The apartment I have is great for a single person just starting out that doesn't have a lot. It should be advertised that way. It's too small for a couple that is established. No microwave or ceiling fans included. It's for someone who has never owned a home.

I love the convenience of the location but the neighborhood is a bit noisy if you're not used to hearing kids and lawn mowers all the time. It's a decent complex but there are better options. My lease will be up in a few months and i don't feel inclined to renew.

These apartments are just "ok." The men and women who work for this place are excellent, the location is great, and the apartments are large and clean. However, as a single woman, I do not always feel safe here. Also, I feel that the price is too high for the quality of living. It's not bad though.

This place is unsafe. I have seen many cars broken and stolen. I lived there for a year, I have never felt safe. Even there are gates and security grads. However, I have seen them sleeping during the night. Even though, the office sent us an email saying that they were responsible for security issues and you have to protect your cars and apartment. Recently the police found 2 people were killed in one of the units. In addition to that, they have old dirty room they call it laundry room. Every time I used it I got my cloth more dirty. DON'T EVER MOVE HERE.

the staff has been really helpful. gilbert Garcia has really made the process of moving in an easy one. the only thing I do not like is that the sprinklers go off in the morning and when I walk to my car I get wet every time and puddles happen in my walkway because of the sprinklers

Only issue is that people with pets don't pick up after their pets when they go potty outside in the apartment complex. This gives of bad smell and a bad look to see poop on the ground. It's not pleasing to the eye. The staff needs to look into this

To be fair, I moved into this apartment due to a building fire to a different property where I was scheduled to move to. I grew up in the area and I had very realistic expectations of what to expect. The move-in process was very smooth and Oasis at the leasing office was very professional. I cannot voice any issues with the staff at this time. My only issues so far has been the terrible parking for residents and the dead roaches that greeted me at my new apartment. I don't know if parking is actually verified but I have definitely seen permit parking spots with cars that don't have a parking permit for days on end. Management allows you to reserve your on spot for a small monthly fee but its a bit backwards seeing as how so many spots will probably be available if the rules were more enforced. Regarding the roaches, I expect to kill a stray roach once in a while but, it wasn't a great feeling having to clean dead roaches out of the fridge and freezer. Perhaps the maintenance crew cleaning the apartment was short on time, but on the first day of move-in, it definitely made me feel uncomfortable. The apartments are spacious and its not the greatest or worst apartment, I have lived in. If you are looking for a quiet place to live during a transitional period, this is the place.

I just recently became a resident at pavilion place and only had two days to find a place. I somehow came across pavilion place. It looked like a nice place so I walked in and was immediately assisted by a staff member named Oasis. She really gives you the run down on what exactly it is you're getting into and gives you all the information you need before moving in. She showed me an 800 sqft one bedroom model and it's a pretty big layout costing around $750 or so. I decided to have a washer and drying in the unit , so of course that price differs and comes out to around $780 plus self payed utilities. The community is a mix of students and families but everyone is pretty nice. The gym is ok for a short workout but there are no free weights or bars to work with, if you like machines it's a fine place but if you prefer a different type of workout I recommend finding a gym. Pavilion Place is about 15 min from downtown, uptown, and midtown making it convenient. Maintenance is pretty quick and responds to needs quickly. Overall, the start has been good.

I found Pavilion Place online, it was the best community i could find for the price range i was looking for. Leasing office staff is so professional, Lily was the agent who helped me, she made everything easy for me to move in and she has great customer service skills. The community itself is clean and quite, maintenance and pest control respond in a timely manner. I would recommend Pavilion Place to a friend.

I had to find somewhere to live in Houston and I only had about a week to do it. The staff here at Pavilion Place helped me to do just that. It took a total of four days ( fri-tues) for everything to get squared away and for me to move in. I even had some of the process done from across the state but both Lys and Lilly were very helpful and accommodating. My place is not huge by any means but it is enough for one person and even though it may not be in the best part of town i still feel very comfortable in this gated community.

The Pavilion Place team members understood my need to move before the school year stared & got me in a unit with a great price within a week. Overall, besides feeling safe (the surrounding are has a very high crime rate) the convenience attracts me to this complex & the units are pretty comfy. Also laundry is pricey here so find a local laundry mat...

