They are good . Most people are Spanish and Asian. There are many groceries as Asian, Chinese, Vietnamese and Spanish around the apartment. Even the Fiesta mart is 0.7 mile away. And kids schools are closed too. It will be convenient for the busy parents.

I have been living there for 25 years and I feel very comfortable. I sleep well at night, knowing I am safe. I have never had any problems, it is clean and safe, I have NEVER had any bugs or rodents. Everyone is nice, we have quite a community in which we get along with each other. Maintenance is nice and efficient, they always arrive punctually and are able to assist me.
