    These apts. are HORRIBLE!!! The water comes out Brown at times, the ceilings are weak and i can hear EVERY STEP my neighbors on top of me take, and the parking is NON-EXISTENT!!!!! If you don't have a parking permit and are not home by 7 in the evening, you will be fresh out of luck because the visitor spots full up pronto!!! Save yourself and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

We take our resident's concerns very seriously and want to assure you that your complaints are being acknowledged. It is our hope for you, and all of our residents, to feel comfortable in their living environment. We do have a courtesy officer who patrols the premises throughout the night. Any loitering of suspicious individuals should be immediately reported to the courtesy officer, leasing office, and directly to authorities. In the unfortunate instance of a theft, it is our recommendation to first file a formal report with the police department, and then with the leasing office where the police report will be attached to your resident file. We apologize that parking may be somewhat limited at times. The number of parking spaces allocated to each apartment depends on the number of individuals on your lease. For example; a one bedroom with two residents would receive two parking permits, or a two bedroom with one resident would only get one parking permit. Per the parking addendum signed with your lease; any car that is in a permit spot must have a visible parking permit. If they do not have a parking permit, they must park in visitor parking (regardless if they live here or not.) If you are experiencing excessive noise from your neighbors, we encourage you to file a formal complaint with the leasing office and we would be happy to notify your neighbor. We strive to provide friendly, proficient customer service and we apologize if we did not exceed our standard of excellence.       I just moved in here a week ago, so I will come back and edit my review in a few months. But, my experience so far has been good. I like how close the complex is to getting anywhere in Houston. It makes it relatively easier to get around. -All of the people in the front office are extremely friendly and very helpful -The business center is a really nice area -community meetings and events are held, which I like so you are able to meet other neighbors -They seem to be working with any crime issues -I feel relatively safe here, and have had no problems as of yet -Any problems I have had were addressed/fixed in a timely manner -my apartment is really big for a one bedroom and the floor plan is nice -parking is a little tight, but I haven't had any major issues with this as of yet -Apartments could use some updating with windows and fixtures but it is still ok -there does seem to be a few stray animals around, but none of them bother you

          I am here for past two months and have realized how bad this place. I got decieved by all the good positive reviews. Now I know these reviews are all written by the management to keep their rating high so people can come and rent. unfortunatly I am stuck for another 10 months but here is my review of this place. 1. Not SAFE. This place is not safe by all means. The security guards almost do nothing regarding any vehicle following others to pass through the game. People can walk in without showing any proof. I have seen several people in the complex who are there to make a sale. One gate has no lock and is unchecked all the time. People have reported their items stolen from their vehicles. This their management also acknowledge and when asked why they do not fix or close the gate, they have no anwer but to say providing safty is NOT our responibility. Please instead of saving few bucks it is better to save your life. 2. Parking is nightmere. As per their agreement no commerical vehicles can park inside the complex. Yet 30% of the commerical vehicles are parked inside and at permit parking spots. 3. Unclean. This place is a complete mess, if you every come to see please visit the whole area not just the rooms which they show. Un maintained landscape, unlevel walking grounds ( I wonder why none have sued them for falling due to their un even walking paths) Slight rain make this place a pool. 4. Un matined contruction. The place is falling apary, their if you are living downstairs and work all day long and come home to have some rest, you are mistaken. Any slight movement from the people above will make squeking sound. Comaplined million times and again nothing done by the management to fix their floors. 5. Noise. The level of noise in this place is higher than normal complexes close by. People will honk in the morning rather stepping out and knocking on the door. Loud music on week day and weekend making you think you are in a bar or a party place.

            Devon Friesen is a wonderful leasing agent! She has great attitude and very motivated about her position. She made sure I knew Pavilion Place was the right choice for me. She was very helpful in answering all of my questions and made me feel right at home when visiting the property!

              ******************DONT STAY HERE***************** THESE APARTMENTS ARE VERY OLD, AND NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY AT ALL. YOU WILL HEAR EVERYONE WALKING AROUND YOU. NO PARKING, LOTS OF CRIME AND MANAGEMENT IS YET TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY DO NOT CHOOSE TO STAY AT THIS PLACE.

                          i have been in the market for a place to live i came across pavilion is i was driving down renwick.. best decision i made pulling into this place greeted by a security a plus, clean property another plus. as i walked in everyone in the office said hello an welcome spoke to a very nice well spoken young lady i belive her name was lizmel. answered all my questions i like dealing with people that nothere job well makes it that much easier on me she gave mre a tour of the property and showed me couple of one an two bedroom apartments they were very nice spacious ready to move in excellent prices on apartments within my budget. i would recomend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a home great staff who likes where they work not like some places i've visted in the past. cant wait for my lease to be up in january and im ready to move in. thank you lizmel see you soon...

                            Place is ok for the place. Leasing person with glasses was the only one helpful because she spoke Spanish and English and actually was able to translate to us and very patient. I think her name was Devin? (Devon) ask for her Some nice perks too

                              Excellent service, well maintenance (top quality), 100% safe place (24/7 Security guard on each entrance), clean, big & spacious apartments, easy freeway access, nice neighborhood, quiet place, beautiful grounds, inside convenient store for residents, and party hall. Since I moved to this complex I have everything I ever wanted for Home, and what I like the most is that us, the residents, we are the most IMPORTANT thing for the Management and all the staff and they let you feel it. I am so happy and proud to live here.

                                Worse management ever. Very rude. Apartment itself is not bad, haven't had any major problems & minor problems were fixed soon enough. The only things I can complain about are parking and rude management/office staff. Don't work somewhere that customer service is very important if you don't have the skills.

                                      I just moved out from Pavilion Place like a month ago and I miss it a lot. I moved out just for my job, but I think I'm going to come back to live there when my new contract expires. I miss the the corner market, the gym, the staff at the leasing office, and specially maintenance!!! it was excellent! I only can say, that I have good memories of Pavilion Place.

                                        I am a happy ex-resident at The Pavillion Apartments. I lived really happy and safe for almost five years. I had to move out early this year because we bought a house and that was the only reason. In all the time I lived there I was really happy with all the friendly stuff, the maintenance service (24/7)security guard 24/7 as well checking who comes into our property, is a big a lighted property, beautiful, clean and big apartments, and pool as well. Every time we pass by, my kids still call the complex "my home". I would definitely (100%) recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for a clean, big, safe, pretty place for a reasonable price.

                                          I came on this site to see the reviews on my property based on an experience I had at my current apartment (NOT PAVILION PLACE). In regrets of moving out of Pavilion Place and realizing that I was very happy living there from 2007 to 2012. I don't agree on writing negative reviews about my current residence and that is why I have chosen to write a positive one about my experience there. Let's see, maintenance was very attentive, the few times I had a maintenance emergency, it was addressed immediately. The office staff was very professional and responsive to my concerns. I still go visit friends that live there, and I see that a lot of changes have been made. I would recommend for them to work on the landscaping a little bit in some areas. In the 5 yrs that I lived there I felt safe, ironically I moved to the Galleria area thinking it would be safer and that was not the case... but anyway... Parking is tight if you come home late but there was always a spot for me to park there. Overall, I was extremely happy there and as soon as my lease is up, I will move back in to Pavilion Place. Highly recommended by Wendy Ta !

                                                I've been looking for an affordable apartment home, looking for a nice apartment, which is close to the Galleria area where I do most of my business. The Pavilion Place Apts is quite, and having a very friendly and knowledgable staff! Also, I toured the 2 bedroom model apartment, and the interior design work was immaculate and very attractive. The layout is also very nice!! I highly recommend this place. I will be moving on shortly.
