I have live here for 2 years and I have yet to have a complain. Excellent location, only minutes away fron galleria mall. Exellent place to move in. This place is pet friendly qnd family oriented, very quiet during the day and super quiet at night. Friendly atmosphere

I think most of the recent reviews are fake. The leasing office is nice, however they fail to tell you that 2 people were killed recently in one of the units. The apartment they took me to see literally smelled like death , so I came to look at reviews and learned of the homicide. I think that is why they require you to pay the deposit before you even know if your application is approved. They will not run the application , even though you pay the application fee unless you pay for full deposit. Also they tell you their rates change daily to try to entice you to pay the application fee plus deposit. You see the showroom and think ya this is nice...... its a scam.

Management, staff and services are pretty good, overall. Every time I needed to solve some issue in my apartment they came and fixed it really fast. The complex is relatively well located, one mile from Westheimer avenue, where you can find almost everything you need. If you don't have a car, like me, the bus to downtown passes one block from here, so accessing other parts of the city is not a problem, unless you need to take it on Sundays. The line doesn't work on Sundays. There are some minor issues like the laundry room near my unity always has some broken washing machines. But there are so many of them in the room that I never had problems finding a free one. Sometimes I feel the mailbox could be a little bit closer to the apartment, I have to walk a block to get my mail. I do think the gate that doesn't require the access card right behind my apartment could be a threat, but I never heard of any problem from anyone.

Courteous, helpful, respectfully staff. They are also helpful and cooperative in resolving resident issues. The apartments are pet friendly. Apartments are well maintained.

I went and applied to live there, because previously lived there and really treated me very well and wanted to go back but my surprise was that they treated me so bad I hiban to regreasar my li fineto and I never returned because it was because the only miss the cleaning attendent because ls person I waited on me never had time and never worry about me until it looked like I was going to rent free and so was not that bad service worst and well arrogant person and have no personal trained to care and not to the area outside the memorisl really my experience I would think dis oeor veses before returning to my very MSLA care to residents.

When I first came inside I was already in shock. They are so clean and friendly especially Liz, she showed me and my friends around the apartments and made us feel welcomed. I would refer all my friends to talk to Liz she just made me feel comfortable. Don't get me wrong the others are nice as well. But Liz was the person that I just connected with she's amazing.

I like the location, close to all the important pleces in the city. The community is very quiet. The security gards are very friendly. The apartments have new appliances, new carpet, they clean. There is always parking place. All the finishing touches are taken care of. The office staff is very friendly. I love the place.

**Very good location for jobs and easy access to the freeways! Even though the parking is a little bit hard for our guest at night I can deal with staying here. They have pest control everyweek so for people to say they have roach problems I do not see how. The office staff is okay ! I recently renewed my contract and Oasis is probably one of the few that will go over everything with you. I do recommend this property.

** Pavilion Place is a pretty decent apartment. Ive been here for 2 months now and so far Im pretty happy with it. The maintainence staff is pretty consistent and quick to respond. The Unit has good size for the price and the neighbors seem t be pretty friendly. I also had Oasis help me with my move in and she was Excellent! Probabaly my only complaint is sometimes it floods in front of my steps because they run the sprinklers every night, but other than that im enjoying my apartment.

I lived hear since July of 2013 and this has been a great community to live. Easy to get to free ways . I was going to move closer to my job but didn't because these apartment are good and in a good place with a good place. I want to thank oasis in the leasing office for making my decision to stay or move closer to my job easy. She great!! Good exp so far.I liked the way lys helped us from beginning the office space is also good i moved from chimney rock so its more or less the same feel as they are sister apartments the post box is closer too and so far everything looks nice will see how it turns out
