I would like to share who are looking for apartment. This SunBlossom Gardens complex is a warm and happy community. Amenity is ok. have a good swimming pool. Especially some tall tree. It make you fresh. Your eyes relexas. You can see and hear some lovely bids and their singing. A good easy to acess to all shop, mall, clinic, high way. great management.

I can say this SunBlossom Gardens is good place. Anything my apartment needs or work, the office follow and do fast and best. The office management is good. I recommend this place. My friens and family all rew living here. the renewal price is fair. I will renew my lease.

i could not speak English. But the office ladies ususlly kind and help anything i need. All work order requestement are done the help as soon as possible. Appreciate their management. SunBlossom Gardens is a good and warm community. I will renew.

Bueno el barrio es tranquilo aqui nadie te roba el trato en la oficina excelente te hacen espera si no puedes para que no hay ninguna queja y el mantenimiento super nunca habia estado en otro lugar como sunblossum gardens los recomiendo mi gente...att..estarling garcia

Esto es una respuesta para el anonimo con fecha del 12/22/2020. Todo es completamente falso. El personal del condominio (trabajadores),es excelente, en especial la señora de la oficina Maria. Y con respecto a la situación legal de los empleados eso se llama discriminación. No es asunto de nadie. Igual es falso. Aclaro mi reseña no es anónima. Mi nombre es Irene Viera. Tengo viviendo aquí desde el 2013 ha sido el único lugar que he vivido desde mi llegada a USA. No hagan caso a ése anónimo.

Esta es la basura más grade de apartamento mi raza ya que parese uno estar en México ya que hay una ceñora de la oficina mexicana indocumentada súper racista con la raza te quita los derechos de parqueos para bendercelos a quien eya quiera al precio que eya quiera hay personas que tienen hasta 4 o 5 automóviles o trocas y eya los deja y otros que solo pueden tener uno solo tiene un argentino y barios mexicanos trabajando sin papeles y los umilla ya que eya tampoco tiene papeles mi raza no se mude hay AAA el agua albañal corre por los parqueos esa persona llamada María es bien mal educodad con las personas y a echo hasta desalojos de personas que vivían hay ase como 3 año o 4 hay un mexicano nombrado de abuelito que por ser indocumentado lo saco de la renta esta ceñora es lo peor mi raza sin ella hay todo cambiará y nada de esto lo escrivo por gusto tengo pruebas de todo asia falta meterle la ciudad para que respete mis raza

I already live in this apartment about 6 years. Great community and great neighborhood. Good security system and safety for all neighbors. Cleaning and quiet. Maria from leasing office so nice and helpful lady. I can tell the best apartment in Houston westchase .??

I love this community because Maria is so helpful! I love living here and the environment that is here. Maria is always available and willing to help whenever needed! The apartments are a good size and it is very quiet.

The best AROUND, no one's ever gonna bring Sun Blossom Gardens down! I love the resident events. I love when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie - that's amore! When I wake up most days, I think to myself, what a wonderful world here at Sun Blossom Gardens. It reminds me of Blossom - Whoa!

Nice location and transportation well. Near Chinese restaurant and Near the grocery store fiesta and just go and H mark etc... night time in property same like day time and night time have security save everyone.

It's located in a nice area and the office staff is great. I have great neighbors and the complex is frequently making improvements. The living spaces a spacious so you shouldn't feel cramped. I've been living here for twelve years.
