I live in this apartment as a single and used to live one bed room apartment. but now my family is commin big and we need two bed rooms. I love this community. Friends and families all living here. The apartment management is good price range is not bad so I am going to renew my lease.

The workers and management of SunBlossom Gardens Apartment office is well. I must give good review and support to this I live my community. I like their location, ground, price and their services. My bedroom roof was leaking but they fixed two times till to be best. Yeah..they really work and management well.

This SunBlossom Gardens is the first home of my family. When I arrived usa I got apartment here to live. The office guide me ,teach me : how to pay how to clean how to live. I really appreciate SunBlossom Gardens office workers.

My family live in this SunBlossom Gardens Home for five years over since 2017. We are happy living in this place. The cool blue pool make us happy in summer. Big trees and green shades make us release heat. The office give good services.

They have really professional attractive staffs. Very polite and helpful. My parents and I absolutely loved living here. The price is fair for the area, the units have been well taken care of, and neighbors and employees are all so friendly!

For me this SunBlossom Gardens is the best to live. This place is close to everythings. Very easy to access with everthing shops, market , clinic, hospital, school. I feel safe and happy here. I am going to renew my lease.

Dilapidated Apartment property
Do not believe those 5 stars reviews showed on the Apartment rating .com. Most of those reviews are fake. This Apartment pay this website maintains their web page with good reputations. When you visit this property in person, you will see everything are different from what those 5 stars reviews described. This dilapidated Apartment does not worth the higher rent than other better Apartment in Houston! I will capture all my words on this page because I know Apartment rating. Com will delete this true reviews or not even publis!h? the purpose I left this review I don’t want people read those fake feedback as a reference.

My children are very happy living here. They can play around swimmimg pool area. They can follow and watch squirls , green geico ,bee ,butterflies and birds. Now is the spring so wonderful natural you can get only here in this SunBlossom Gardens.

The positive feedback and reviews leave for SunBlossom Garden are fake! The employee create their own good comments on the page! I was reading their fake information then rent the unit, after few months later, I am totally regret! My unit full of bed bug infestation, Air condition making rumble noise from dawn to dusk. Some one did come to check on the unit after I request a work order but they never take care the problem! All the problem remain the same! I want to move out early before my lease expire but the manager told me that will me broken lease , they will send my record to a gov bureau this will ruin my credit! Does anyone from this company able to help me move out soon before the lease expires?

I live in this SunBlossom Gardens apartment since 2017. very good services. They always finish and well all work requests. Work request servies is the most important for residents. That's why this place has full people all the time. I am going to renew too.

Never live here! The manager doesn't come to work most of the time, that is a difficulty communication with her, she refuse to repair the bathroom ceiling leaking, I been report this since the first month I moved in until I move out still nobody take care this issue. Robbery, rape, broken in happened every month! Terrible!

I live second story one bed room apartment, Near to mailbox area, close to car parking. Very convinence place. My apartment has green shade tree branches close to my living room window. Feel fresh and relax. Office take care the branches trim to be shape.
