So far so good, maintainence has been thorough in following through with request. Community is fairly decent. Im happy overall with my overall choice to rent here. Often floods every night in front of my steps from sprinklers, Other than that all is fairly well

Hands down Lily is great at what she does! She has a personable personality and was excited to assist me as I search for a new and improved apartment community. Pavilion Place Apartments is a clean and welcoming environment perfectly located. I will definitely apply and I recommend everyone to ask for Lily.

Stopped by a few days ago and I was greeted by Lily. I enjoyed my visit and she made me feel very comfortable. She took time to show me around even though I'm not moving until December. I will definitely refer my friends and family. The property is the perfect location and the office staff is friendly. If your reading this review make sure to ask for Lily because she is an amazing individual who always has a smile on her face!

Parking is my only complaint. It's not horrible, but it's not the best. Other than that I love Pavilion Place so far. It's in an ideal location and everything is about 15 minutes away because of its central location. I utilize the fitness center and I am satisfied with the staff. They are very friendly and they get the job done.

Exit gates do not always open and I'm forced to leave through the front gate. What if there is an emergency and I need to leave from closest gate? We have been charged $100 for having dogs off leash with no proof, we ALWAYS have our dogs on a leash. No one has their dog on a leash here except us. I have pictures to prove this. No one cleans up after their dogs, and the poor kids have to play in dog mess! Perhaps this is because there are no trash cans provided to throw away dog poop. When you walk into the office no one there greets you and when you ask for help they give you a mean look and are very rude! The pool was closed one morning because there was broken glass in the pool. Maintenance hung a sign and locked the pool. Later the sign was removed and the pool gate was unlocked. So I used the pool and ended up cutting the bottom of my foot. I bled all over the pool deck and the rug in my apartment as a result. I have pictures to prove this as well. The inside of the cabinets were all painted with cheap paint and to this day our dishes still smell like paint, we have to rinse off our clean dishes before we use them because of the awful smell. Also, the bathroom cabinets were not cleaned before they painted over them, we can see the dust, dirt, and HAIR that they painted over. When I take a shower, the condensation from the AC unit drips on my head because they have routed the piping from the AC unit to the ceiling above the middle of the shower. This is very annoying because it is constantly dripping and we like to keep the drain plugged so cockroaches cannot get in (a separate issue). We cannot keep the drain plugged up because the drip is so constant, that the tub fills up rather quickly with water. Cockroaches. They have been present since the first week we moved in and keep finding a way into our apartment. We find this absolutely disgusting. There was a double homicide in the complex and it does not seem like security got any tighter. A gated community is supposed to feel safe, meanwhile cars drive through the gates all the time after cars that have the magnetic key and the security guards never stop them, they just let them on in.

The office staff is very friendly, helpful and always ready to help when you enter the building. I would recommend this property to anyone. The security of the guards at the gate is Awesome. I love seeing them there coming and going. I love it here...

So far, I do like the community. It's really quiet. Also, having the convenience store inside the apartment complex, made me much more easier for groceries. There are plenty of permits parking so I never have to worry about not having a parking spot. Only thing I would say negative aspect is the limited visitors parking. Whenever you are late, you can hardly find any visitors parking available.

This complex like all other places have its pros & cons. Pros: It's well maintained,professional maintenance personnel,management office enforces tenant rules. There's a high sense of security in the property,never heard of break ins into apartments. Cons: carpet is too old,if your car breaks down,you can't tow it into complex regardless of time of day, close to highway & power lines

Double Homicide need I say more?! (Go ahead and look it up it was on the news). But I will just because I want you to be fully informed. We just moved out so now I can give a review. The office staff is hit or miss. Sometime they are nice sometimes they are not depends on the day I guess. Rates are going up and you can find better for the same rent, we did! Pros: close to freeways, store on site, maintenance staff nice and knowledgeable Cons: iffy at night, car rims stolen, motorcycles stolen, shootings (one), office staff changes a lot (use temps!), some areas flood during heavy rain sooo muddy to walk through from your door to your car, and the ROACHES! They are always around no matter how clean or how often they spray. It really sucks even if this is Texas. I would have renewed my lease but the roaches are a deal breaker and the homicide was handled poorly by the office staff. And rent went up. Do your homework! PsS Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews, it is management. Look at the date! What are the odds of great reviews in sequence... Just saying.

