Nice Property,

This is the best apartments in town. I was moving to new apartment every six month, but when I moved to pavilion place apartments 2 years ago, this problem has been stopped. I'm very very happy. thanks Pavilion Place.

Nice Place

I transferred from Denver about a year ago and have enjoyed meeting great people here. The office staff is great and the maintenance guys are good too. I've made some friends and some of them are my neighbors. I just wish it wasn't so hot in Houston! Can't wait for the cooler weather! Other than that, I love my home!

Great Location, Wonderful Apartments and Great Servive

I recently moved in and I absolutely love my apartment, but most of all the great customer servive Janett Macias gave to me. She was polite, listened to what my needs were when I was looking for a apartment. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone and on top of that great location.

Loved it here since day 1!

I am proud to call Pavilion Place my home. My apartment is amazing, I have lots of closets, my own washer and dryer, and my rent is very affordable. The staff has always been very helpful, maintenance is very attentive and thorough. Love the location close to school and work! Been here 3 years and I plan on staying until I buy my own home. Definately recommend it!

dont move in

i have a problem on my toilet since thursday and is monday and have not come to fix it i'm tired to be calling to maintenance and tell me just gonna come and u have only one bathroom and this is causing me problems...

Absolutely love it!

There is not one negative thing I can say about living @ Pavilion Place. I've been here about 14 months, I had no issues moving in, maintenance has been very attentive, the office staff is always willing to help with a smile, and my apartment is beautiful, huge, very affordable, and I am close to EVERYTHING! When I decide to move from here, it will be to buy my own home. I agree with everyone on this blog about the customer service, the staff really is great and very helpful. No lie. Thank you Pavilion. Best location

I really like living at Pavilion Place Apartments. There is nice landscaping and tall trees. The guys there always come over to fix my problems pretty fast. The Office people are nice too. I moved here 2 years ago and I will be here a long time I hope. It is so close to everything.

Lets just say i was suppose to move in Friday July, 9th. Here it is Tuesday July 13th and i have yet to move in. They expected me to move in with BLEACH stained carpet. WTH? Now i have to wait for them to order and install new carpet. But leasing consultant Janett has been more than wonderful and i recommend her if you are looking to lease. We talk like we've known eachother for years, but she also looks out for me and is making sure everything is PERFECT before i actually sign my lease. I'm not the happiest camper in this situation but my rent WILL be pro-rated so im in no rush to move.

My new Apartment.

I'm a new resident at Pavilion Place. I moved in a few weeks ago. The agent and the management were very helpful. The location is great and close to everywhere. I don't have to deal with the traffic again. It is quiet and pretty safe. My apartment is spacious and clean, so I'm very satisfied with the change that I made.

Great location/affordable

I recently moved in (3 months ago) and have found the staff very friendly and helpful. I was a bit hesitant to move so close to 59 but I've discovered it's very convenient and hope to be here for a long time.

Definately LOVE it!

I moved in February of this year and all I have to say that I really love it here! What really impressed me about Pavilion Place is the staff. From the time I applied to today, I have been helped by everyone in that office. They are always willing to help and it feels genuine. I haven't had any maintenance issues and I am very pleased about that! Parking has never been an issue. The location here is great for me since I am a UH student and work in the medical center. They have a website where I can log in to my account and pay my rent, and email the office directly. I've lived in 3 different complexes where I never renewed my contract because of the lack of customer service. I feel confident saying that I WILL definately renew my contract when it expires.

have yet to impress me

i'm still waiting to move in to pavilion place...and it's taken them FOREVER to get back to me. the management here is quite slow, and won't get back to you unless you hassle them enough. As a future tenant, it doesn't give me confidence to live here without feeling that they will be incredibly irresponsible, unresponsive, and not give a darn about who's living there. please impress me pavilion place...that's the only way you'll get your residents to even want to consider living there for more than 1 year. and speaking of which...i've been put on hold (and STILL on hold for the past 10 minutes) waiting on some lady who barely speaks a lick of English, probably because she doesn't feel like dealing with confusing (supposed to be) residents like me. not impressed. not yet at least...i'll update as soon as i have another reason to.