**After returning from Afghanistan this summer my apartment search became quite stressful. I began working with an apartment locator (Diamond Gallow) and the very first location we visited was okay. However, the leasing agent didn't seem prepared or knowledgeable. Once we met with Oasis Grullon @ Pavilion Place Apartments, I knew I'd found my place. She was very helpful and honest about the renting process. She helped me understand what to expect and I thought that was awesome of her. The complex is gorgeous and the neighbors are really great! I haven't had many issues but whenever I do the service team is there to help. Needless to say, I'm glad I met with Oasis Grullon at Pavilion Place Apartments.**

We lived here for four years, from 2010 to 2014. Pavilion Place is really some place you can call home. I lived here with my boyfriends as neighbors, we got married and moved together, we had our first child here, and now we are expecting for the second. We are moving out because we want to live closer to our son's daycare, and it finally comes to the sad point to say goodbye. To be honest, Pavilion Place is the best apartment among those I have ever lived. Looking down from the highway, the whole apartment is almost hidden in a forest. Everyday you woke up listening to birds twittering in the trees. The morning sun rays shed through the leaves into your window, tinting everything in a golden green color. Walking down the path between buildings, you may have a wonderful encounter with a squirrel, or discover some beautiful plants happily blooming. In addition to all the credits of its landscape, the maintenance here is really outstanding. One time our fridge was somehow not working, and within only an hour they have a new one delivered to us. Despite all these, this apartment does have some minor CONS, as the longer we live, the clearer we would realize. That is also why I didn't give it a five star. I believe if you think the following cons are tolerable, this place will be definitely a perfect place for your next new home: 1. Parking: Sometimes parking could be a problem that you have to walk hundreds of meters to reach home. You may think it not a problem at all. But when once you come back home, loaded with tons of groceries plus a baby car seat, having to walk several times between your car and home in a 100F day, you will know my feeling. There are also times we arrived home late and exhausted, searching for the whole apartment and could only park near the leasing office. These experiences are not often, but they are really unforgettable. 2. Floor plan: I'm living in a 2/1 floor plan, with spacious living room and spacious master bedroom plus a very small study room. The problem with this floor plan is the efficiency of AC. The living room and master bedroom are very hot even when AC is on, while the small study room is extremely cold. This wasn't a real problem for us until our son caught a cold as he is sleeping in that small room, and we simply couldn't feel the temperature he felt! So if you could choose, 2/2 instead of 2/1. 3. Ventilation: For all the floor plans this apartment has, all windows are on the same wall. This makes ventilation very hard. You may get an extra small window if you live in the corner, like us, but that doesn't help at all. During spring or autumn, when the outside is around 75F, it is not surprising that you'll get ~85F inside, simply because the air cannot enter your home. This means you may either have to pay more on electricity when actually you don't need to, or you just don't stay at home. 4. No ceiling fans: This apartment is not equipped with ceiling fans, neither in the living room nor bedroom, probably because the ceiling is pretty low. This makes the originally bad-ventilated rooms even hotter. In the beginning we don't think it a problem, but more and more we realize ceiling fans are not replaceable. And it eventually became one of the reasons we want to move out. I would like to strongly suggest the manager install ceiling fans in each unit, and I'm willing to pay more rent for it. There are some other smaller cons as we lived here, such as the kitchen floor is a little tilted, the night lighting is too bright somewhere, there is no shades around the pool area, etc. But these are really trivial and do not affect everyday life. Overall we enjoyed the garden-like apartment and the friendly neighborhood. It's really a pity that we have to say goodbye.

It's a nice apartment complex, one of the better ones I've looked at this week. The leasing agent was patient with us even though we came in near closing and gave us a tour of the complex. The complex has a new feel to it especially in comparison to most of the complexes in that area. It's about 5 minutes from the galleria but much more reasonably priced and right near Westheimer which can be good or bad depending on your patience with traffic. The apartments themselves feature a decent amount of space and nice light hardwood floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood seems safe and the residents from who I could see seemed to be mostly a young professional 20s to 30s crowd.

This is an honest review from a tenant here who has occupied the complex for a month or so. To start off, Lys from the leasing department, has always been very accomodating to us, all the more kind, to provide us with everything we need. And that entails proactively replying and updating us with needed documents at the time when we were still trying to fix the paperworks. She even made sure herself that our apartment was in top condition before moving in and has provided all the necessary touches that I have personally requested. So far, when something needs to be fixed, Lys addresses it in an expedited manner, that way we wouldn't have to worry about delayed requests. I am overall pleased with how the complex has handled their clients. When you want to have an honest opinion on everything the complex has to offer, I would definitely recommend Lys to walk you through the process. The complex is surprisingly silent at night and they enforce strict rules inside the vicinity such as parking properly on designated areas which is a good indication that although visitors are welcome, the tenant's parking opportunities are still a priority. Although it might be hard to find a good spot to park near our apartment when we come home at dawn, a few walks is not so bad.

We moved in a week ago and so far, everything has been wonderful. The people at the office have been helpful and very polite. It's quiet and the apartment is perfect. Maintenance works fast and security is good. The only bad thing is parking after 8 close to your apartment. But there are spots everywhere.
