I moved in this community SunBLossom Gardens Apartment since 2017. I love this place. My family is happy. my kids are enjoy playing. They love big swimming pool . The office management is well and they care to residents.

Good services
My apartment Air Conditional was leaking to down floor. I called the answer services and the worker came mid night to fix. I do appreciate the SunBlossom Gardens office management and workers' hard working.

Yo estoy muy feliz de vivir aqu? y la atenci?n es muy buena ?? cualquier problema de mantenimiento responden al momento y con un excelente servicio, el trato de los trabajadores es atenta y educada, hasta ahora los vecinos son respetuosos y he notado en general q es un condominio bien tranquilo

The services and fix the problem is good in this place. The office lady always answers phone call even day and night. I love to live here . I am going to renew my lease contract soon. at night the security is running and feel safe.

Every time something breaks at home, the staff will find the problem and solve it in time My family love to live in here, the neighbors are very friendly and quiet, it feel very safe living here .they also have free lunch meal for kids .

This is a good community. It is quiet and the front office staff is helpful and pleasant. Whenever I have a problem and I call either maintenance or the front office, my problem is solved quickly with a minimum of fuss.

The management of the SunBlossom Gardens is really good. The workers are following until finish and done the residents work requests. The management is taking care the whole complex area cleaning, lanscaping, planting caring well.

Good place to live . This Sunblossom Gardens community is good one to give five stars. Children activities are always there. Free food meal for kids programs is always .the office management is great.

I am an old senior man. I received five percent senior discount for Rent payment. I really like the office workers and all maintainance. They all are working well and kind to residents. I love shaded trees .

I moved in this sunblossom Gardens last two months ago. I am happy here. I like their works and management. The price is fair. The community is good. The swimming pool is cool. Kids activities are always going.

Most of them are very good, especially the office staff's excellent service attitude and the maintenance staff's response time. However, there are very few parking spaces with carports, and you have to wait to have carports. By the way, more people smoke here.

We have been renting an apartment since 2016 and we still in 2023 at this apartment. Obviously, I feel comfort and happy to live here. because of several reasons such as cleanliness of compound and quite ,safety, reasonable renting rates, etc. and also every maintenance team has performing outstanding work. Especially, at the front office desk, a lady who names Miss Sarah is the most hard working and so helpful among them. In overall, I would say it is good place for to rent live at this apartment.

I live this SunBlossom Gardens Apartment since 2017. Until now , I do not have problem. I pay rent on time. I follow the lease and rules. They all are working well. Anything my apartment needs, They come and fix day or night.

My apartment is close to mailbox, close to swimming pool. My apartment infront has big shaded tree. I love to here birds singing, squirrels running. Real nature I can get here. Love to here my children running around swimming pool area.
