My experience at the pavilion was a great move in experience. They always kept me updated about the apartment and were very nice. My apartment was clean and my appliances were new. I had new carpet and the location of the apartment was very convenient. My overall experience with the apartment exceeded my expectations. I would recommend family and friends to the property. I really enjoyed my moving experience into the pavilion.

I already completed this already but I will repeat myself. I am happy overall with the move, but this is not a great place if you have a dog because there are not places to dispose of garbage (poop) unless it the outskirts of the property. But overall though its been a few days it seems safe enough.

I currently live at Pavilion Place. I've been here about six months. I wish I would've signed a six month lease so I can move. But unfortunately, I have another six months before my lease is up. I actually only moved into this complex because I needed something decent in a hurry. Living here the past six months I feel I can give an honest review of this apartment complex. Move in: The initial application process went smoothly. Upon receiving my key, I met with OASIS to go over the move in paperwork. She has a horrible attitude! OASIS definitely needs customer service skills. She was very rude and seemed as though she did not want to do her job. OASIS definitely did not make me feel welcomed. Pros: My building is very quiet. Maintenance tries to keep the common areas clean. I haven't had any real issues with my apartment. I had spiders and centipedes. I called about it and they came in a few days a sprayed and I haven't seen any bugs since. Huge closet space! Cons: Parking is bad. You definitely have to be home by 7p during the week or will not have a parking spot. The parking on the weekends are a little better. The water comes out brown in the kitchen and bathroom (ewww!). I have to let it run a little while before I use it. I never use the water to cook. The apartments are decent for the money. But they definitely need an upgrade. Especially the kitchen appliances and the fake granite countertops. The outside common areas need to be landscaped. The common areas by the leasing office are nicely landscaped. But common areas in the back of the complex seem to be forgotten about. The neighborhood is definitely sketchy. I would not walk around at night. So if you need somewhere decent and cheap to live for under a year, I would recommend it. But these apartments are not for long tem living.

The apartments are old and look it on the outside, but the inside is renovated and up to date. The community is quite and clean. The only problem I have is parking. There is not nearly enough visitor parking. If your visitor isn't parked by 6 p.m. you can forget about them finding a spot. I haven't had insect issues.

Gilbert was wonderful. He is professional and personal with information and attentiveness to the housing needs of his clients. The grounds were clean and appeared safe and comfortable. The entire office staff was pleasant and professional. I am happy with my choice.

We've lived here 6 months. Pros: mostly quiet, grounds maintained, office quick to response to issues, large bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, clean and quiet gym with treadmills Cons: roaches, bedbugs in neighbors' apartments, can hear upstairs neighbors walking, very little guest parking, sidewalks from our apartment to parking lot are always muddy Recommend with reservations

Horrible. The apartment looked nothing like the model home. You shouldn't highlight features in the model if they aren't in all the apartments. Safety and parking are also issues here at the complex. My carpet is old and the management refuse to change it out. Half of my wall sockets are lose so I'm not able to plug anything in them.

I just moved in over a week ago and it's been a great experience so far. First Lily and then Gilbert and Oasis helped me with the paperwork. I really like this complex because it's so quite, close to the place I work at, close to the main highways...I recommend this place.

Would not even slightly recommend-- roach infestation took 2 months to get under control. Pools have been closed the last 2 months of summer. The "gym" barely has enough to even call it that so don't let that be a selling point, the cables were completely snapped too, clearly had been like that some time before I reported it but the selection of machines wasn't even worth going back to see if they actually fixed it. Laundry machines work 50/50, better off getting a unit equipped with W/d or just go to a laundry mat. Don't plan on having visitors at night... They will have to drive around an hour (not exaggerating) waiting for someone to leave one of the very limited visitor spaces. The ratio makes no sense for a complex this size. Also, they DO tow aggressively. They had to do an "emergency water shut off" which I get not being able to notify in advance, but never even gave residents a courtesy explanation--mass email anyone?? Been here 2 months and my apartment has a ceiling leak.. Let's see how efficiently this gets handled... TBD. Very customer service oriented UNTIL you sign the lease. I'm baffled at the 4 and 5-star reviews I see... A few positives: the staff is actually nice..I haven't encountered anyone rude, although this doesnt negate my experience with Pavilion Place. It is guarded 24-7 with ppl at the gates but you can easily slip in behind another car too. Biggest plus is easy access to 59 South. I'm not SUPER crazy about the neighborhood per se, but it is convenient. ALL IN ALL, YOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE. Find out the hard, frustrating, stressful way or simply read this and end your consideration of Pavilion Place.

My move in experience was great Gilbert helped me with the process, also another young lady helped too, I can remember her name. For the most part my apartment is okay. The area is okay. The complex is well kept and quiet. The security is out front 24/7. its very close to the galleria, medical center, pretty much everything.

I have only been here for about 2 weeks, and have been enjoying my experience so far. The area is nice, it's quiet, positive experience so far. Only problem is the limited parking for visitors. aside from this I have been pleased with my experience.

so far the complex is very quiet, everything is working except few details, but the overall evaluation is good, is a good balance between rent and location, the office staff is very nice and gentle, my recommendation is please improve the landscaping of the complex.

Gilbert said if I did this review he would give me a mug so here it goes! He took two days to tell me I had no deposit. The complex is clean but the trash truck needs to come more times a week. My apartment is great. I have a washer and dryer. They have a nice little gym and a business center. They will have cookies out all day and depending on who's in the office will depend if they are burnt or not. Haven't used the pools since they're closed.

I did my application online with Lys but dealt with Gilbert most of the time. He showed me my apartment and we both agreed the light fixture in my dining room was tacky and he had it changed. He explained the whole contract to me and gave me a lease. Everytime I've leased an apartment I feel like the leasing people have something to hide, but these guys seem very transparent. The apartment was in great condition. I have new carpet and the smell of new paint gives me a high, which is a good thing. Appliances are white, the vent hood looks old and yellowing but Gilbert said he could probably have it painted. I never followed up with is since I dont cook. The security in the front is pretty tight, except the black girl by the office. Shes always texting which is like.... come one lady! The gym is alright, i dont think I'll be cancelling my gym membership any time soon. The sprinklers come on by my apartment which makes my entryway flood a bit.

The only problem I have with this community is the maintenance crew. It always take them multiple trips to fix something. I had the same issues with the previous apt and not I just placed my first service request and it was left unfinished. I know everybody is busy but, finish your job. and if you don't finish it by the end of the day. Don't close the ticket and say it was complete.

Moved in April. Gilbert did my paperwork over email and fax. The apartment was in OK condition. Some spots on the walls weren't painted right and my Dishwasher is old AF whereas the stove is new... not sure why that is but it seems to be what it is. Maintenance is on point, even had my a/c ducts cleaned when I requested it. Parking can be troublesome for visitors.

This community has been great thus far I have and will recommend other to the community. The community is close to the intersection which is a plus and the 24 hour security is also effective when providing safety to the resident. I have not had any complaints.

Cool place soo far. Don't go past gulfton or else you may get shot. Gilbert was great to work with and told me exactly what to expect as far as my deposit and all that. I haven't tried the rest of the staff yet since Gilbert pretty much knows my life now.

Apartments are fairly large for the price. The neighborhood is terrible, not much around the complex. However the community is quiet and pretty secure.
