      I've lived here for almost one year. When I originally saw the apartments they quoted me one price because I wanted one with the washer and dryer. I started the process of moving in, the app fee and a deposit which locked in that rate. Prier to moving in a asked over and over if my unit had a washer and dryer ans was told yes. I even have emails from Marci stating it did. On the move In date I see there is no washer and dryer in my unit so I let them know. They just say it was a mistake but would reduce my rent back down to the price without the W/D. I was excited this being my first apartment I let it go. A few months down the line I've had multiple problems including mold,the apartment shifting, my bathroom ceiling has caved in on me do to water damage from God knows what. more mold and Finally a Rat infestation. yes, a Rat infestation! I went to give my 30 days and was told by Marci That instead of leaving she would allow me to transfer Units. She suggested this to me I didn't ask her. She said she would waive the transfer fee and she would take care of me. It took her a month to get everything taken care of. I was scheduled to transfer 11/15/13. The week of the transfer I'm trying to catch up lol with Marci she is no where to be seen. Then she tells me she has emailed the transfer info. I call the next day they inform me that info can't be emailed. I decide to go up there myself. NO ONE AT PAVILION PLACE COULD FIND MY FILE. This was extremely suspicious and Marci was once again MIA. . I went Friday to pick up my keys and sign my new lease she acts as though I'm crazy. She tells me I have to be a approved by serina. I was confused because Marci assured me it was taken care of and it even showed on the website my new move in/out date from apt to apt. I immediately get upset. You all wait to tell me this on the day of my move in that I don't have an apartment to move in to? How unprofessional. I call IMT residential for help, I leave a statement so someone who isn't from Pavilion can help me. I still haven't hears from anyone from there but Serina tells me Marci has been telling me all of these things prier to my transfer date. I informed See in a that Marci should be Fired. That lady is a liar and doesn't need to be working there. She is crooked and underhanded and never took accountability for her actions.. I had EVERYTHING transferred to the new apartment. My lights, mail, and other bills to my would have apartment. I occurred fees for having things canceled with 2-3 business days notice on top of having to go find a new place to live. Below are pics of the rats we have caught. They would eat all my food., mold and my ceiling caved in. I wish I could post the video of the hole leaking like a Faucet before it caved in. No one should have to live like this then have solutions offered and then not even honor your word.

      Pavilion Place Apartments on Renwick has a very friendly staff - they are always willing to go out of their way and beyond to make sure that you are happy. Maintenance requests are processed very quickly as well.

        Great value and will maintained complex only problems I have had is extremely noisy neighbor that live in the unit above me I hear them running and jumping around everyday. I have reported this at least twice but no success

          Do yourself a favor and do not move here, if you're not home by 7pm you'll have to park on the streets, three cars got their tires stolen the same night, i heard there was a rape here, the trash is always everywhere, there are drug dealers living here, you would think they would do an actual background check. The people at the office are the worst though, there are new leasing agents in the office every time i go up there, and one of the agents told me that they favor latino, --------, mexican, south american people more so they will help them out more than any other race, she told me this. I cannot WAIT for my lease to be up, January cannot come quicker.

            The maintenance staff and Manager, Brenda are awesome.. The rest of the staff could use some training from her. Overall I'm pleased with the apartment. I haven't used the fitness facility due to it's very small.

              Pretty good untill I came home with my door wide open. I was told tgere was a problem with my electricity. I've even had property of mine broken. Also came home to a very dirty bathroom and closet!!!!!

                I have live here for the last two years and I have nothing but praise for the office staff. they are always there to help out the residents and they take the time to listen to your concerns. maintenance request are process and taken care of quick. the overall community/complex grounds are kept nice and clean.

                  Deteriorating,I'm currently locked to one ISP (clear) the other two are not capable of installing internet or cable in my unit, due to technology not available or the unit needing re-wiring. Also things keep getting lost from my patio. few months back it was a bike. and this past Friday a package disappear. this is the first place where the main office does not accept packages for it's residents and honestly it's a big turn off point because more and more people shop online.

                    If you look at the positive reviews you'll see they were all submitted on the same day or within a day of each other. This should immediately tip you off that either employees are writing these reviews or management is running some incentive for residents to post positive reviews. 1) This place is a nightmare for parking in the evening. Come in after 10pm and you will more than likely have to park outside on the street. 2) The leasing office is constantly staffed by temp workers who never stay more than a few days and have no idea how to help you. Is it so hard to hire a regular full/part-time worker who knows what he/she is doing? 3) This place is next door to a recycling center and it smells like a freaking landfill all the time in this area. 4) You will have roaches. No matter how often they claim to spray or how clean you keep your place, roaches will be a problem the entire time you live here. 5) Like most older apartments, these are poorly constructed and require constant maintenance. Expect 1-2 issues a month(mostly leaks and other plumbing issues), but don't expect them to get around to it quickly. In a nutshell, it's not worth the bargain. Pay a little more for a nicer community in an area that doesn't flood every time it rains and avoid all the hassles I've listed. You work hard and you don't want to have to deal with more headache when you get home.

                      I'm sick and tired of the hot water being shut off for maintenance, without notice, at random times of the day (or evening). This happens more frequently here than at any other apartment complex that I have lived in. Sometimes it's off for more than 2 hours. After a while it gets very frustrating. If I have to pay a water bill every month, I expect better service.

                        Leasing office employee including the manager needs to learn about customer service. If the owner knows what they are playing, they will be out of work. After I finished contract, I left the apartment because of their poor customer service.... However, I got from collection bill that I didn't understand still. when I call them they do not have answer.

                                      I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR OVER 3 MONTHS AND SO FAR I LOVE MY APARTMENT. IT IS VERY SPACIOUS AND IT IS A QUITE PLACE. EVERY ONE MINDS THEIR OWN BUSINESS AND OUTSIDE IS VERY WELL KEPT. I DO NOT HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS.
