Horrible Place
The apartments are ok from the outside. The floor plans are great. But the second month here roaches came from no where. I do not know where they have come from but they are here. The residence are ok. The staff in the office were ok at first, ofcourse. Now they cant count to keep up with the account information. They dont communicate to each other so you can pay your rent today and tomorrow you will receive a late fee notice. And the staff will not even listen to what is obvious or view accurate receipts. It is preposterous the things that have taken place dealing with the office. The rated ok to me the apartment were ok for a month and the office is ridiculous. I it difficult to find two things that match ( apartment space, parking, maintenance & etc.) but these apartments front office including poor maintenance, horrible parking and roaches. Pavilion Place takes the cake. I learned to deal with alot when living in an apartment, but this property appeals as cool but the truth is unbelievable. The office staff staying here are obligated to post positive reviews but you are being deceitful. Cant move fast enough.

Roach apt
i have lived at p.p.apts for a year now and i have never seen apt complex like this. There is a huge -------- community here therefore when calling for maint u must be able to speak Spanish(wait this is America right)or repeat yourself and they still will not understand you much like the office staff. And im not sure where all the roaches come from but lets just say i don't invite ppl over to my apt because im sure one of them will pop there head out. And lets not get to the weekend parties from my -------- neighbors with this funny,LOUD music. If you are -------- and like roaches this is the place for you.

Pavilion Place is GREAT!!!!
I love living at Pavilion. Here I am close to everything I need and enjoy... Pavilion is very close to the Galleria and great location for my job because I travel so I have easy freeway access...LOVE it here and plan on staying till I purchase my house...As far as roaches people when I moved in I had none and when I leave there will be none...If you are having a roach problem maybe you need to bait your apartment...Maybe you should research roaches and figure them out because obviously they have you figured out...LOL....

Horrible place to live
I'll start with the good things, it's cheap, there's a corner market in the complex, and the office staff is friendly when you are signing the lease. The bad: -HORRIBLE roach problem (I've bombed my place 3 times and they come back in less than a week!!) -parking sucks if you get here past 10 PM. I've had to park on the street too many times to count. -car alarms are always going off whenever it rains or gets windy -office staff could care less about you after you've moved in -the gate guards are pointless because they let anyone in without even talking to them -the pools suck and always smell like chlorine (DO NOT swim in them) -the fitness center is no where near adequate for a regular weight lifter -did i mention the horrible roach problem....cause it really is terrible, I don't like to invite people over because of it

Btw. Most previous reviews are posted by management. I was friends with one of them and I used to live here. I know. Management, specially -----, the general manager, puts a nice face to impress corporate but in general they're careless and hipocrits. There i said it! Finally was able to move out and not scared of their threats and their "mistakes" posting eviction letters on my door. after this message you'll see loads of positive "recommend" posts. Just wait and see...

Pavillion Place is disgusting and no one should EVER live here. - The grounds are dirty and littered with trash - You will probably catch something if you swim in the pools - The units are dirty and very outdated - Half of the washing machines/dryers don't work - The security gate is always broken and the guards are pointless - Horrible roach problem (and it's not me) - AC units are older than I am - Management SUCKS - they are rude and just dumb - The neighborhood is scary and I will not walk from my car at night by myself It is CHEAP so I guess you get what you pay for..

satisfied!!
Well I have been living at this apts. for a 1 year and 1/2 and Im about to renew my lease. I m moving to a bigger apt. and the reason I am moving at the same apts, its because I have never had any type of problems, Maintenance is good, Management is very friendly especially Grace. I was reading the other comments, about having mouse, I think that it all depends on how clean you are, because I have not seen a mouse at my apt.It is a nice place to live and is a very convenience area. And yes I will recommended!!!!

I am very surprised to read some of these reviews and I do not agree with any of these comments. I have lived here at Pavilion Place for the past 9 years and I am a VERY HAPPY resident. I've never had a roach or mice problem. Maintenance IS and has ALWAYS been great and reliable. Pavilion Place is a big complex and I am sure that every once in a while issues do arise but it is my experience that they are always taken care of. The management company seems to have a lot of Pride in their community because the grounds are always kept up with, I see the Maintenance Staff always working on the buildings, if the gates stop working they fix them up right away. As far as Security, NO ONE will ever guarantee your security ANYWHERE! Come on, we live in Houston and it doesn't matter whether you live in the most expensive property in Houston or you own your home, there is no cartainty that your vehicle will not get keyed or vandalized. Anyway, the bottom line is that I am Happy at Pavilion Place and I do recommend it very much.

Pavilion Place is a JOKE!!
Don't let the beautiful office or "friendly" staff fool you! **Reviews describing roach problems are not an exaggeration, its TRUE!** LISTEN to these reviews when they say this place is infested with roaches. Food that I kept in the pantry, now belonged in the fridge or microwave to keep roaches out. Pest control is a joke too. They say it takes a couple of weeks for the poison to take effect, but they NEVER GO AWAY! I found two crushed roaches in my bed one morning. I still cringe when I think about it. There is no need for security because they let people in and out without checking permits. They are asleep most of the time and can't speak ------------. SAFETY is another issue. There have been robberies and assaults that the office is well aware of but never posted any notices on any residents door for their safety. They don't care about you. Overall, Pavilion Place is in a bad neighborhood. Don't get too comfortable!

