It is a great community to live in. the office staff is really welcoming and helpful in each and every step of the move in process. the apartments are well maintained as well as the landscape which is always clean. The gate attendant on duty 24/7 coupled with the apartment being well lighted at night give a feeling of being secure

It is a quiet community for the most part. Most neighbors are friendly. The convenience store is nice to have and carries a lot of basic needs. Parking at night (after 10pm or so) is a big hassle. You might end up parking far, which does not add up. This must mean that residents have more guests living than listed on their lease because Im sure the number of max tenants with a vehicle per unit was included when planning the parking when this community was built. This Gulfton area is like walking through the country of Mexico, like literally.

It all started good. I was happy for the first couple of months. Until, i had to deal with the management office. Since my neighbor moved in, i started having roach problem but the management does not care about it at all. I gave them a call, e-mail etc. nothing happens. Parking is very problematic, it is hard to find spot after 8 pm and it is almost impossible to find a spot for the visitors. Common areas are usually kept well,except for the pools. Laundry rooms are terrible, half of the machines are not working, filled with leftover clothes etc. SAFETY IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE, recent homicide ended up with 2 dead residents. Don't get deceived by the security at the gate. My friends visited me several times, and they were able to get in w/o a single question. Pedestrian doors are usually left open. The neighborhood is the worst part. Shady characters all over the place. I have seen some cars on bricks due to stolen rims. I won't be renewing my lease with them, as i do not feel safe at this complex.

Great customer service. Prompt response either email/phone/website. Fast maintenance resolution. Gilbert Garcia was very helpful and has awesome communication. All the staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. The main office is well kept too.

Disgusting place! I been living here fore 8 months, they never pick up the trash on time. Check the figure for this mess!!!! Not a safe neighborhood at all, filled with illegal immigrants. People do not pick up after their dog, unleashed dogs everywhere. Break-ins, homicide, stolen vehicles......

I would like to start off by saying that Lily was a tremendous help with my application process and the explanation of the least and agreements. The community is in the perfect are and I really like the security at the front gates as well as the lightly around the buildings.

FAKE REVIEWS!!! There was a homicide about a month ago, ended up with 2 dead residents. This place is not safe, very noisy and disgusting neighborhood. Old apartments, liar management office. Stay away from the complex. Unless you wanna live in neighborhood filled with sex offenders, murderers. Managers must so desperate to write these fake reviews to cover up the recent homicide and robberies....

Stay has been grand, except for the fact that I only can reserved a parking spot against the fence and not of my liking. The rest of my comments will be enter as time goes by; for the time being I feel safe and happy in a clean and well kept environment.

The Manger she is wonderful including her maintenance and the office staff when I called for the service request they took the order very nice and then after that the maintenance was on the top of it I was really happy and I never had any problem after that

I enjoy it. Its close to a lot of night life. I wish they would change is the NUMBER OF VISITOR PARKING!!!!!! It makes it difficult for me to have any family and friends come visit cause after 9pm ALL the visitor spots are taken and your guest will be forced to park outside the gate at night in areas that are not so well lit. If I could ask for anything to change I would want more visitor parking, but other than that I don't hate it

Overall good until the double homicide and no response from corporate about moving (I called and left message no call back) and the staff is becoming rude and lazy. Service request takes two days to fill and phone etiquette is non existent with the new ladies Wish I hadn't signed another lease.

The area that we live in is very quite and overall a nice place to stay. The property is well kept. Recently there has been 2 deaths in the apartment complex. Outside of the apartments the neighborhood isn't appealing to the eye. I live within 5 miles from my job and considered walking to work but my husband didn't think this was a good idea. I would suggest prior to move in you drive down gulfton to get a feel for the type of environment you will be living in.

Not good. Laundry, water systems, parking lots not good. Safety, neighbors are not good.The carpets, painting in wall, windows are not good. Too much noise of outside ac machines. Its very dangerous outside of apt to walk in night. Not good.

These reviews are fake!!! It is not a safe neighborhood....04/09/2014 2 DEATHS, involving a resident(check the attached figure for original report).... Stay away from here...... I will leave this ------ place as soon as my lease expires. It's very noisy, parking is a huge problem, security is only to fake future residents. Pedestrian entrances are always open.Laundry rooms are terrible! There are many reports for stolen rims etc. The management office keeps publishing fake reviews twice a week. Do not move here!

I like the apartment complex, I have had great service with maintenance staff and maintenance coordinator. The front desk has been given my renters insurance four times, then I get a failure to pay for renters insurance that I have had from day one through State Farm, two notices and two times is very unprofessional, I follow rules, I pay my rent early, I have been involved in security meeting, customer appreciation day, I have only been here for two months, where I live and the service is very important to me always.

I just moved in April 1st and I must say, I like my apartment very spacious and clean. Clean grounds and manicured lawns, very quiet complex. a few kids playing but nothing to complain about. Kids just being kids. 2 thumbs up! My family enjoys it as well

There are so many things that I like about the layout, number of pooles, many neighbors are friendly, dog poop bags provided (needs a trash nearby), and the price is great. The things that I wish I could change are the water bugs/huge roaches, how easily they give out notices for anything! I have an odd neighbor who complains about everything and the office just sends a note going towards a write-up.

THEY GOT TO FIX MY APARTMENT VERY QUICKLY BUT SOME OF THE THINGS SHOULD OF BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE I MIVED IN. ROACHES ARE A PROBLEM AND THEY WERE THERE BEFORE I MOVED IN. SOME OF THE NEIGHBORS ARE LOUD AND THE NOISE GOES RIGHT THROUGH THE WALLS.

She was very informative and has such a pleasant attitude when she shows you at model apts. She was a major asset in our decision to rent at Pavilion Place apts.

This is a clean and decent community to live in maintenance is quick at taking care of things.Not to much noise at night maybe only on the weekends when alot of people are at home. Crime is not bad in this area for the most part and pets are welcomed.

This area is filled with rapist. Received 3 warning mail about high risk sexual offenders. I can't wait to move out of here. Dirty grounds, disgusting pools, non-existing security....