We Love It Here!!!

We have been at Pavilion Place for some time now and we absolutely love it here. The apartments are beautiful and we love everything about it. All of the office staff are extremely kind and helpful and the property is managed by a team of people who really care. The property is also very convenient to everywhere we want to go, including our jobs. It is a beautiful, clean, wonderful place to live. Service request are handled very promptly and the maintenance staff are wonderful. We've had several acquaintenances who loved it so much that they decided to move here as well. Thank you Pavilion for making this feel like home!!!

great location

pavilion are good apartments..the location is great, close to the galleria and all highways...staff is great..and the floor plans are spacious. One small problrm though roaches, a problem that's is eassy to solve, I used ortho fire-ant killer and no more roaches. I recommend my neighbors to use it..I just put it when I moved in on every edge of the walls. Maintanence is good also.. I'm a happy resident.

I have lived at Pavilion for 3 years and I have found the comples to be fairly decent. I have hadno issues with them sofar. Maintenance is always promt with fixing any issues I may have in a timely manner and the staff have been very friendly. I would recommend this apartment as its reasonably priced when you consider location etc. Chocthunder

Pavilion place - sweet home

I moved to Pavilion place two years ago. I was not sure whether this was a right place. However soon I felt very homely in the apartment. The staffs were very nice and they are very friendly. They are very prompt to queries and maintenance requests. Over two years, I only had two-three minor maintenance issues and the response of maintenance crew is timely. The security is good and no issues for last two years. I used the swimming pool and the gym and both are maintained periodically. The rent payments have been much easier after introduction of the online payment system. I was also a regular customer of the convenient store within the apartment complex.The location of the apartment is perfect, a block away from 59 highway. I have no hesitation to recommend this apartment to peace loving and responsible apartment hunters. I want to congratulate Nina, Martha, Chris among all the staffs who have been very helpful during my stay so far.

I love it here!

I've lived at Pavilion Place for 3 years and it's been great. The people in the office are nice and helpful and they really care about this place. The handy man is also nice and has always been by quickly to take care of any problems I've had. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking to be close to the galleria, med center, or just close to the highway.

I just moved out from Pavilion Place like a month ago and I miss it a lot. I moved out just for my job, but I think I'm going to come back to live there when my new contract expires. I miss the the corner market, the gym, the staff at the leasing office, and specially maintenance!!! it was excellent! I only can say, that I have good memories of Pavilion Place.

I JUST WANNA WRITE TO THANK MAINTENANCE FOR ALL THEIR HARD WORK THEY DID IN MY APT. I RECENTLY TURNED IN A REQUEST WITH A FEW ISSUES I HAD BEEN NEGLECTING TO GET FIXED AND THEY FIXED EVERYTHING PROMPTLY. I BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 5 YRS AND I JUST PROCRASTINATE ON THINGS BUT MAINTENANCE DID NOT PROCRASTINATE ON ME. I FEEL THE SUPERVISOR AND TEAM DESERVE THE RECOGNITION. THANKS AGAIN!!! MS. C

A great place to live!

To be honest, after I read some of the reviews for this community realized that I needed to express my experiences living in Pavilion Place. This community is a great place to live in, I lived in 3 different apartment homes and NEVER EVER, had any problem with anything no roaches, no bad maintenance, no lies, no mistreatment from the office staff at all, "lucky" no I do not think so, what it was is that to receive a good service you just have to ask for it.

I Love My Apartments

I can't believe the reviews that are on here, I have lived here for more than 3 years and I have not had one problem. They are usually prompt with things and are more than willing to help you. They are a staff that go beyond for you if they can. Also regarding the neighbors, I NEVER have any problems with them. Everything is very quiet and peaceful where I am. But about the maintenance they could use a little work, but who is perfect. I recommend these apartments to anyone and everyone. The last apartments that I lived in before, was horrible!!!! This is heaven compared them. So no complaints from me I give them a 4!!!
