I am completely satisfied! The customer service was excellent and the turn around time of approval was sufficient. The apartment was extremely clean and there were no issues with my move in. The only negative aspect of the apartment complex is the parking. There should be some planning to expand that for such a large complex.

So far it has been ok. The only thing I dislike thus far is when my vistor comes the parking sucks. He comes every other day and it is hard to find a decent spot.For me it has been easy getting home and finding one. Oh, the laundry rooms could be a little bit more cleaner and fixed up a bit more. ex: washer didn't work, i put my clothes in, came back and they were still in water.

I stayed this place for about a 6 months and moved out as soon as possible. They will try to deceive you with a nicely decorated management office. Actual units are old, the managers are joke!(not the office staff). They are rude and unprofessional. Parking is a big problem. In terms of access to highway, it is very good but the neighborhood is very shady. Crime rates were high at the neighborhood. I got a warning for leaving my Igloo in patio! Had to pay for carpet-washing upon my leave and i did not even had a pet, nor a single stain over the carpet.

The overall apartment is great and so is the location. The only thing that sucks is the parking! Trying to find a parking space after 7pm is a headache. Also the landscaping needs to be updated. There is not enough grass or flowers. I really like staying here

Normally i would not write a review, but after reading the last comment(5.0 rating)i decided to write a summary. I can guarantee you that anyone recommends this place is getting paid from this complex(office staff). The location is terrible, neighborhood is surrounded by sex offenders. Rims, cycle's and motors cycle's are keep getting stolen. My neighbor had a break-in, that is probably why the home-insurance is enforced. Office staff are terrible, be prepared to have fight with them on daily basis. Managers are worst and rude. I never had a single issue with my previous complex(for 3 years), but this place and the management is terrible. People don't leash their animals, they don't pick up after. You end up paying at least 50$ per month for a water bill. Some parts of the complex are very noisy due to proximity to highway. Units are old and not upgraded. Gates are always open, strangers are welcome to get in without a hassle. I had to move somewhere around this area due to office change and can't wait to move out. Stay out of this place!!!

Maintenance requests are handled right away, Same crew has been there for years. Honest too. Never had anything stolen. Online portal makes requests and paying rent easy. Office staff and maintenance are friendly. We have lived here for over 6 years and love calling it home. Only noise comes through the windows, even after caulking. But can't hear them through the walls. SOME apartments have washer/Dryer in units for a monthly fee. There are also laundry rooms with NEW machines that use refillable cards instead of quarters. All areas are cleaned daily. Price varies depending on length of lease you choose, but price is locked in until renewal.

Not sure where to start. The staff at management office keep changing every 3 months but the managers stay the same. I would say, it is mainly the managers fault for poor customer service. The apartment complex is okay but i would not suggest anyone staying here due to constant battles of residents and management. They will do anything to charge you. Not a safe environment. Parking can be problem. Don't get fooled by model house or warm greeting at the beginning.

Terrible. Rude, unhelpful maintenance office staff. Never answer or return phone calls. Poorly maintained apartment, leaking faucets, inadequate parking, Dirty , broken down laundry facilities. Very poor security. Local police tell me they are constantly at this complex investigating break ins.

Anyone giving more than 3 stars, is working in the management office. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the management office is always very cheerful until you sign the contract. Afterwards, they do not care about any problem you might have. I have seen some cases, year 2013, that motorcycle's are stolen. .The security is a joke(having a remote controller to enter the complex would make more sense) .No surveillance cameras in the parking lots. .Unit's are old, as well as the utilities. .Parking is a big problem on one side of the complex .Pedestrian entrance is always open, anyone can walk in without a problem .I would not even consider pool as an option If you want to live with the worst management office, non-English speaking neighbors and unsafe environment. This would be a great place to live.

I am probably the oldest tenant as far as number of years. I have happily lived on this property for 14 yrs. The Staff has been wonderful and I have enjoyed living here. They don't always get the deserved credit but they are wonderful and great.

It has been quite pleasant, except that the carpet is showing tremendous amount of wear, and the cockroach problem continues, despite all the work orders I have put in. Staff in front office is great and very attentive. It has been a pleasure dealing with the new staff.

Would really like more Visitor parking and better extermination/pre move in cleaning. Overall, rent is reasonable for the area and size of the unit and office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also accommodating with weight limit of pets.

The apartment is good. Neighbors are silent. The maintenance is fast and the staff are very friendly. It is convenient to shopping, restaurant and work. The Nepalese safe guard is excellent and very nice to my visitors and me I would like to recommend Pavilion Place to my friends.

It started off great except for a few minor things here or there. The last 6 months or so things seem to have gone slightly downhill. There seems to be a lot of new staff in the leasing office and its hard getting anyone to answer the phone when a call is placed

So far so good...I am happy here. Maintenance is awesome. Parking is good. Staff are nice, friendly, and helpful. I have only been here two weeks, and I am liking it here...thanks My one complaint is the wondering dogs, and dog poo in a lot of places.

I really like the community. However, the landscaping is not good when it rain or if people are in the pool. I would like to have better parking. After 9pm you are lucky to find parking near your building. I have to step in water when it rains by my stairs

I like where I live. I love the convenient store in front of my unit. I love how easy it is to access the highway and how close I am to the loop for shopping. If my rent was lowered -I'd definitely renew my lease with Pavilion another year. #TeamPavilion

I was shopping around for a place to live and ran into this place on a Google map search. Not bad!! The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, I was dealing with Oasis Grullon. If you are looking for a place to live, this is a great place to start. Location is great, very close to the highway for easy access, probably 10 mins from the Galleria, or less.

I loved all of the help that i got getting everything ws vry esy and simple. I have alot of thngs already on my plate so being able to get through my renting process with no problems was a plus. Oasis Grullon was the rep who helped me she was very friendly and knowledgable. She still continues to help me till this day so if you are looking for a great place to live and become a part of something new for the new year this is the place to start.

I love the inside of my apartment, its in pretty awesome shape, considering that I did the monthly upgrade. The outside is okay, i think it just depends on what areas of the complex you stay at. From what I've seen some are better than others. Maintenance is pretty good, we have not had bad experiences with them. If you want to live close to the galleria and not pay an arm and a leg for rent I highly recommend these apartments.

The rent is cheap as compared to other apartments but the security is not that good. On my first two weeks, my window glass was shattered looks like a gun shot caused it. The flush of the bathroom is weak. There's a lot of cockroach all over the place.

this place is great! i like the whole complex its very nice. my apartment is great i like the kitchen and the carpet, very nice. i also like the size of the apartment its very big. i like neighbors, very friendly. Also the staff i very nice. over all my move in experience was great thank you!