Good Location, its right off of hwy 59 and West park toll road. Near low class neighborhood and wealthy ones. Friendly Staff, quick service. My only complaint is that the apartment above me has squeaky floor boards. Rents are reasonable and there is a convenience store on property.

This is an honest review I moved here last November. So far I have no complaints the property is kept up maintenance is good. I wouldn't go roaming around here at night but that's because the neighborhood is pretty bad. They schedule frequent meetings for residents to come out and learn about safety so they do thier best to keep us safe. The staff works with me I rescused a puppy and they were willing to let me keep her a week before paying a deposit. So far this has been a decent experience I have no major complaints. There's a slight roach problem but I think it's from my messy neighbors again out of the complexes control once I spray I don't see them for a few months. Overal I've enjoyed living here. :)

I just moved in 3 months ago and love how close I am to everything. ---- in the office helped me with the process and she's always smiling and willing to help. Hope my good luck continues cause I've had some bad experiences with my past apts.

So far so good?no issues at this time. Just had a hard time getting at&t uverse service at my apartment. Security is great!!! The apartment have two different complexes, both entrances are gated with a security at the gate. it is a good place for me so far!!

I been living here for more than a year and my suggesstion is DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! i was deceived by the security and the reviews at this website. There were many breakins and stolen rims but the homicide incident was the last drop. I am moving out by next month as i do not feel safe at this complex. 2 residents were death in April 2014. They refused to consider my broken AC as emergency and i had to wait 4 days w/o AC. Laundry rooms are terrible and disgusting. Just to prove you that some of these reviews are not real:(There is no way that a decent person can give more than 3 star...) Check the attached picture for the latest reviews. The texts were prepared and the managers/office staff were supposed to input the staff name. But they forgot to do that and posted with dashed lines... This is what happens when you have managers that has less brain functions than elementary school student.....

I've been living at this community for almost 2 years, my experience was some-what pleasant as first until I needed to submit a work order for a roof leak and hole in my ceiling. I never got any phone calls regarding the status of my work order and it still is not fixed after a week. My carpet, flooring and ceiling is still damaged and I'm the one who has to continuously call and ask about my apartment. No one at the leasing office has returned my calls or told me when my apartment would be fixed. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

I really like the apartment. Very spacious and also a big help that it has a washer and dryer! So excited to have this place as my new home! I love the fact that everything is close by. And my commute is amazing. And not to mention if I wanted to shop I'm minutes away from the galleria!

The apartments are really nice and kept up with so well. My husband and I really do love it here. Any issues we have had get resolved so quickly and in such a professional manner. -------------- is aweseome, She has been there since the moment we moved in. The price is great for the location. I have lived at Imt apartments for the past 5 years and ive been happy with the properties. Everyone is the office helped me out atleast once. --- was my leasing agent and she was great.

I love it just need a little detail work done I felt really welcome when I first enter into my apt everything we had juice pen even a cute pag that was awesome my stay been good it's just the parking get out of hand can't find no parking if I come home late and the rails on the porch is loose and the pool looks dirty and unsanitary

I have lived here for about 8 months now, and from the very beginning I knew it was going to be a bad experience. I was attracted to the low price, and the location being so close to the highway. I had confirmed my move-in date with one of the managers there well before I actually moved in. On that date, I came in at the time that we had scheduled, and it was complete chaos. None of the associates had any clue who I was, or which apartment I was moving into (fortunately, I had it on paper). After moving in, I was pleased at the size of the one bedroom. It was much bigger than my previous apartment. About two months ago, I noticed loud noises from my neighbors (I am in the middle of two apartments on the 2nd floor). The noise became much worse as time went by, and continues to. I have called the police twice already because of how ridiculously loud they are being. I cannot fathom ever getting into a screaming fight when I know people live so closely to me. I called the apartment office twice, and got no response from the voicemail I left, and was dismissed the second time. I spoke to one of the employees (Gilbert), and he was very helpful. He assured me that they would receive a "Violation of Lease" notice, but I am not sure that this has ever been issued because they are still being extremely loud at late hours in the night. The office is very difficult to get in touch with most times. I have to just keep calling until someone answers. I realize that management has no control over how their residents act, but I can assure you that action would have been taken if it were my apartment complex. Will not be renewing my lease. You get what you pay for.

I thought the laundry room so dirty, the others all good . When I moved in I saw every thing like new that let me feel good. But some neighbor with big dog go out without leash that let me feel unsafe. I wish there is a rules about dog must go out with leash.....
