This is a fair rent pricing for spacious, clean, and well-maintained Apartments. The property if full gated with Security guards on all entrance, is always clean, safe and quit, and what I love the most is that the parking lot. It is separate for Visitors and Residents. I moved here a couple of moths ago from a very awful area close to Bellaire and Beltway 8, and I love this place. I do not thing I would never move if I do not have to, and I 100% recommend this place to all People.

    Very clean, very safe place, great maintenance. I just read some really bad reviews from this place and there is no way a real tenant would wrote that about this Great Complex. I have lived here for over 3 years and I have never heard anything about a crime. I love the parkinglot because is lighted I and very spacious have never had problem to find a space close to my apartment not mattering the time I arrive home. Every time I call the office for any maintenance emergency or anything, they take no more then 1 hour to come and fix whatever is needed. I love this place, I love the management, and I love the easy freeway access it has. I am a real Tenant and I truly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice and safe place:)

      Bad manner management. Poor facilities, roaches everywhere. Drainage water on the parking lots. No parking. Very common for Crime. Wish my lease can expire today so i can move out

        Hate living in these apartments. Roaches, old building, very poor drainage on streets and parking lots. No parking. Crime very common here. I wish i can terminate my lease right now and move to better place.

          I relly love living here is really nice the location is perfect you have everything near you. I have almost 3 years living here and I havent have a problem the staff is really nice. like going to the, pool really nice and clean plus it doesnt get pack as well as the gym.. The aparments from inside are really spacious..love my aparments!!

                I just moved in to Pavilion Place and I like it. Been here for 4 months and have had 0 issues. Staff is friendly, my apartment is huge, can't beat the location and my neighbors are very nice... I wish they had a doggy park to take my dog to but other than that I love it here.

                  I really like living here! Great location because it's right next to my job. Its quiet and no one bothers me. I really like the staff and how nice and professional everyone is. I signed my lease with lys and she was so nice and helped me so much! She really made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

                      I move into this property for about a year after living on my parents home, because. Of scholl I was forsed to moved to houston and I had visited several properties but I had to come back and lease on this because they were so personable, helpful plus they offered me a rasonable price for one bedroom apartment. I don't really call to maintenance but a couples of time thata I had to call they were able to take care of my issues in 24 hours.

                        loving living at pavilion place, great complex for great deals close to school and my work; can't look for better price in Galeria area and just right on the corner of the freeeway. Nice care people at leasing office and wonderfull friendly team at maintenance; placing at request for maintenace is always a nice experience happy voice and fast service.

                              WORST PLACE TO LIVE. NO PARKING AFTER 7PM. ALL PARKING LOTS ARE FULL OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. ANIMAL WASTE EVERYWHERE, LIGHT RAIN CONVERTS THIS PLACE INTO A POOL. UNEVEN GROUNDS, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. MORE THAN HALF OF THE MACHINES IN LAUNDRY ROOM ARE NOT WORKING. STRAY ANIMALS ARE COMMON SIGHT. NO SECURITY, ROBBERIES ARE VERY COMMON IN THIS COMPLEX. Parking is first come; first serve with parking permit required. Alternatively, reserved parking spaces are available for purchase as well. If you are interested in purchasing reserved parking space, please contact the leasing office at any time. It is our hope to provide you, and all our residents, with a clean and comfortable living environment and we strive to provide proficient maintenance services in a punctual manner. As a pet-friendly property, we happily provide pet waste bag dispensers and waste receptacles placed throughout the premises. These receptacles, as well as all of our garbage facilities, are emptied on a daily basis. We have also recently increased our trash and compactor pick-up to assist in keeping the grounds clean.                                 Not very happy with the system having management .... I hear everytime the upstairs neighbor walks, it's annoying .... The owners of the dogs almost never collect their waste and several times I've stepped on their shits and take it both to my apartment and my car. From the apartments They towed my car and spent over $ 200 dollars which is not nice being one resident. Several times it has rained a lot and the parking lots are flooded and several times the water entered to my car ... The water fee is often higher than the same electricity .... for example last a month vacation and I get just as expensive water. The washing machines rarely work and often steal your money.

