I like this place SunBlossom Gardens, I like this neighborhood ,I like this location and the office management . They all office workers and repairs workers are good. I do enjoy living here and going to renew.

Good, but sometimes my neighbors play music loudly, and it can be a bit distracting, especially when I'm trying to relax, read, or focus on my work. Most of the time, they're friendly and respectful, but every now and then, they seem to forget how thin the walls are. The music usually comes in the evenings or on weekends, and while I don't mind the occasional party or celebration, the volume can get overwhelming. I've thought about speaking to them politely or even suggesting some quieter hours. Still, despite the noise, I enjoy living here because the area is nice and convenient.

This is a great place to live. The apartments offer very affordable prices, it's a quiet neighborhood everything is around. Schools transportation a lot of gorcery store 10 minutes or less driving from here. Everyone is respectful and keeps themselves. very happy

Pretty good and it's really lovely over here and it's so calm and peaceful and I love how it looks more natural,they are really secure and whenever you need management they come and help you and it's a great comfort kids .

My family moved in resettlement at this community in 2023 . There was cold and We did no t know anything. Many Things office lady SARAH ,She helped us alot. She introduced neighbors. she helped to get job for my son and me. All aparment needs she still helping. Office services are super kind and good. great community.

Great services

I moved in here from Washington state . All the move in needing online the Burmese office lady help me. She is so kind. I do appreciate her. And all the neighbors are good. the office services are incredible. I am happy here.

My apartment refrigerator is leaking .The maintenance fixed it but next day a bit leaking again . The maintenance change parts and now all good. They made tidy and clean after work fixed. I am happy .

This leasing office CARES! They constantly give maintenance to the apartments and when you report a problem they work on it to give a solution to the it. The apartment complex is family oriented and this is a community where I feel comfortable by my children grow up here.

Mi contrato esta por vencer !!!!! Pero igual estoy Contento de poder renovar mi contrato por otro ano, y feliz y con el trabajo del senor andres Garfias se mira que son muy buenas personas y que aman su trabajo y las senoritas que trabajan en la oficina son atentas en todo mi esperiencia en este lugar como siempre es bueno.. Los departamentos se miran en muy buen estado por dentro y fuera las personas que tengo de vecinos muy educados, el lugar en la noche es muy calmado y ofrecen muy buena seguridad en las noches libremente podemos caminar y disfrutar a diferencia de otros lugares.. Estoy contento con mi estadia y precios.....
