Nice place for the price

I've been living in this place for over two months now. So far, so good! Parking: No assigned spots. It's ok if you get home early, but if you go out at night and come back home after 11 or so, it's really bad, (Specially if you are a women and don't want to walk alone during the night). You will find a place but it might be very far from your building. Noise: It's ok. Minimal Noise from neighbors, but if you are in front of the parking lot or close to the Dumpster, you WILL hear noise from the Garbage truck uploading trash (it's noisy) very early in the morning (3, 4 or 5am almost every day of the week even saturdays). Safety: Dont know of any problems. Seems safe to me. Construction: Of course it will depend of the floor plan. Very spacious and Big closets. It is very nice for the price. Cons: There is no ceiling fans and there is no light fixtures in the living room. Maintenance: It will take some time to show up but they'll fix it. Ps: There is several 5 star ratings, They sound FAKE to me. I like this place and I wouln't give a 5. There are things that cannot be ignored.

Great place!!!!!

I used to live here when I was in college. I remember this complex as a quiet place and it was always clean. Now, I moved in again last month and it is more nice than before. It has new mgr. It is still well maintained. I just walk to the gym and I have a gas station close to the entrance. I hope it gives everyone a great filling about this property.

Affordable apartment...

I have lived here for 6 months ans I would say for the price I'm paying it is pretty reasonable for the amenities I'm getting (washer/dryer in unit). It is close to 59 and it helps me a lot. The maintenance guys are nice and helpful and the people at the office are always available for you!

Great Property!!!!

Pavilion Place has been one of the best place i stayed at. The pass 4 years that I lived here with my family, we are so happy. This place is in great location not to far away from your basic needs. The staff in th leasing office are so wonderful. The maintence are not that bad but need alittle improvement but they are great too. I like the way that my apartments try to keep the property in good shape. Especially the little store that is in the property.

1st 6 months

I have been here now for 6 months with no major issues. I enjoy it here. I have not dealt much with the office but when i have the are pretty helpful. And well parking all I can say is this palce is hugh . No major maintenance issues so I am overall satified. I will post about my next 6 months so look out for my review.

I lived there for one year, it is a really good location, but the parking sucks, I had to park far away from the apartment and walk home with my baby at night, because in some apartments there is like three families living and they all have cars and get the parking. There is roaches coming from everywhere, even from inside the counter-top. The gate guard are useless, sometimes they are sleeping when people is waiting outside, and a -------- guard is so rude with the visitors. Whenever my lease was about to end, i tried to get a bigger apartment but they were not helpful, This Chris guy who is supposedly the lease manager is sitting on his --- doing nothing, he was too lazy to show us the model apartments, and whenever we were ready to move out they were sending us letters to change our minds and stay, after we got another apartment. The freeway is too loud, plus you can hear the people who come over and cut the grass waking you up really early in the morning. The dump truck is loud too, they let go the dumpster from the air sometimes at 3 and 4 am making you wake up all scared. Move here if you want to save money, but you will have to live like in hell. Think about it twice, because they only take care of you when you are new in the property.

Awesome!

I love living at the property! I love the location and the fact that there is hardly any traffic when I get home or when I leave for work. It's also super comforting knowing that there is security on staff to secure my home. The staff int the office is so nice and professional and I'm glad that I made the choice to move in six months ago!

We love it...

My wife and I moved in here 3 weeks ago I cant tell you how blessed we feel to live here! We leased our apartment online, It was really easy, and were shocked at how perfect it was when we finally came to see it. The staff is so friendly and never fails to help when ever they can. They always go above and beyond my expectations. The Staff and the Maintenance people are nice and ready to help. It is close to our jobs, and it is really clean. We really recommend this property!

4 yrs & counting...

I moved in 4 yrs ago & I love it here. I was referred by my aunt ( who still lives here) and I'be referred 3 friends since. We all love it... I agree with everyone that says the management is very professional, and maintenance is always very attentive. I've enjoyed my stay here and have no plans on leaving anytime soon. Definitely recommend Pavilion!

I love my complex.

I have been living here for more than 5 years and I only can say that it is a nice property, and quite. The pools are so clean, and the gym is great! I am going to renew my lease again because this is the best place to live in this area. We really feel it is our sweet home!!!

