Good place and good management

I love living here SunBlossom gardens apartment. It was so quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Office staff very nice and responsive. Grounds were always clean. Maintenance was prompt. Many restaurants close by. We didn't have children, but if you do, schools are right next door. Very convenient. Price of apt is very good for the size.

I moved in since 2019. I do Happy living in this Siunblossom Gardens community area also surrounding. Many things I can get easily for fresh food. Shopping movies clinic everything are close by. I do really recommend here and the office management.

Good community

My family moved in this community when my twin sons were six years old . Now they all are in junior high school already. We all are enjoy this place and hhappy.The office people are good and kind. They all manage well.

Sunblossom Gardens in my opinion is one of the safest complexs I've lived in. The office staff are friendly and helpful to ones needs. The security they have makes ones feel safe and sound. Maintenance is always very friendly as well as very attentive to any thing that might need attending to and quickly I may add.

My family moved in this SunBlossom Gardens since Jan,2008. I have many experiences in this apartment community. When we move in ,this place is dark , dim building light , alot of trees cover but today many advance beautifully, I really thank manager Yi, Sarah and every one ,they all are kind and care us.

Good community and good place to live

Here SunBlossom Gardens community , you will get good care. all the office workers and maintenances The office workers answer call always day and night and fast fixing services. Now also they are repairing patio ,stair, landscaping. every sites. .

This SunBlossom Gardens apartment is close with all . I can walk to get everything from here, For fresh vegetables , very close to get Welcome , justgo , H mart ,fiesta markets. Many clinic close by here. for hair cut , for face up , dancing class ,childrern tutions , and bus stop all are here.

Viva aqui muchos anos y me encanta esta comunidad. Me acabo de mudar hace dos meses porque compre una casa.. Di un aviso de 60 dias A la oficina de arrendamiento y complete mi contrato. Limpie mi apartamento antes de devolver las llaves a la oficina, pero hasta ahora no he recibido el reembolso del deposito.
