I'm a prospect and when I went in everything was so beautiful and the service was pleasant. I will be putting my application soon because the location is perfect, washer n dryer, and parking is a lot. I'm glad to say I will be a future resident at Pavillion Place :)))

A few months ago, visit the place and loved it, I found the apartamanetos very clean and comfortable. The laundry service is excellent, they work 24 hours a day. The maintenance service is eficas as they are in nesecidades imnediatamente. beautiful Place

I ve lived at Pavilion Place for almost three year now and I must say that I love this place. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Grounds are well kept and attractive. I give props to one of the workers, Roy, for keeping the pools in excellent condition all year round. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to feel truly at home.

I love it here. I was hesitant about the area at first but the apartments are very well kept. The staff is very professional and the grounds kept well. One of the workers, R.E., has gone above and beyond in assisting and keeps the pools up! I would hope you give this place a try, you won't regret it. :)

Like living here really nice! Have almost a year living here and I haven't had any problem,the staff in the office are really nice they help you a lot, and the maintenance guys are in there when you need to fix something in your apartment.

I can say that i found a place to live my quite but happy life in a place where people cares about resident's complains and a price that i can afford being close to my work and galleria stores. Just loving pavilion place and the employees very friendly and no talking about maintenance very nice and quick service when you have any issue.

I love my new apartment because of the space and location. I just recently moved in this month and everything is good so far. My leasing consultant, Devon Friesen, is awesome and helpful. I have a problem she is there to help and solve the problem. If Devon is not there, other staff members are helpful as well.

i have been here for two years and i will be renewing in april for a third year. Maintennace is very prompt and responsive when i had a plumbing issue back in October 2012. Management really does care about my concern. I spoke to the office when i had issues with a neighbor's loud music and they quickly addressed it with him. Never had another issue againb. The prioperty is maintaned clean. i got upset when i received a letter saying that i couldn't keep my shoes outside (the one day i did it) but then i realized that they were doing their job.

I found this community in January, i was in contact with Devon who was helpful and thorough in the renting process and afterwards. The space is good, the people are friendly, the staff is helpful, the security is great and I haven't had a single issue.

SECOND, THE COMPLEX IS CLEAN QUIET AND SECURE. AND THIRD THE PRICES AND APPARTMENT WHERE NICE. DEVON GAVE US A GREAT TOUR OF THE APARTMENT COMPLEX GIVING US ALL THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED TO DECIDE ON OUR NEW PLACE TO LIVE. IF YOU HAVE HAD BAD ISSUES WHERE YOU LIVE NOW COME CHECK OUT THESE APARMENTS AND ASK FOR DEVON YOU WONT WANNA LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE :)

I was absolutely amazed at how hard Ms. Devon worked to get me in my apartment. I had to find something asap,and when I tell you she worked her majic. I came to take a look at the property on Feb 26. Febuary 28, i was signing my new lease to my gorgeous apartment. With that being said, if your looking for something luxury, but affordable. Pavilion Place is where you need to be!!! My girl Ms. Devon is wonderful and she's very dedicated!!!

A few months ago I visited by Houston and go to greet a friend ... I like the security they own the place and its ornamentation, interior finishes are very beautiful, especially in the bathroom and the kitchen. beautiful Place

I moved in to Pavilion Place a week ago. I chose Pavilion Place over adjacent properties such as Lantern Village(horribly rude office staff that I wouldn't want to deal with a second time let alone on a monthly basis), and 5401 Chimney Rock(nice looking place, but a bit more expensive). The location is one of the best in the city. 59 and Westpark Tollway are 1 minute away, Galleria is 5 minutes away, downtown is 15 minutes(25 in rush hour), tons of good restaurants and grocery shopping is within 3 miles. Just a few blocks south of the apartments it gets a little more run down, but not ------. I had a few minor maintenance issues I discovered during move-in, but maintenance has handled them promptly. The office staff has been friendly and helpful, especially Marcy. The security officers have handled all interactions in a polite and professional manner. I have met a handful of my neighbors, and they all seem nice. There is a good multicultural mix. The neighbors are predominantly good hard-working people in service industries or manual labor, and a few retirees. The community is definitely kid and pet friendly, as quite a few of the neighbors have elementary school age children and there are a number of people walking dogs every evening after work. The parking lots are almost completely empty during the day, but start to fill up around 5. It still isn't difficult to find a spot late at night, but you will have to walk approx. 50-75 yards. Overall the grounds are well maintained, and the dumpsters are emptied regularly(I had issues at previous apartments where they would be overflowing regularly). All in all, I would say this is one of the best values in Houston. To be able to get a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom in a gated community this close to the Galleria and Downtown anywhere else, it would have cost at least $200/month more. Definitely a bargain, and I highly recommend!
