Just moved there. Too hard to say much about it right now other than everything has been going well the past three days. Funny that I would have to write a minimum of 200 characters. I thought the last time I would be expected to do that was in college. Do I get a grade for this? I would hope so..

    Mostly positive. Nice walkways, dog friendly is a huge plus. Location is very convenient, easy freeway access. Rent cost is fair for the area and quality of facilities/amenities. My only real complaint is with the professionalism of the office staff. They always seem disorganized or apathetic, even when I am there by request.

      i am happy with rent, parking, security and neighbors. but we are not happy with office staff response. emergency service requests are not handling properly. we are more worried on emergency service response. I am not going to refer my friends based on my above stated reasons.

        Its all nice that the new residents enjoying the attention they getting , however this wont be like that for a long time. Once you hooked you will be on your own. With all your little problems that nobody will care in the office. Noise , AC , roaches, occasianaly rats. One sommer I heard rats in the wall and I reported it I was told as long as they are not in the apartment they cant do anything. this place is below avarage with a bad managment. No money is turned back into the complex. So yes new residents please write a new review a year from now when u spent a summer seweating your butt off and they will tell u there is nothing wrong with the ac. AC not blowing cooler than 70 F I am guessing its a fan only...

          I had been looking around for apartments for a couple months, and after getting the run around from every other apartment complex; I finally came across Pavilion Place Apartments. There were a couple misunderstandings within the office that pushed my move in date to a week and a half later, but everyone was very kind and cooperative. I originally started the process with Marci but was handed over to Oasis very early in the process. Oasis was quick to respond to my emails and answer my questions. Also the manager was very understanding of my concerns, and she was quick to fix them. I have an "upgraded" unit and it's beautiful, I couldn't ask for anything better. My only concerns are that there isn't much visitor parking and that I can hear every step taken by my upstairs neighbors. But over all they are things that I can deal with, given I love my apartment so much. I know I haven't been here long but so far so good, and I look forward living here for the next 15 months!

            I did have some trouble with my old apt(villages of Copperfield) but Oasis and Stacy were very patient and eager to help me out which made me feel more at ease. Apt is fine do far. Will write another review if my experience changes down the road.

              My experience so far has been great i love the enviorment and i love the quickness in all the staff i had A problem and it was fixed immedatly. The only problem i have is with parking i come home late due to work and by 11 pm once i get there its no parking.

                Only one week in but it feels like a nice and clean community. I don't have 200 characters worth of response. I'm happy to rate highly; so far I've enjoyed my new apartment but I have only been here a week. Maybe after six months I'll have more to say.

                  I haven't been in my apt for a year and have run into several problems. My top 3 issues are parking, mice, and maintenance staff! The parking is really bad and your guests have no space because they're limited on parking. I live by the convenient store and I have had issues with mice ever since I moved in. I'm a clean tenant and I have already caught (2) mice in my apt and still continue to hear the noise! The maintenance used my bathroom and now I don't trust the staff. I had to schedule a time to be home, so I can be there when maintenance came in and they still came a day before. So, why set an appt if they don't follow it?? Waste of my time! Oh yeah...The security for the back entrance. Not only do they close early,leaving that back area unsafe, but we just got an senior citizen to act as "security!"

                      I have lived here for over a year and I would only recommend this place if you wanted a reasonable price for an apt with nothing special and you didn't mind the ------ neighborhood. I would rather pay less and live in the ------ but usually few would... First parking is absolutely horrible like others say. I even read the reviews before I moved in and thought I would be fine. You can find parking if you get in before 10pm after that it's harder. If you come in late at night past 12am you can definitely expect to drive around looking for parking way on the other side. A few times I have even had to park in the apts across the street and on the street then walk back alone in the slightly ------ neighborhood. Although, I haven't had any safety issues. I have been towed twice and my mother once (she was visiting), twice was because the paint on the spots were so faded it was hard to see and the other because they had one permit spot in the middle of 15 visitor spots and at night you can't see it sometimes. No matter each tow is >$200. They have repainted the spots now but still hard to see at night. The staff, eh, I have no real problems with them. Sometimes the staff is helpful and friendly and other times slightly below average. When I put requests for repairs online I always have to call them because they never see it I guess. Then after I call they will come out that day or the next. They are strict about outside patios and will fine you if you leave stuff out that isn't plant or patio furniture. They do give notice though. However, they cannot seem to keep others from cleaning up their dogs poop which is EVERYWHERE! Though they have tried by putting up doggy bags in grassy areas. It's really just the lazy neighbors. The apt are good with the lawn care for the most part but litter is sometimes an issue too. I haven't had too much issues with noise. I find it peaceful but I also don't have noisy neighbors. I can tell sometimes the walls are thin but have not been any problem so far. There is a roach problem but after one neighbor moved it seem to have gotten better but still remains an issue. They are the small brown ones and even after spraying they come back. I havent seen any rodents though. My apt is spacious and I have a w/d which was important to me. It gets frustrating when you are towed and can never find parking. Really the biggest issue!

                        The staff here is absolutely terrible. The process took two weeks and I had to keep calling them for updates. Stacy Broils is the only person who was helpful, everyone else is rude and has the worst customer service, and they cheated me out of $240.00. I recommend you NEVER APPLY HERE!!!!!

                          This property truly is an older property so all the problems that occure are expected to happen. I ended up moving in and i havent had any problem. I will be renewing my lease as well.

                            My own experience . Be direct here: Roaches, problem , my hot water is not as hot during the cold weather but on the summer, my air corn is on and off, it work then it doesn't. So, I have to call the maintenance on and off . Also, take a card. you either have a good neighbor or bad one. You can hear the noises and foot step. When I moved here because I can afford the rent. When I extend my lease, it went up almost $200. now another $100 due to month to month rent cause I haven't found another place to live. Don't let your visitor park in reserve or you get towed away. It happens to my two friends, their car disappear. Basically once the place got you living in the apartment your rent keeps going up till you can't afford it. I used to pay $580 a month now, $966. The good thing: Close to Highway, I haven't really hear about a crime, and quiet out side your Apt most of the time.

                              I knew coming into apartment living, again, I would expect some noises, but the unwanted noise from the upstairs neighbor (hard walker, jumps/exercises, OMG-floor boards creak when in Bedroom/sex!!!)

                                I am very dissatisfied with the service that I got while renting here. I have had nothing but problems since the day that I moved in. The office staff is rude and discourteous and they do not care about the residents unless they are getting their money.

                                  No issues other than visitors being towed without giving them a notice... It would be nice to at least leave a notice on the car first since they are guests but guess it doesn't matter if they bad mouth the community right? Just a thought. Thanks...

                                      It has been disgusting and unlivable due to the roaches that infested the place. The staff did not want nor care to take care of the problem. Also there is no parking. The pest control man was willing to help us more than the apartment was. I had to throw away all of my pantry food due to the infestation of roaches. DISGUSTING!

                                          Horrible. I paid for something I did not use. I requested an apartment with washer and dryer, they gave me one without, when I was to move in they promise to install them but in the closet and the closet became too small.

                                                This community was a good location choice. Everything looks OK. the laundry room was dirty in the weekend. Some part of the road was in the bad condition. I hope the landlord will fix them in the short time.

                                                  So far I've had no issues. Staff is friendly and responsive. The common areas could be better maintained, but for the most part they don't look bad. Parking is an issue when coming home late, so assigned parking would be nice. However, that's just me being nitpicky. So far the community has be a great move.