It is a great place!

I have been living at Pavilion Place since January 2009 and have been extremly happy. The staff is wonderful. They are always available when I need them and very pleansent to deal with. I recommend this property!

Good Place

First of all Management is the great , Lina one of the best she so nice and professional . My moving in was so smooth and everything went so easily. Anytime I have some issues ( lights out ) maintenance is always fast and they come the same day or the next day. And besides the light out I really don t have any other issues in my apartment. I am so happy in this place , before I moved here I visited more than 20 apartment complex ( not even joking) I am glad I picked this one

Very happy to live here

If you are looking for a place to live, Pavilion is the place. I've made Pavilion my home for the last 2 years and I recommend it. I love the fact that I am around the corner from the Galleria, my rent is very affordable, my apartment is awesome and the management is on top of things. I haven't had any maintenance issues, so I guess that means the maintenance department is doing something right.

hola soy uno de los inquilinos de este complejo de apartamentos y hasta el momento me gusta muchisimo yo llevo viviendo 6 meses y ya quiero volver a renovar mi contrato, ya que es un lugar muy tranquilo y esta muy bien localizado, es muy limpio y vaya que hay seguridad, el mantenimiento esta al dia sin preocuparse por otras cosas, las personas de las oficcinas son muy amables y muy flexibles a poder ayudar, de antemano lo recomiendo muchisimo.

I lived at Pavilion Place for 1 year. It was my time to move on, but leaving was bittersweet for me. I loved my apartment, loved the location, and loved the people at the office! The complex is clean and the little corner market is very convenient. I definitely enjoyed calling it home.

Farewell Pavilion!!

I lived in this community for a longtime five years to be exact, I can say many things about this place that I called home, all of them positive. From the guys in the maintenance department to the management staff they always were willing to make my stay a pleasant one. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

100% satisfied

I've been living here since 2006 and have great things to say. I just renewed my lease and I feel like I made the best choice ever. Maintenance is very caring, the guys have been here for years and that gives me piece of mind. The entire staff is extremely professional and they know their stuff! They are always looking for ways to make us happy. I go to UH main campus and work at Greenway plaza, and my commute is less than 20 mins. I highly recommend Pavilion.

It's okay for your money!

Its not a five star place to live but for the price you pay it is very convenient. This is the 3rd year I am living there and have been more than happy with the management. They have excellent customer service and have resolved my apartment issues quickly......Sandra, I believe is her name...she is always polite when I go in there for help and don't let me wait forever.

Very Convenient

This place is very convenient to downtown and the price is great. You get a lot more square footage for your dollar here then at any other apartment complex I have researched. The office staff and maintenance people are very nice and attentive and the grounds are always clean and really pretty with a lot of landscaping. I have been here 2 years and just signed on for a 3rd. Definitely an option to check out. I would mention that there is no assigned parking and after around 11:00 pm it gets pretty hard to find a convenient spot. However, there is always a spot somewhere.

This Place Sux

I've only been living here for about three months now. But I just can't believe they would let a security guard do whatever he wants to residents. My friends and family that have came to visit me have even told me he's quite rude. Almost as if he thinks he's in charge of something. I've made complaints to the office and they seem to think he's the greatest thing since fire was discovered. It's ok thought my lease is up soon and i'll be moving. To The Office: I find it funny that you would rather keep someone you pay around rather than someone that pays you. PAVILION PLACE SUX!

To Many Problems (Don't Move Here)

I'm gonna move just cause of the new parking attendant they have there. Everyday when i come home now the parking attendant jumps in front of your car to try and make you get out and walk back to the card box. I'm just takin back by how much the office thinks he's doing such a good job even though he harrasing residents. I found out he has family in the office. (thats probably why he's still there). The only good thing about all this is my lease is up in a month i will definetly be moving out. O and just a few more things, My freind got her car stolen from there, I've know of three people that got there apartments robbed. Theres's never anywhere to park after 9 o clock. only half the washers and dryers work. You'll waste as much money as you actually spend washing and drying. Don't come home to late either you might get chased down by a drunk. Pavilion Place Sux
