Cristina and the maintenance team are great. I have been living here for 2 years and every time I put in a request it gets done no more than two days unless its an emergency. I love living here I don't mind renewing my lease becaus I get a carpet cleaning.

I have lived here for around 18 years and that should speak for something in itself. There have been many changes over these years but for the most part usually for the better. The staff is polite and professional. There are times however when you have to leave a message and those calls could be returned more promptly. I am an avid pet lover, but, I would appreciate a closer watch out for dogs above the weight limit because there are several. The grounds are very nice and the upkeep managed well. I strongly feel that the best part of the workings of Pavilion Place is the maintenance department. The young lady who takes our maintenance request and sees to it that these thing are done, far outshines any other person, that I have come across, in her position! Repairs are completed in a prompt and timely. I have been happy living here and pleased that things run rather smoothly to keep out home pleasant.

To start, I'm VERY suspicious of the 5 star ratings. My biggest issue is apathetic, if not openly lazy and unethical, management. Any issue I've brought to them has either been ignored (I've literally left over a dozen messages with no response) or laughed at. There's NEVER parking after 10 pm, and I'm hardly ever out of work before then. The neighborhood is shady, and I have to park 1/4 mile down the road and walk by myself home. The gate guards let about anyone through, and when I address the parking issues, they simply shrug. There are a fair amount of roaches as well. The pluses here are floor space and cost. Otherwise, I feel VERY unsafe walking around here and as though all my issues have been disregarded. I can almost guarantee the management will not raise a finger to correct these issues.

the most i like from pavilion place is the fact that i drive five minutes to get to my work and school also that the management is very good; even that most of the time i'm not at the apt i count that every time i have an issue they will solve it as soon as possible. thank you all at PAVILION PLACE.

Best deal of the area nice place to live near galeria area and very good management. No pest issues and maintenance provide the residents with a professional quality of service.

I been living at pavilion place for about 15 years and i'm loving here. I like the pools they are kept clean and beutifull.cristina at maintenance is veru professional polite friendly and aleays able to solve our maintenance concerns prompt. I aleays recommend the property to.my friends.

I have been here since 2005 and won't move out until i get a house. Nice place to raise my kid clean and nice pool big green areas for them to play. I'll recomend pavilion place

Pavilion is a nice place to Live near to galeria rea. We have more than one very nice pool that are always clean and open to enjoy the time with the kids. They have one of the larges pest control company in USA if You keep your house neat and clean and report any issue since the problem starts You shouldn't have out of control problems. I recommend pavilion place to my friends and to the people that can't afford a very expensive rent, You can find quality of Life ataque pavilion.

I have been living here for 3 years .. very nice place safe and quiet.. Managment is fair. Maintnace is super . Everything get fixed. Ms. Christina brown Is doing an out standing job to make residents happy. She is always on the top of every Situation. I found Pavilion Place a very nice place to live. The only parking issues i've had have been after 2AM, but never before that...so it is not a problem for me. Management is always trying to get us residents involved in a little events they host and they are pretty fun. I have no had a pest control issues since i moved in, i think is depends also on how clean you like to keep your house. I think they need to invest in some landscaping, i would enjoy my morning jogs a little more if i ran on grass instead of dirt. overall, i love it here and i do not plan on leaving until i purchase my home. I recomment it here, i have no regrets!

I want to compliment that the maintenance staff is superb. They immediately react to the request and complete it in a timely fashion. Samuel is very friendly and assure a follow up once the job is completed.

Moved in about a month ago and I can honestly say this was a GREAT move. I love this place. The staff here is so friendly and professional. The location is great, very quiet, and safe. The only problem for me is "visitor" parking. There is never visitor parking availiable. I rarely have guest but when I do there is never an open spot for parking. But other than that this place rocks!!

I have renewed my 6th contract at Pavilion Place and I couldn't be happier. Maintenance is great, everytime I have an issue, the office is very responsive no matter what my concern is. I consider all of the ladies in the office very professional. Parking is tight for visitors but I've never had an issue finding parking as a resident. I keep my apartment very clean therefore, I do not have a pest control issue. I love living here and I highly recommend it. I am a young professional in Houston and Pavilion Place has been perfect for my budget, my commute to work in the medical center and I will only leave these apartments when I purchase something for myself.

three months ago I was on holiday and had the opportunity to go to visit a friend to these apartments, which I loved because they enjoy a perfect evening in their pools. caught my attention like the comfort of their bedrooms, like the large kitchen. these apartments are excellent. Bye

My wife and I love it here. The maintenance is perfect. My children love the clean pools which are kept clean all the time thanks to one of their hard workers, Rogelio. The leasing office is friendly and take care of any problems fast. I recommend this place to anyone.
