This is a nice quiet community, my neighbors are nice and say its a safe place to live which is important to me. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of roaches though! The gym was tiny and disappointing, the bldg is a fa?ade and the TVs don't work.

To live here was a good experienxe until I had to pay 223 dolars because my car was towed and when I went to the office nobody could help me. The office staf only removed the responsibility from their shoulders. On the other hand when I told them my problem they almost called me liar.

I've been living here for almost a month, and I'm quite satisfied with everything so far. The only small problem was right when I moved in.. I noticed a leakage on the kitchen sink, which was quickly fixed by maintenance, not a big deal at all. It's a quiet and nice looking community.

Really a great place to live. It is quiet, safe, clean rooms, plenty of swimming pools, full of landscaping, very friendly staffs, most importantly it is affordable, majors highways are seconds away, an onsite convenience store is really convenient. I would recommend this apartment to anyone out there.

I love Pavilion. The staff is very welcoming and maintain great communication with prospective residents. I feel very safe with the security gate card access only. I'm so excited to begin living here. I also love the fact that we can paint and decorate the walls.

Terrific apartments with plenty of pools. Pavilion also has apartment meetup parties which are all to fun. The community is nicer compared to other complexes in the area. They have many options for my TV and cable needs. The location is nearby Westheimer as well for any shopping needs. Overall one of the better apartment complexes in the area.

It's been honestly amazing the staff was extremely helpful, the manager was ver sweet and understanding, my home was nice to walk into and prepared, and my neighbors are very friendly. I plan on staying here a while because it feels like home.

I have only lived here a few weeks, but so far the experience has been good. I was able to get all paperwork do e before the day I moved in so I was able to get my keys quickly and move in. My only complaint so far is parking, I have never lived at a community this large and have always been able to park extremely close to my apartment, but not here.

I moved in here less than a month ago and I have had enjoyed my apartment a lot! The building is not old but they cleaned and painted my apartment before my moving date. Thanks God I have not seen any bug or roaches so far. I believe Pavilion Place is a good choice.

overall my experience has been good. The staff is friendly, the apartment clean, good security ( there is a live guard at every gate ). It is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, freeways, and not far from work, The fitness center is fantastic.

Nice community. My girlfriend and I go to UH and the commute is decent. Very calm and very peaceful. Neighbors smile at you when you pass by. Parking kinda sucks though, but if you're not planning on having quite a few people over, then parking should be good.

The apartment complex is great! It's close to my place of employment and uptown Houston area. It's a quiet place with friendly neighbors. It has plenty of laundry facilities so there is sure to be one near you. Also what's great is that they offer a variety of apartment space sizes.

This apartment is decent for the price. But I will not be resigning a lease. The grounds really neeed to be landscaped better. But the grounds near the leasing office are nicely landscaped. But it doesn't look that way throught the complex. The apartments really need to be upgraded. The kitchen appliances are really old.

It should not take numerous attempts to place a maintenance request. It should not take a month of leaving messages for maintenance and no one getting back to me. Communication with this department needs improvement drastically. This is completely unacceptable!

It was actually quite nice the only thing I suggest is that everything is working properly. Because my toilet isn't.. And the office staff also needs to learn how to contact people back once they are contacted. If you want people to stay that would be key way to get people to your apartment complex.

This place is perfect for a single person, young or old. I wouldn't recommend it for older couples looking to settle down. The apartment size is perfect and affordable. I feel safe walking through the apartments and I've never felt as if my safety is threatened. That being said, I do always carry mace around. However, I have had some pretty big issues since moving in. 1.) the roaches. Upon signing my lease, I was told that my apartment and a few of the surrounding ones are dealing with roaches. They said that they would come in on the following Tuesday to spray. No one showed up. Now they say they are coming tomorrow, three days after the promised date. but I have already taken matters into my own hands. I'm not sure if I trust their pest control tactics. On the letter I received alerting me that they would be coming, it said to "leave open food in the pantry". I'm guessing that means so they can spray any roaches they find? That sounds ineffective. TIP: boric acid + peanut butter. Works wonders. 2.) parking. There are very limited parking spots, even if you have a permit. I am always having trouble finding one. Don't even get me started with the visitor spaces! My significant other spends 15-20 minutes just trying to find a visitor space every night. 3.) staff. I love how friendly and helpful the staff are, however the process of leasing the apartment was a huge headache. I wasn't given all the info needed upon being accepted so when I went to sign my lease, I was very unprepared. Before I was accepted, they were very vague on whether or not I got the apartment, and it took days for anyone to call or email me back whenever I had questions. Overall, it has been a decent experience and I think it's worth the move. It's a safe place with LOTS of commodities that make it hard to pass up. I would recommend this apartment complex.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are always excites to see you walk into the office and eager to help! Oasis is awesome! The apartments are very spacious and very well kept. Quiet neighborhood and I love that they have a mini mart just for the residents! Overall, great experience so far!
