas(kitchen, bathroom) which had a nice wood laminate. I felt very secure at the premise as they have a guard right at the front and it is completely gated. All in all, we absolutely loved it. It isn't as upgraded as some places (white appliances, not hardwood throughout), but the price is reasonable. 6 swimming pools, an onsite convenience store, and a HUGE fitness center. Now for the cons. These may not be cons to everyone, but it wouldn't be fair to leave them out. The neighborhood is not the great. Far from grocery stores (15min~). The traffic on the Westpark Tollway can be an absolute nightmare. When we drove around the neighborhood to get a feel for the area we passed 4 cop cars around an area roped off with police tape just down the street. The surrounding complexes are a bit rundown and every store nearby has bars on all the windows. TLDR: This is an absolutely wonderful complex that is well-maintained with great staff as long as you're okay with the neighborhood.

---- made sure that the maintenance needed on my apartment was done quickly and it was. My sink was repaired same day. My experience at the community has been largely positive with the only improvements I would like to see being visitor parking and free online rent payment. Thanks

Very good experience overall. The staff was very friendly and patient with me at all times and maintained their precessionalism. The apartments are very nice inside and outside. There is a small noise problem but not that serious. Thank you for helping me move here.

I just moved into my apartment at the end of December, and the community was great about allowing me to sign my lease and pick up my keys when was convenient for me. They also had a lot of flexibility for when to start my lease. The apartment was very clean when I moved in (more than I was expecting), the only complaint I have is that the carpet cleaners didn't turn on the air when they finished, so the carpet was damp the night before I moved all of my things into the apartment (resulting in me having to buy a dehumidifier). Besides that, I feel safe in the apartment, haven't had any problems with noise, and have only noticed a few bugs here and there (once again, what I expected for an older apartment with cheaper rent). All in all, I was impressed at how well the complex has been kept for its age and the fact that the rent was within my price range. They are also one of the best apartments in terms of pet rent (I have a small dog).

I hate that every time i cook roaches come out in my apartment. I also hate that my air conditioner is louder than my TV. I already signed my lease so I pretty much have to deal with this for the next year. I am dissatisfied with the appliances also

The place is nice with all facilities in near by. Walkable distance to transit center and bus shuttle. Close to grocery and seller bros. A nice place to be at, less noise, prompt service, good maintenance, good people, Adam and Gilbert are the best managers.

I really liked the community when i visited it prior moving in . I received no informations after i submited my application . I had to call them or come to the office to ask where my process was. The day before i moved in i called to make sure everything was still on, i was then informed that the officd would be closing at 12pm instead of the usual 5 pm. I got to the office on my moving date at 11:30 and it was already closed.... After talking for a while with the manager outside, she was nice enought to let me move in, but my unit still needed a lot of work done.
