SECURITY

I've been living in pavilion place for over a year now. The thing that pisses me off the most is the (there not security guards) "PARKING ATTENDANT". There job is pointless they don't stop people from parking where they shouldn't. They don't prevent people from getting there car's stolen, apartments getting robbed, or just someone chasing you home in the middle of the night. I've even seen him almost get into a fist fight with another resident. I've called about the new guards disrespect towards all residents, but they seem to think he's a blessing. I'M MOVING AT THE END OF MY LEASE FOR SURE!

Management!

I have lived here ten years and love the area and the staff. I am glad I found this complex and get great value for my money. When we moved to Houston other apartments in the area were alot higher in cost for smaller apartments. I feel very safe at ours. We have never had any issues with other residents or staff. Everyone is respectfull of one another. I would like to mention that I am very glad for the staff we have working in the office. If you need any information about property speak to Lena or Grace. Grace is the new manager and she is excellent!!! Lena and Grace will do anything to help you. I recommend please take the time and visit our complex and see for yourself. I am sure you will love it as much as we do!

People Get Paid to Rate This Place - Do Not Beleive

If you pay close attention the rating here are almost bursting in a single day. For example in August alone there are about 50 rating just in 2 days. What strikes me is that they all have 5 star rating for all aspect of the apartment! If I were you I will not believe in this crap. I think this is a stint the management carried out to lift their rating. Bad bad conduct!

Nice complex!

I moved to Houston from New Jersey. I chose Pavilion Place because the location is great. My Friend told me about this complex and I am glad to moved in here. The property is clean and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. I love living here. I really recommed this place!

My best rental ever.

I moved in two months ago and have had absolutely no regrets. My apartment was clean and beautiful. Everything I expected in a complex for the rent. The staff are nice and friendly and maintainance requests are handled promptly. The property is well maintained. The location is great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Pavilion Place is the place to live for a future move in. I was new to the area and had no clue of where and how to get around. I went in and took a tour of property, i had to move to the due to my job. (Christopher) leasing agent was very helpful and made me feel welcome. He was the leasing agent who called me did a follow up. I highly reccoment Pavilion Place as a comfortable place to live.

i love it

i live here about a year ago or so. the property is very clean and presentable. i love it! when we first came to look at the apts. the leasing consultant...OMG! just great (Lena) she did not rest until we were happy, she showed us lk i don't know all the apts. she could. from the smallest one bedroom to the biggest! we made a trip to c the apts. lk 5 times i believe. she gave us time to think and just did a amazing. in the end we said YES! we had some issues with maint. but nothing huge. the are was safe and quiet! one thing i will say though get an apt. with washer and dryer cause the facilities r not very reliable. (eat money or dont work) they have watermills in the complex, pay phones, clean pools, and a little store! oh and also if u move in i would not recommend staying on the other side (rampart st.) its a little ------ looking. i will be moving back in this coming month and very excited about that!

I have lived in other apartments before, but none like these. These apartments are affordable and the office staff at the apartments are nice. The outside grounds are fairly clean outside my apartment as well.

Security

I am living at Pavilion. The security guy at the main gate is not very friendly. He'll stop you and make you go back to open the gate with your card even though the gate was already opened, and he knew that you live there. It looks like he's doing his job but there were 2 breaks in recently near my unit. I plan to move out when the contract is end.

So far so good

I've been living at Pavilion Place for a year now and I have no complaints. The office staff are nice and have responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. I haven't had any issues with my apartment so I haven't had to call maintenance. I personally think it's a great place for a decent price. Great for college students!!

Great Place To Live

Wow! Pavilion Place Apartments is a great place to live! I found this gem almost 2 years ago and have never regretted moving into this wonderful community. The 1 bedroom apartments are large and spacious, maintenance is prompt and they work hard at keeping the appearance of the property looking great! Martha and the entire staff are very friendly. The day I went to view the community my mother happened to be with me; 'Martha' took us for a tour and even though that was 2 years ago Martha still asks how my mother is doing. Great experience

I lived here and I had a great experience. The leasing office was very nice, If I had a problem they usually would get back to me the same day if not the next day. The Maintenance was on time. I highly recommend this place!

Great Apartments

I moved here from California 5 months ago. An entire month I was looking at places and some were nice but tooo expensive and some were cheap but really ugly. I saw these apartments and decided to check them out. Since the moment I walked in the Leasing Center I knew I was moving here. The people are great specially LINA she's WONDERFUL! the apartments are in good conditions and the great part is that their not expensive...neighbors are nice and parking is great. Great Customer Service

WOW, I have never experienced such great service I am new to Houston and went apartment hunting stopped in at Pavilion Place was immediately greeted with a smile! Janet showed me the property offered me sweets and water just made me feel completely at home! I leased that day I am so excited and can hardly wait for my move in date. You guys should definitely check them out its well worth it!

best place ever i love the staff they are all very helpful if you go talk to janett dont remember her last name but she is cool,friendly and very helpful.maintenance is good they get things done on time.parking is good always have a place to park in front of my apartment its a nice community nice landscaping the overall appearance is what got me it was love lol.noise none at all at night and i do need my sleep and i get it here thanks pavilion place your the best.

thinking of moving here

As soon as i walked in the door i was happily greeted by Ms.Janett. Im new to the Houston area and she helped me alot. very friendly. the apartments are great easy access to the freeway,grocery stores. thats a big plus. IT was quiet, the security and gate makes it a little more safe.

Sweet home.

We moved in, two months ago, and I can say that it was the best decision we made. The complex is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I'm close to the parking and I have a lot of trees around my apartment, I love it!

Great Living!

I felt compel to write this guys a good review, because they all were good to me during my five years living at Pavilion Place. From the maintenance department to the Property Manager I like to say thank you for taking care of my apartment the way you did. So, if you looking for a great place to live at reasonable price, then look no more, but don't take my word for it, stop by pay a visit to these guys to see for yourself!! Do I recommended of course they deserve it!!

Thank U Maintenance

I want to Thank Pavilion Place maintenance for doing a great job fixing my dishwasher and replacing my stove. You all is very profeional and u cleaned up after yourselves. Now wit my new stove I would like to make a special dish for the maintennce guys.

I love Pavilion Place!

I have been living here for 3 years now and I have 0 complaints. My apartment is beautiful, the location is amazing, the maintenance dept is always accurate and on time, the office staff is always helpful and nice, and my rent is very affordable! Well done Pavilion!
