I like to say Thank You to the apartment management . This apartment has good services. The rental fee also not so expensive. I went to shopping and I chose here to move in. My refrigerator is not working but the office workers fixed right away at night.

I moved in at this apartment in this SunBlossom Gardens since 2018. I have nothing to complain. The office people work with kind and very understand on us. All the time they response fast. The Garbage disposal was leaking but they fix well.

My grandpa , grandma and I moved in at this SunBlossom Gardens since 2016. We got happy time. We wanted to say thankyou so much the office workers and more to those who fixed, who helped to this apartment.

I am happy with the office and workers management. They called to me and arrange to paint my Bathtub and fix the pipe leaking. They gave me early instruction to follow. I am appreciate that. Good management.

The complex is really good. It is clean (most of the time but not completely) and people are nice. However, the parking is an issue. There are very limited private assigned parking lots and I have to part my car in the open area and not having a designated parking spot which makes me drive around and look for the spot whenever I come back from work or outside. By the time I get back home from work, I will be very tired but still have to find for the parking spot all the time. That is not good. And another issue which related to this is, during summer, the outside temperature is high during the day and small babies struggle a lot whenever we get in the car to go outside for different purposes. The facility should consider this point and comes up with a better plan such as making designated parking spots with the roof.

Good location
J am single.I do not cook. Here this place is close with many stores markets shops .this help me along. I like this place. The office lady also very kind and hhelpful. The clinics are close to here too.

Great services.
I moved in this complex SunBlossom Gardens around a month. I would like to thank the leasing consultant lady. She is really kind. She helped me to be smooth with my though schduel. As I am student and a part time worker, I am crazy busy. Great services.

Vivo con mis ninos en esta propiedad desde 2020, me a encantado por que es un lugar muy seguro para vivir y las personas que trabajan en esta propiedad son muy amigables desde mantenimiento asta las personas que estan en la oficina especialmente la senorita Sarah que aunque no hablemos el mismo idioma siempre busca la manera de poder ayudar y es super amable la recomiendo en su totalidad. espero poder seguir aqui ya que es bueno estar rodiadas de amistades.