Very Happy to live at Pavilion
I have to say that I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I just renewed my 4th contract here, and I feel like I couldn't have made a better decision. I came home last night and noticed that they replaced my stove drip pans, AC filters and a miniblind that my cat chewed up AND They are cleaning my carpet for free, all of this just for renewing! I can't fail to mention the location it's located in, I am close to EVERYTHING! Pavilion has earned lots of brownie points with me...

This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!
I lived in Pavilion Place about 4 or 5 years ago. It was fairly ok then accept that my car got stolen. About 6 or 7 months ago as a last resort I moved back in and this time it is a complete nightmare. My car has been repeatly vandalized. The first time I called the office I was by a staff member "That's is just horrible" and today I was told by Grace that I could turn in my 30 day notice and by out of rest of my contract. They don't have security. When you come home from people are outside smoke marijuana. Mantenance is an absolute nightmare. I mean this place worser now than it was the first time lived here. I wouldn't recommend this place as a last resort. It is terrible that you pay rent and are treated like you live in place for free. Like they are doing you some sort of favor by having you in that community. When my current lease expires I am leaving never coming back.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
This apartment coplex is awful. if you get home later than 8 you will not have parking. It is roach infested. The office staff is rude. they are sham artists. do not be fooled by the supposed low price, you will pay for it in so many other ways. unless you want awful customer service and bugs as roomates, do not move here. you cant call corporate because its just a hotline. no one will ever call you back.

Dirty, Outdated, Roach Infested
This place is so outdated, dryers barely work, trash in the walkways, major roach problem and I have also been told by the Terminix men themselves that the sister company to Pavilion Place has the same nasty roach problem...I have never had an apartment with roaches until I moved here. My lease is up in December and I am counting down the Months, weeks, days, and hours!!!!

TOWING
I was recently a visitor at this apartment complex. First of all, there was supposed to be a security guard at the entrance gate, but there wasn't. The gate was broken and left wide open. Second of all, the parking lot or complex as a whole is not well lit up. I was told that visitor parking was along the fence. The resident that lived there told me this and the sign at the entrance gate stated such. I parked my car around 8:30pm. I went to dinner and came back to find my car gone. Yep, they towed it. I parked along the fence and still got towed. Apparently there are a select few places along the fence that have the word "permit" written on the ground. I, however, did not see this so called painting. I obviously would not have parked there had I seen it. It was not visible at night without good lighting. It cost me $207 to get my car back and I don't even live there! You better believe my lawyers are on this. It was indeed unlawful towing and I will be getting reimbursed. I just hate for all the others that will have to go through this trouble. And, honestly, the apartments are NOT all that. They are the most simple and plain apartments I have ever seen for the price they are asking. You are paying for the area, and, trust me you can find nicer apartments for the same if not better rate in the same area.

MANAGER AND STAFF NEED SERIOUS COACHING
I HAVE NEVER IN ALL MY BORN DAYS, DEALT WITH MANAGEMENT AS POOR AS THE STAFF AT PAVILION PLACE. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING TO MAKE ME FEEL WELCOME IN MOVING IN. THE MANAGER NINA, NEEDS SERIOUS COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT IN HER CRAFT. BRINGING THIS UP TO THE OWNERS IN CALIFORNIA WOULD BE A START, I HAVE BOTH THEIR NAMES AND FEEL GOING STRAIGHT TO THE TOP WOULD BE THE VERY LEAST ADEQUATE THING I SHOULD DO. SHE HAS HOLLARED AT ME, SHE HAS BELITTLED ME, SHE OUTRIGHT MADE ME FEEL SO BAD THAT I WOULDN'T MOVE IN IF I WERE PAID TO MOVE THERE. CLEAN OUT THE STAFF, AND THE APARTMENTS WOULD BE A START, AS THE APARTMENTS ARE SOMEWHAT NICE.