Should you feel there is excessive noise after 11pm, we encourage you to inform the leasing office and we will happily distribute a flyer reminding residents about our quiet time policy. Per the parking addendum signed with your lease; there are a number of reasons a vehicle may be removed from the property. Grounds for towing include, but are not limited to: parking back in, double parking, parking in a fire zone, or in a handicapped spot without a handicap permit, if the car is inoperable or does not have proper inspection or registration. Although we do our best to ensure that our flood drains are clear of any debris; we can not completely guarantee that the parking lot will not retain some water during times of excessive and torrential downpour. If at any time you have questions regarding your bill, we encourage you to contact the utilities company for clarification regarding usage or charges.                                   It has been an absolute nightmare since day 1. My apartment didn't look anything like the room I was originially shown- there are no ceiling fans, the countertops were off-white with stains, there was a missing drip pan on the stove, the oven was dirty, etc. Within 4 hours of moving in, the AC went out- in August in Texas, and no ceiling fans. I ended up having to go to a hotel for the first night after a long day of moving in. At move-in I stressed that I place a lot of importance on the fitness center of an apartment complex. I was assured that the fitness center would be great as they were just renovating it and it would be ready within the next 2 weeks. I called back several times in the next few weeks and months, and was given a different excuse each time as to why it was not yet ready. The last one being that the television wasn't secured and they were waiting to get someone in for that- I go to a gym for the workout, so if the tv can't be secured, why not wait to put it in until you have a way of securing it!?!? When I spoke with the manager, I was given a long list of excuses, and then offered to have my first month's gym membership reimbursed because I had already joined another local gym by then. I have yet to receive anything back from the receipt I turned in for that- last February! A few months back the kitchen light went out so I put in a maintenance request to have the bulb replaced. They were very quick to respond to the request, however they also changed my locks in the process! My friend was in from out of state at the time so someone was home, however I as the tenant was unable to get into my own apartment after a simple request to have the light bulb changed! I didn't feel at all safe after that, not understanding why there was a need to change the locks when they were still the same locks as when I first moved in and I had not had any problems with it! There have been a multitude of other issues, especially the roaches that seem to infest the place, even after spraying. I keep the place clean and never leave food out, however since day 1 I have seen critters all throughout the apartment. Be warned before moving in! The management is horrible and doesn't seem to care about the residents one bit. It is a very cheap and poorly run environment, but not even worth the rates they offer!

                                    Could care less if they have "new" people in the office, it's a little too late. These apartments suck ---. I guarantee the new reviews that say this place is the best has too be the new office staff. Roaches non stop, mice and possums by your door. Maintenance still can't fix anything, why bother calling them?? Crime every where and the office staff could care less, gun shots in the middle of the night, cars sitting on bricks, don't have good tires they will get stolen. Be careful when you park your car, if its on the line, it will get towed. This place is terrible, I can write a short book of all the terrible things that have happened to me the two years I have been here. I have lived in a few apartments, out of all of them, these are the worst, I wouldn't wish on my enemy to live in this hell hole. Save your typical speech office staff, it's too late to call you and tell you everything, keep your crapping written response to your self

                                      This is not for family place to stay at. Very unsafe despite the guards they have one unguarded gate open for anyone to come and steal from your vehicle, apartment or steal your vehicle completely. Parking is non-existing, most of the parking space is occupied with commercial trucks and Vans. Old construction which has not been maintained properly. Landscape is extremely poor and everywhere you will find stray dogs and cats. No one cares to pick their pet's poop. All positive reviews about this place are lies and written by the management people to attract customers.

We apologize that parking may be somewhat limited at times. The number of parking spaces allocated to each apartment depends on the number of individuals on your lease. For example; a one bedroom with two residents would receive two parking permits, or a two bedroom with one resident would only get one parking permit. Per the parking addendum signed with your lease; any car that is in a permit spot must have a visible parking permit. In no way is management encouraged to post falsified reviews to attract customers.                                             If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional, and rude staff I have EVER come accross. Singning a lease here was probably one of the WORST misakes I have EVER made. This place was unsafe, multiple car break-ins, My apartment was broken into and I was told i was financially responsible for ALL damages. After I paid all the damages I was harrassed by the manager via e-mail, stated I didn't pay it. Only after I presented recips and made her speak with corporate, she left me alone. A lock was once placed on my door WITH NO NOTICE after THEIR error. Once I FINALLY got out of that hell hole infested with illegals, roches, and criminals, I did NOT look back... until I got a phone call from a collection agency. After I moved I forwarded my address with the post office immediately, and provided the leasing office my forwarding address as well. Apparently I had some balance, which still has not been explained to me, no statement was ever sent, I was just immediately forwarded to collection agency. The incompetent and LAZY staff doesn't work their accounts, they just write it off to collections. When I called and tried to speak with a manager I received a HORRIBLE attitude by some little girl on the other end chomping her gum... They couldn't care less. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                                  Worst apartments ever!!! In America!! I really don't know why they say they have 24hr maintenance because it takes them until the next day to show up & only if you bug them! Shame that I had a water leak in my apartment for three months before they investigated it! Shame that I have been living with TERMITES in my bathroom for over a month (in which I call them about on a weekly basis just for them to lie to me and tell me someone will come by to investigate. I strongly recommend NO ONE these apartments. Unless you are comfortable living with insects. Parking is unbearable and ridiculous. I seriously cannot wait to move.
