me movi apena el 25 de este mes, mi experiencia en esta comunidad a sido de mucha gratitud me encanto desde el primer momento senti seguridad de este lugar y mucha tranquilida el dia que vine por mis llaves ya todo estaba listo para mi me entregaron todo en perfectas condiciones, todo estaba en orden y tranajando, me encanto el servicio ofrecido por las personas en la oficina muy atentos en todo momento. Un no tengo el chace de conocer a mis nuevos vecinos pero parecen ser agradables. La comunidad esta en una locacion conveniente para mi ya que ahora no tengo auto y la tranportacion es accesible para mi, esta a sido para mi una experiencia buena les recomiendo este lugar a todos.

My apartment had the bathroom floor wet and toilet was leaking .After flush the water leaking more. The repair worker came as soon as i call and report. I am very happy the office service and management.

tengo pocos meses viviendo en este complejo y estoy contento con el sercivio que tiene, el lugar te da sensacion de seguridad y tranquilidad ya que es un lugar bastante silenciso especialmente de noche y esta todo bien alumbrado. Una de las cosas que mas me a encantado de este lugar y es totalmente una diferencia de otros complejos en los cuales eh vivido es que No tienen cargos adicionales mensuales los pagos no varian cada mes y no cobran por tonterias y si visitas la comunidad te daras cuenta que mantienen todo limpio apesar que hay ninos en la comunidad que se divierten toda las tardes. Les recomiendo este lugar a todos.

Building lights and international flags

I am looking for apartment around this area. While I pass the road , I saw many beautiful international flags are standing the whole area. I feel warm and stop by the SunBlossom Gardens leasing office. I went through shopping the area , this sunBlossom Gardens is clean with many lights and flags make me move in.

Overall my wife and I have enjoyed our time living here and the staff at the office are very professional and the maintenance crew are the best. The recent improvements to the parking lots and repainting of the parking lines have really enhanced the complex. I love it !!

This place is clean and very kind service from the office .The place they keep cleaning leaves and branches also planting new flowers every office help and kept or received my packages when I was away home.

Me mude a esta comunidad recientemente y estoy facinada con este lugar, la locacion es genial y la seguridad estupenda me encanta que los precios de arrendamiento son fijos no tengo cobros adicionales cada mes, en el poco tiempo que eh vivido aqui me eh dado cuenta que la comunidad esta teniendo bastantes mejoras una de ellas el cuido de este lugar, mantienen limpias todas las areas libres , estoy feliz de vivir aqui desde el primer dia mis vecinos son amables y este lugar bastante silencioso.

Fantastic apartments that are extremely safe sense, it's a calm and quiet community. I haven't had any problems since i move in. Entire community is well maintain, I don't have to worry about having unnecessary charges every month, and customer service is great!! Would definitely recommend others.

Green and Clean place

Plants and trees are so valuable in Texas ,Houston. Big and tall trees are not easy to maintain. There is always needing to sweep all yellow leaves and there is needing to be trimmed . Alot of jobs but here SunBlossom Gardens ,they are maintaining and planting so cool.

Ever since I moved in to the community, I have been very pleased with the staff and overall apartment quality. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend others to look into availability if looking for an apartment.

I enjoy being here. I have been here for 1 weeks and I plan on being here awhile. I have nice neighbors, the maintenance is wonderful. Management is responsive and helpful. I feel welcomed. The grounds are well kept. There is a comfort and safety about being here.

I like the office people and repair workers maintenances services. The apartment is really clean and okay. If i compare the prices ,services and the location , I chose right places. The office staffs services ,calling answering managing all are good.

It's a calm and quiet community. I haven't had any problems since I've lived here. The maintenance crew are fast and get the jobs done right and the front office are kind and reasonable and will work with you on whatever issues you may have. I truly recommend this place to everyone.

Good Services

I moved in in this SunBlossom gardens apartment community because of the great services reputation. Yes this is really true. I live here in this apartments. I really enjoy . the office lady answer all the time very fat day and night beyond the office working hours. The arrangement work request to repair , people come to fix fast even night need to do ,cold and rain they come to fix.