------ loud neighbors, weak thin wall and management does not care.
I lived here on and off for 5 years. The earlier years were good. Not a lot of noise and the management was okay. Then they changed office staff. nOW, THEY WILL JACK THE RENT UP 70-100 DOLLARS IF YOU DONT RENEW A 1 YEAR LEASE WITH THEM. IF YOU SIGN 6 MONTH LEASE WHEN IT IS TIME TO RENEW YOU WILL BE PAYING MORE!! pEOPLE CANT DRIVE OR PARK. my van i put has dings and scratches and my other car had a hit and run 3x and dings and scratches. Things started going down. I am currently living here going on 2 years. I noticed that now they lwet anyone move in (no matter what age or what background). Mostly -------- who drink and play loud music every other night until 4AM in the morning. (Inconsiderate of others sleeping. They also don't care that about 8 barely legal aged --------- are living in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. When I called the office, a -------- male that works there was rude and did not care. If you live downstairs, the walls are so weak that when people upstairs walk; it rattles the kitchen windows and it feels like the ceiling are about to collapse. (Just imagine having 8 people live upstairs when the most should only be 4.) But the people who live above me are a -------- couple and their kid. (Supposedly, yeah right!) I can hear loud walking back and forth every minute and every second and everyday. people with kids cant let there kids play outside because there is dog crap everyone and no one will pick it up, not even maintence people or grass cutters. It's so loud, when I am sleeping I wake up scared and even my 3 year old kid wakes up crying. I called the office manager, she does not care. (Just think of it this way- if you live downstairs be prepared for the noise. It is like someone picking up a 500 pound iron object and throwing it hard on the floor. That's what it sounds like. I am not exagerrating!) Nowadays, if you call the office, NO ONE will ever answer the phone. It is always the answering service. I have been calling for about 1 week about this loud noise coming from all the neighbors. The staff don't care. Then another neighbor. She has sex with so many different ment until 2am. The bed is bumping against my wall and I can hear the ----- moaning on and on. And my son is sleeping right against the wall. It was 2am. Once she was done sleeping with one guy he leaves and her boyfriend comes home. He feels like she cheating and he beats her and I could hear him throw her against this wall. What the ----?? Office staff is supposed to let these people know to be considerate of others and do something when there was a problem. I called them and they said they cant do anything because what they do inside their apartment is not office problem if they are paying rent. I said, I pay rent to and I dont want to hear that crap when my son is in the room sleeping and playing. Police wont do anything because by the time you call them, they are either done partying and screwing or only issue a warning. Thats it. So if you plan on moving here. I would think twice and look somewhere else. Unless for so magical reason, we get the old office staff, when martha was manager, you will be ---- out of luck. I WILL BE GETTING THE ---- OUT OF HERE WHEN MY LEASE IS UP!!

A VERY GOOD CHOICE AND A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE
I had the opportunity of looking for a new apartment after staying in the same apartment for more years than I can even remember. I happen to drive by 'Pavilion Place', everyday to get to work, but never actually saw the complex. I decided that it was time to move and picked up an apartment guide and searched for the right place to live, something close to work but not far from the Galleria area. Boom, I found 'Pavilion Place' and decided to stroll on in and talk to the staff about the property. I was promptly greeted with very warm smiles and downhome atmostsphere as I entered the door. The office itself was very impressive. Everything including the parking seemed as though it was well organized and in order. Gilma gave me a quick spin around the property and showed me what I could expect should I decide to move in. It was a done deal. I found exactly what I'd been looking for. A spacious, clean, well kept, modern apartment with a stackable washer and dryer right in the apartments to top it all off. Overlooking one of six swimming pools, not to mention they have a grocery store on the premises, and very tight security. I felt very safe while we walked the property and noticed that every aspect of what a prestine apartment complex embodied. Not to worry, if you are security minded, there is a security guard upon entering, and as you enter, you must present a form of identification before proceeding. They also have home security alarms in each of their apartment homes. Did I mention the rent is very well priced and affordable. I would overlook any of the previous remarks that people have written that I am noticing. Usually when a tenant former or present becomes vehemently rude about where they are living, it's because they didn't get their way with some outrageous request. As I stated earlier, I walked the property and looked at every nook and cranny, and believe me when I look for an apartment I notice EVERYTHING, and all I could see was a well kept community that I could call HOME for a very long time. I will also say that Nina who is the Manager is very professional, she is a businesswoman who will bend over backward for you. So.....take a drive over to Pavilion Place and enjoy the view.

Enter At your own risk..
I have got to begin by saying, the previous idiot who wrote about forclosures, posted a picture of the ST. LOUIS APARTMENTS. Come on you freaking nutcase, YOU KNOW 'Pavilion Place' doesn't look like that picture you have posted in the St Louis area. You are a mentally challenged human being. You must have also skipped all your English classes in school or you wouldn't have so many typo's throughout your post. You've misspelled words, you hit on topics that no other person even MENTIONED. You talk about forclosures. I mean what are you a fifth grade mentally challenged person. Identify yourself since you said you are so familiar with the property. Have you lived there long enough to support your accusations toward the other people who have honestly posted their opinion on this site. You've also used profanity which shows your mentality is less than fifth grade material. Let me ask you a question, who paid you to take the time to post your pathetic bunch of senseless words?. I hope it was worth it because it is all lies. You MUST be a relative of the Manager or you wouldn't have taken the time out to even bother with this. Go back to gradeschool and learn how to spell, improve on your repore, and try to dignify your pathetic little life with more spelling and grammar classes and stop wasting time on this site.

NOISE is a NORM here!!!
This place is full of inconsiderable people mostly -------- who would not mind to turn their music so loud so you too could enjoy it for hours til midnight.. somedays during the month there would be probably a big party next to your building full of loud music and kids' screaming. Do not ever consider staying here!
