I strongly recommend getting some kind of safety weapon if you move in because the<br>------ trash will have no problem robbing or mugging you. The drug dealers are everywhere here so I don't reccomend bringing kids to live here. Good Luck!

It is a nice house in the ------

I warned you normal folks to stay out from this complex. ------ apartment!<br>Trashy people inside and useless night patrol service. <br>Cars get broke in, or stolen, people park everywhere.<br>And construction is so bad, wall is so thin. You can hear many things from your neighbors and from car lots. <br>It's cheap, but it's not the cheapest.<br>

Lousy ------ apartment complex, Trashy tennants

I has lived in this complex for about 10 months. Truely, it is a nightmare since the first month. I made unwise choice to move into this complex. After dark, the trashy neighbors come back to the complex making all the commotion and gang up in the parking lot. <br><br>Why there are many trashy neighbors??<br>'Cos the leasing office offically started Renting units to Welfare people with section 8 (or secton aid) with government money. For my knowledge, 80% of the welfare people are -------- moms w/gangster boyfirends or unemployed due to un-desirable in the work force or drug addiction.<br><br>People listen, we should visit the complex not only during office hours, but visit the location after 7 or 8pm at nights. That's sure way to see the complex's true face. <br><br>During the day, the parking lots looks okay but with 300 units here and some renters have 2 or 3 cars, then parking will become a big problem at night. They could have improved a bit by towing some abandoned cars/old vans, but the management never did.<br><br>There are only 2 laundry rooms here, that's not enough, period. Even with this new special of $400 for 13 months contract. It's not worth your money and frustration.<br>If you are normal people, don't move into this complex.<br>Well, if you want to proof I am wrong, come visit this place during Sunday to Thursday after 8pm. <br>

its ok

this was my 2nd apartment complex it was a-ok by me but the community is full of asians it didnt matter to me because im always in the house anyways the management was great and the only problem i had was my neighbor they played music really loud starting from 9pm up till 7am in the morning and always fighting on the weekends i was irritated more so because during the time i was pregnant and on my due dates i had to report them and many others also did the same because of the noise and fights they kicked them out and i was transferred into another apartment which was great but when i had my baby i was preparing to move caz the area its a lot of gang crime and fire for some crazy reasons in this area also so i wouldnt recommend if you have a family to live in this area are complex im glad i moved away more because the area and the crime not really the apartment complex

Slums and slumlords

People get held up at gunpoint in the laundry room. Parking lot is in poor shape, full, and unsafe. Nothing gets fixed. Staff only speak -------. Get the picture?<br><br>If you want high speed Internet, just sign up for SBC DSL for 19.99/mo. It works 99% of the time, not 10%, and there's 24/7 support and you don't have to talk to rude clueless people.

Too many cars-not enough parking; Loud music from -------- young folks.

SunBlossom Gardens is a low priced apartment complex, located on Ranchester Dr and Town Park road. <br><br>A friend of mine, lived in one of its 1 bedroom unit until last March. My friend told me about the suffering from loud music from some -------- folks there. <br><br>He said at least 3 nights in a week, he had to endure the loud bass music from the some neigbor's cars (from 7pm til 12 in the morning). I even eyewitnessed this situation for two times. <br><br>The Sunblossom gardens office did very little about the complaints, and always told its residents to call 911 after hours if situations get worsen or deadly. <br><br>Besides, parking spaces were not enough to accomandate all residents during weekend or holidays. The management could have improve the parking situation by giving decal or stickers to its residents. And they could tow a dozen abandoned junk cars out of the complex. But nothing improve. That's why he left after fulfilled a year contract.<br>

bad Internet, excellent staff, safety concerns

12/23/03 There were some serious criminal activities here from June ´03 to October ´03. This includes rape and armed invasion. The management is working hard to correct this. <br> <br>Don´t come here for the Waldenweb Internet. At first, I had terrific speed, but their infrastructure broke down, and for many months, I was running at less than 24K. I went with DSL. <br> <br>Positives--Management is excellent for the price paid, Repairs is outstanding for the price paid, Nice environment for the price paid, Convenient to many inexpensive eating and shopping places, Upcoming tollway extension will make traveling very convenient, Inexpensive living, generally nice people. <br> <br>No place in Houston is safe, and this is a risk factor here. But overall, I would recommend this place.

It is not a good idea to live this apartment

When I moved in this apartment, I found out the leaseing office didn´t clean the apartment very well after the former resident checked out. I spend several days to clean the room. Even I cleaned very well, there are still roaches in the room. The other worst thing is the laundry. This apartment only has two laundry rooms, so you always have to spend a lot time to handle your clothes. That´s so suck. <br>The Parking lots is also a problem. You never know how come there are so many cars. And if you want to purchase the assigned parking lot, don´t be silly. The residents always do not care the assigned parking lot, they just want to park for thier convenience. So I think the price for this apartment is not reasonable.

Ok, I’ll start off with the good; the apartments are spacious for the price and most units have ceramic tile floors. They have updated the appliances in the kitchen (oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher) and have high-speed internet available. Ok, now the bad; they tried to disguise the apartments by painting them bright colors-don’t let this fool you! I had friend’s cars broken into on several occasions and another was mugged not even 20 feet from my front door. At night you can find hookers walking up and down the street roaming the convenience stores. The area is mostly Asian, so unless you are fluent in Chinese, you will have difficulty communicating with the front office. They also claim to have the fastest internet in the country (T-1 line through Waldenweb) and when it worked it was slightly above average speed. The problem is it didn’t work for 9 of the 12 months I lived there. The apartment above mine flooded at 2am on Christmas Eve, filling my entire apartment with 6 inches of rusty water. They never repaired the ceiling or cleaned the apartment.
